Have been to many vision places since 1993....this is the friendliest place I have ever been to! The doctor is very thorough and explains everything and doesnt rush the appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The receptionists were amazing.... and they have a great selection of glasses.

Literally have been trying to set up an appointment for 2 months leaving numerous voicemails. Not a single return call. Mad frustrating

I have been to multiple eye care places the last few years and Matus eye care has been the most personal, patient, and easy going experience I’ve ever had! My exam was super quick and thorough! Lisa made sure that my glasses were incredible for me and really went out of her way to help me find the perfect pair. Everyone working here went above and beyond. Really enjoy this place and will recommend :)

Front staff (Lisa) was very kind and was thorough with my insurance and everything that goes with that aspect. The exam was great! Made sure the medical history was current, was efficient with finding my strength in my eyes and even giving me a stronger prescription to see better. Been here for 2 years and its been nothing but great!

The whole family goes here for about four years and we have never had a problem. The glasses work fine, the Dr is knowledgeable and is concerned about what is best for you, and you get the glasses within 2 weeks. If you need faster service, there are other places to go. Prices are average. The selection is fine. Many places have so many frames to choose from that you cant make up your mind. I dont know why others gave such low ratings but I would send anyone here. My family has had glasses for many years and this place is much better than the last store.

This place is garbage. Terrible Customer service. Rude staff. Takes forever to get your glasses. They tell you 7-10 business days, but really its about 20 days, and they are rude to you if you call to ask about it. They got my prescription wrong they first time. I told them immediately that it was wrong and they made me try them out for a week. Got nothing but headaches. Then upon scheduling a new appointment they found it was wrong, after everyone, including the doctor tried convincing me they couldnt possibly be wrong. Treating me as if I was stupid instead. Now Ive been waiting another 14 business days and still dont have my glasses. Making it a total of a month and a half of not having glasses. Good thing I can somewhat see without them! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place will be a huge waste of both. Never again!!!!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful picking out glasses too. Dr. Matus is the best and very friendly and knowledgeable.

My son and I had an appointment with this office and called because we would be 10-15 minutes late. The receptionist Lisa was very rude and unprofessional. She said we could not be seen if we were more then 5 minutes late. I asked for the doc to call back. He did and said its a 15 minute late policy. So we could have been seen. We took off of work and school to come to this appt. The doc even began to be unprofessional saying he was not going to argue with me. If his staff made a mistake on the information they gave us he should have allowed us to come. The receptionist needs to not work in a place where she has to talk to people. She was very very rude. I will never recommend this type of service to anyone. So out of a days pay for nothing. Save a trip and go somewhere else where you can be valued and respected.

Took forever to get my glasses and when I got them they were the wrong presription. So I had to wait another 3 weeks. They had only 2 people working there so the process was a bit slower. Also the lens dont feel like they were properly placed in because they keep poping out and give me a headache. So I went back to my old glasses.

Very bad customer service and doctor. The doctor order eye contact for me and it’s very close so it give me a headache all day so I saw him, he said now I should be good but it still give me bad headache but when I took it off it’s better so I call again he told the customer service that he can’t see me because he saw me once! Dude You take money for eye exam and you does not want to see me to fix the level for the eye contact. I think bad people to deal with.

Very unfriendly receptionist. Granted we were nine minutes late for our 4:30pm appt. Receptionist said ohhhh 4:30 I dont think the dr will be able to see you. Im like I realize Im nine minutes late. Receptionist: actually 12 minutes. Ill have to go check. She check with another reception who works there and they are whispering, I dont think we should take them. Long story short she comes back over continues with her unprofessional snotty attitude and I said we will just go somewhere else. The place was empty, and they are open until 8pm. Also the office looked like it was remodeled back in the seventies.

Requested an RX for PT . In the business 17yrs and they couldnt help the pt out by releasing info. Terrible service from them.
