Went there to get a couple Koi CBD oil tinctures. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back in the future!

Bought a new tank from the store last year, now they are telling me I can’t get the coils there anymore because it’s an old product and twice I had employees laugh at me when I asked for Aspire coils. Guess you need to be able to buy the newest items if you want to keep shopping here. How am I supposed to stay a loyal customer when you say what I need is too old yet I bought it within the last 12 months at your shop?? And you won’t even order them for your shop. Rude & terrible customer service. Guess I’m not hip enough or rich enough to continue being their customer. New customers proceed with caution!

This place is clean, well lit, and competently staffed. Prices are much higher than those that can be found online, but thats to be expected for a brick and mortar.Great to test new flavors or if you run out of something and need to replace it stat, albeit at an increased price for the convenience.Staff will usually answer questions knowledgeably, but it is obvious they are usually pushing the newest device rather than trying to match your individual needs.

I went in just to look and possibly purchase. I was greeted before the door closed by Courtney. I told her what i was wanting out of the mod i was shopping for. After 30 min of her describing everything i bought a whole setup. Then she let me try fluid after fluid to find what i liked finally she asked what i am looking for in nico content. I was very satisfied and will return. This was a well informed salesperson and i am glad at my $250 purchase.

Decent store and good selection of mods, but....three times i have been back and they have been out of my juice. Also need a part for my tank and they dont carry it. Why sell what you dont support? Bottom line seems to be managed by the 20 somethings that work there...

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff!edited on 6/26/2018to the C D review :Any time anyone I know has ever had issues with coils they have bought from Saffire, SAFFIRE HAS RETURNED THEM AND REPLACED COILS IN STORE - even setting up the tanks with fresh juice to ensure they work properly. SMOK is known to have poor quality control over their atomizers, I suggest bringing your coils back to Saffire and allowing them to replace them for you.Sorry you may have gotten defective coils, but bring them back in! They cant do anything for you if you dont tell them about it! And having your google name as C D does not help them find you and alleviate the situation.

Conviently close, but incredibly disappointing. I’ve gotten the worst tanks mods and juice from this place. If you have time, consider driving to battleground vapors. It is more affordable and has a better selection of all the things you need

Very overpriced, not a large selection of juices at all. Staff is nice but they sell one brand other than their own. I paid $7.50 for a coil I could get for $4 at other shops. Won’t be returning.

Very friendly staff that is willing to answer any and all questions. Clean and well lit environment, I will be back to shop at this location!

Terrible return policy! I bought a mod there which has leaked from day one. I took it back within the 30 day return window and they said they have to test it. It has been 2 days and the person that is supposed to be testing it hasn’t been there for the past 2 days. How are they testing it? I get the feeling someone is using it which is not satisfactory to me. I am done with this place!

Their house juices are great and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably overpriced (upwards of 50% on some stuff)! This placed is geared towards people coming off cigarettes; that is their business model. There are way better places in Nashville. Buyer beware! Do NOT go here!

They sold products with full knowledge of the defect (tops fell off spilling juice). They lied and acted like these were one off issues.Today they sold me an entire pack of defective smok atomizers. I handed the employee my vape and asked her which atomizers i needed. Ive now tried 4 of the atomizers. 3 say check atomizer. The 4th worked but immediately burned through.What a garbage store. Can’t believe I spent hundreds of dollars there.

Went there for the first time and no problem showed my (mexico) consular id card wich is givent only by the mexico government and they even registered me! ... Went back a second time no problem, went back today to get more e-liquid .. and the guy said im sorry i cant accept this id he dint even wanted to look me up since i was already registered so i guess all of their staff go by different rules...
