This is my daily favorite store employees are so friendly.Prices are fair, food is so fresh. In-store bakery, great beer and wine section.

Hanaford was a fast stop in and out friendly people at the meat dept cut me a few good steaks to enjoy on the grille

The parking lot was clear of shopping carts not too crowded and my mother-in-law went inside and shopped and she was out in 15 minutes she said the prices were great the produce looked good and she will be shopping there more often.

Good clean store, not super noisy or busy which was great for me. Havent been to this one before, and I needed help finding something. First person I spoke with was very friendly and helped me find what I needed right away.The bakery was nicely organized and very tidy.I always try to do my shopping at a Hannaford store, they have the things I like and the prices are good. I also really like the quality of the meats they have. This store was no exception, and Ill probably swing by again if Im ever in the area.

Usually very clean and orderly, the associates are friendly and accommodating if you have questions or are looking for certain things. I am non-verbal at times due to seizure disorders, and Ive had to present printed cards to the meat counter and seafood counter before, and theyve always been more than willing to help me out and are very friendly about it. Some other places Ive gone and had to use speech cards, Ive had very mixed feelings and rude attitudes. I always go to hannafords when I need something, theyve been great. Ive been coming to Hannafords in Franklin for about 4 years now.

I’m a frequent shopper at this Hannaford location due to its location and over the winter I’ve done a lot of my shopping using the Hannaford To Go app. For me it’s easy and with a husband who has difficulty walking it safer. I’ve used this app many times as I’ve said and the store shoppers have always done an excellent job of fulfilling my order, until this week. I ordered a family pack of chicken for pick up Monday morning, when unpacking the bag I didn’t look at the meat, instead I just left it in the plastic bag they had delivered it in until I had time this afternoon to break it into smaller portions. I was absolutely disgusted to slid it out of the bag and discover that one piece of chicken was covered in dark red bruising. I brought it back and they gave me double my money back and told me I had to take the chicken with me. There was no apology on their behalf and no talk of making sure nothing like this happens in the future. I was very upset with this behavior and didn’t make it any better by refusing to take the nasty chicken with me. Needless to say I won’t be using this service again any time soon.

This is a great grocery store that really has everything you need in one place they have a large selection of butcher on hand a very well stocked seafood department some of the freshest produce available in the area overall if youre in Franklin its a good choice to go there Yes Hannaford is not always the lowest price but I do believe that for the most part it evens out and you really do get a lot better of experience when youre shopping at hannafords over some of the competitors

Cleaner than some supermarkets but like most an impersonal and industrial feel. But importantly, their bathrooms are always super clean, which is a big deal when you have the kids and they need to even though you just left your own house 5 minutes ago 😒

Typical Hannaford store. They have added some traffic flow controls in the store vestibule as well as one-way traffic in the aisles, masks, etc. Produce was fresh, good meat selection.

Kat Clark in the Bakery was amazing! She helped me decorate a cake for a birthday on absolutely no notice and was delightful. My experience with this Hannaford has often been positive but she went above and beyond and I appreciate it!

My only issue and maybe its because of covid or they dont have enough help the deli & seafood area are always closed early. The meat dept needs more family packs of meat like the Concord one does

Waited in the long line at customer service with 14 items or less to get tobacco products. Instead of using the open self check out only lanes. Only to find out they no longer sell any type of tobacco products at all.Even when its marked that they follow all State Alcohol and Tobacco laws & it is posted in that same line under the conveyer belt? So I Searched every place I could see on my way out & Even went back in to check that rout as well.Guess What saw? (Nothing at all.)It must be some type of secret unspoken rule.I COULD NOT FIND ANY OTHER TYPE OF NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS AVAILABLE HERE NOTIFICATION ANYPLACE.You need to have some type of notification posted that Hanafords no longer sell those type products in that Grocery store.Suggestion box:Add the needed & posted signage Stating that you dont sell them & Try removing the invalid ones that appear that you do!

The management is eager to please & the store has incredible variety: that includes natural/organic foods. If you dont see it on the shelf, they can usually order it. Extensive beer & wine, fine foods & all your party food needs! Their meat & seafood is always fresh, as is the produce. An added boon is that they stock locally grown foods, especially in the summer! The Bakery features cakes, cookies, artisan bread & its fresh!The employees are friendly & helpful. You can order ahead online for a small fee & the order will be there to pick up when they say it will.We have been using the Pharmacy here for almost 20 years; the staff is respectful & professional.We love our local Hannaford & shop there exclusively! Weve always been more than satisfied.

With some food items with the expiration date past its sellability.... No reason for that experience at all in a food facility in 2021.

Ive been going to the store for20yrs I think the people ordering goods really do a better job Ive seen convince stores with more goods in some casis

Hannafords in Plymouth was great. Had everything we needed.

