In town on business and found this spot when looking for a stick and a spot to relax. Was offered help but not in any way pressured. Ventilation is very good, service is friendly, and there is obviously a loyal local following. I will be back for sure.

Best cigar shop in town. They’re consistently looking to upgrade, and have great ventilation. Their selection has gotten better over the past year, and they have a very loyal following. I hear they’re expanding out a patio and getting a liquor license this year as well! Very relaxing, and non pressured environment. Salesmen don’t hound you when buying cigars and that’s what keeps me coming back. 5/5.

Tons of cigar selection. They also have a limited selection of cigarettes (American Spirit and some others). Cannot speak to the bar quality. Staff is helpful, but doesnt try to be overly friendly. The smoking area is not terribly comfortable; its just a bunch of ordinary chairs and tables, some high-tops, and a larger group table. Nothing really lounge worthy. I would recommend if youre passing by and want to pick something up.

Crown Cigars recently changed ownership (from The Smokey Cigar 2) and you can tell. I had no major issue with the previous crew (especially since most of them were retained by the new ownership from what I can tell), but the new owners are investing in the place. New chairs, decor, televisions, and an expanded selection of cigars.I like coming here when I need to work, its quiet and calm.

Best cigar advice Ive ever experienced. Austin is great, willing to share his knowledge and can not tell you enough that he is a wealth of knowledge. The facility was exceptional and has everything one could ask for.

This place has seen a lot of ups and downs through the years, and it has just gone through a bold new change of ownership.The environment is friendly and ever-improving, the beer selection is varied enough to accommodate any tastes, and the humidor has never been so well-stocked as it is now. I am proud to be a regular and plan to continue to be one as long as I live here.Give it a try, youre gonna love what you smoke, I guarantee it.

Fantastic place great help I bought some cigars for the bishop here and I got terrific insights from the people who work here bought the best cigars ever had to buy an ashtray online didnt have enough cigar ashtrays for me but their cigar selection sensational

Visiting area from out of town, stopped in to grab a few cigars. Tasteful décor, spacious and comfortable, large humidor, excellent selection. The young lady was very knowledgable, very friendly and very helpful. The reason for 3 stars is the pricing, which ran $3 per stick to as high as $7 per stick over what I pay for the same product, and I dont shop discount tobacco stores. Brentwood is a costly area, be prepared.
