Ed does such a great job and works to get the best price with your insurance!

Excellent service! (For buying lenses at least, I did not go to see the dr) Very kind, took the time to help break down pricing, figure out what would give me the best deal for my new lenses I need, and even went back with me with my new insurance to see what would save me the most money on top of what would be the best to use my insurance for. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Location has been without a doctor for many weeks. Finally gets a doctor, we make two appointments and the doctor decides to take the day off. They just started! No advance call, just a locked door. Never going back. Lost a few customers today. DO NOT GO HERE!

ZERO STARS! My appointment was 25 minutes ago and the doctor is not even at the office AND there is another man there who has been waiting for 45 min before me. The doctor (Dr Parker) said he would be there in 10 minutes at 10:30 and then when the woman working there called at 11, he said again that it would be 10 min before he got there and that he needed 20 min with the guy before me. UNREAL! If there was issues with appointments, calls should have been made. I know doctors are important but my time is important too and I cannot sit for an hour for an appointment that was to take 20 min. DO NOT GO HERE!

My appointment wasnt anything specia . The Dr was nice, but ne . The receptionist was a bit standoffish. But it was quick and easy.Where this place does shine is with Ed, when picking out hardware. He is super nice, straightforward, very knowledgable and he gives you space when you need it. He also does his best to make it as economical as possible while giving you options to fit your needs. Hes awesome!

ED was amazing !!! I showed up ill prepared and he was able to work his magic and find all the info he needed ! he called me in a super timely manner and was able to meet all my needs over the phone ! WOW

My experience was not good here. My prescription wasnt correct. Had to visit again to correct the prescription. Staff were not cooperative.

Very thorough, friendly and efficient! They really seemed to care about saving me money too! Even gave me a free sample pair. They also were able to give me Acuvue 2 contacts, which fit tlamd feel the best but that Dr. Calverts office (Lenscrafters Cool Springs Galleria) told me had been discontinued. Dr. Calverts office also gave me a hard to when I asked for my prescription yet Dr Lyon at Target optical gave me my contact and glasses prescription w/o me even asking. They also didnt push me to buy the contacts there. Highly recommend!!

Should be zero stars...had an appointment at 1120...showed up at 1100 to complete paperwork...CLOSED with a sign that says they will be back at 1130! Really? No reason...no call...no customer service...no business from me.