Stocking items during the shopping hour is ridiculous. Management should schedule stockers when the store is not filled with shoppers...defeats the purpose of safe shopping with tons of merchandise and people in the isles. No common sense...need to rethink their procedures..they have just put one way signs and 6ft markers on the floors with no true concern for following safe protocols.

Hannafords always seems to have everything we need, shopping is quick, and convenient.

Its a truly wonderful local supermarket with friendly staff and a very good selection for the size of the market it serves. All my complaints are minor, like how they prepackage deli item in reusable bags then seal em up so that you have rip the bag open and use one of your own zip lock bags. If thats my big problem then life is good.

Ive only shopped at Hannaford for the last 4 years. The competitors either lack quality produce and product, or they lack personality (both in management and employees). When I go in I feel welcomed, and now feel like family (Nate and I would geek it out when he would be my cashier). Larissa has always been outstanding. Pat is amazing with kids. There are a dozen more of your employees that are valued!

I mostly find everything I need but if not an associate is willing to help. This is my store.

Clean and mostly great staff

All employees wear masks and do their best to encourage proper social distancing. The store and carts are sanitized regularly. I just wish they world require customers to wear masks for entry.

This is a great Hannaford. Clean and well stocked, even the bathroom is typically clean & well stocked. Friendly & helpful staff.Great prices on merchandise, as well as a great selection. The produce is generally great here. They even highlight locally grown produce!Lines arent an issue. Even when crowded, they move quickly.

Wonderful service at the deli. Took the time to help me with my particularity - a super clean deli slicer. All while training a new employee. Great job! Thank you.

Great selection of fruit and veggies! Clean store, can always find some of the harder to find items at Hannaford. Helpful staff that will even special order an item for you. Great sale prices and overall good prices and value all the time.

Just an excellent supermarket. Clean, attractively laid out. Excellent variety of products. Prices are great, right in keeping with the area demographic. The employees are wonderful. Warm, friendly & very helpful. Shopped her for many years and the same employees are still there, which indicates good things about the employer! I would still be shopping there except I moved. Even so Im constantly tempted to drive back there!

I like the Hannaford rewards program. Its nice to have custom coupons and cash back each month. Good savings and great produce.

The store is quaint, quiet, clean and its fairly easy to locate the items you are looking for. Typically this can be your one-stop-shop for groceries in the area, support local business when possible.

Love the Franklin Hannaford! Its always very clean and has certain items that are not at other stores. Everybody is friendly and helpful.

I love Hannaford; their produce and meat is superior to any other grocery chain. Selection is really good too, including lots of ethnic food items. Their prices are higher than Market Basket but cheaper than Shaws if you dont shop at Shaws just for the rare great deals in the Shaws flyer.

Every Hannaford I have ever been in -- I have loved. They do a beautiful job of laying out their store and keeping things fresh and clean.

If I can say I can love a supermarket, this is it! Ten years a steady customer at both the Pharmacy and for shopping. I shopped at most between Manchester & Laconia and was always happy to return. They know me by name, face at least. And they carry many local farm goods.Best place of its kind!!

Fair prices on most items. Prices are even better when you sign up online/app for their deals and promotions. You dont have to physically cut or carry coupons with this program. Just use your app and or enter your telephone number to receive specials and earn a percentage of what you spend at each shopping trip. Great quality and variety of produce.

Super clean, noticed they changed some things around, looks inviting. I was going to buy the 3pk peppers but a lot of them had mold inside the packages. It would of been nice for the cashier would of greeted me also.

Prices are a bit high but the location is convenient.The workers are the best part and easily the reason for a five star rating. Ive made several personal friends shopping here!

Usually never have a problem shopping here..but my husband brought home some bananas yesterday 10/03/18 and my bananas had a bright red coloring on the inside..now, if Im not mistaken this looks a lot like a fungus that occurs in bananas and a young boy had to be hospitalized when he ate a banana like this. It was on the news.. am I wrong?? IDK. But I wont be eating this..check your bananas people!...

Best produce in town. Great, hometown customer service. You may pay a little more at Hannaford but the veggies wont spoil in two days (like another store in town), the meats are very fresh and the store is organized in a logical, easy to navigate manner. Its our favourite grocery store.

Wonderful folks... Always a pleasure to shop here. They will order amy items they dont stock! The Pharmacy is very helpful when you have a question. A great community member, they donate to local food pantries & other groups. They even shop for you for a flat fee. I am still shopping here, after neatly 2 decades.

Friendly faces and very helpful associates. Got a great selection of items with a great deli and meat section. I thought Walmart would hurt there business but actually believe it helped them to be more efficient.

I do have to say it isnt my normal store I go to but there store is realy clean there butcher shop looks great as well as there seafood it is a bit on the pricey side but its pretty nice the only thing that sucks is that I forgot a bag of groceries well not a whole bag 1 item which was a wedge of cheese
