UBreakiFix was able to find and fix a problem with my MacBook Pro that the Genius Bar at the Apple store couldn’t figure out. I took it there first and was told the hard drive was fried and that they didn’t carry the hard drives for my laptop anyway (older model), so I would have to try somewhere else if I wanted the hard drive replaced or for someone to attempt to get any information off of it. This didn’t make much sense to me based on what I had observed. I decided to take it to uBreakiFix. They were very courteous and spent time checking my laptop out and talking me through the process before I left it with them. They offered to do a free diagnostic assessment and discuss options based on their findings. They were able to determine that the hard drive was in fact fine, and the culprit was a faulty ribbon cable instead. They ordered the part and replaced it quickly. My laptop is now functioning fine, and I did not lose any of my information in the process. I had a great experience with them.

Very good place to fix phones. My Z Flip 3 was having some issues with the screen making popping sound when pressed on the right side of the screen. They replaced the whole display within 4 hours.

My phone received some water damage and hadn’t been backed up in over a year. They were able to get it up and running long enough for me to get a backup and the price was amazing. Will absolutely come back here again!

I’ve had my broken iPhone fixed at this location in the past and they did a good job, both quality and pricing a year ago. So when my father’s phone charging port stopped working I brought it here. The person who was working identify the problem and quickly fixed it. It was a matter of the port being clogged. It was cleaned and working in a matter of minutes. I was expecting to pay for the service as it should be and expected, yet they didn’t not charge me a penny! Highly recommend this place for their honesty for identifying the problem without trying to sell you on a service. Went in on 9/11/21 at 10:30.

After dropping my phone, the screen was cracked, and I brought it to UBREAKIFIX in Cool Springs to have the screen replaced. They took one look at it and peeled the cracked plastic screen protector off of it and said There! Fixed it for you! and handed it back to me.These days, less scrupulous folks would take it to the back, put a new screen protector on it and charge me $125 for replacing the screen.A professional operation that will get all my future business!

These folks are great! Fixed the cracked screen on my Samsung Note9 in a little over two hours. Had an Asurion claim and they were the authorized folks for Samsung phones. So glad I found this place. Looks like they can take care of other items as well, i.e. computers, Ipads, etc.

I came in to get a screen protector on and other businesss wouldnt put it on due to it being a 3rd party item. The guy that put it on was very respectful and a pleasure to do business with.

Took an iphone XS in that I had dropped in water. They told me it would likely cost either $80 or $180 depending on what needed done. When they called me back a few hours later, they said it was all fixed and would only be $50. Professional and honest. I will definitely be back (if I break my phone again).

I’m using these folks more often lately, but they do a great job fixing my clumsy mistakes.They’ve fixes broken screens on several devices with excellent results. We also had a “rattle” in an iPhone that was pretty annoying on “vibrate”. They popped it open, tightened it up, and declined to charge anything since they considered it an easy fix for a regular customer.That’s the way to be.

We have all probably broke our screens before, and have had bad experiences with kiosks at a mall ripping us off, and giving us inferior screens, and our phone never being the same. Because they are honest about phones and tablets. My phone came with a shield on it. (neither did a sales rep.). Didnt know this; I thought I had a chip in the screen, but I did not. uBreakiFix looked at my phone and they told me it was in the screen shield. They could have replaced my screen and charge me, but they didnt. Thanks for being honest!

3.9.21 updateso the authorized Samsung repair facility that this place claims to be has ultimately failed in this regard..just received my phone back from Samsung, having to be without a phone for a week, and Samsung found three issues, that were covered under warranty..they replaced parts and repaired for free after determining that my phone was NOT damaged due to accident like uBreakiFix claimed.. there is no telling how many people are being ripped off by this company because of nice guys explaining that you need to pay them saying its your fault the phone is not working properly vs. a malfunction that should be covered under warranty..Shame on you, uBreakiFix for not taking care of customers better.. I contacted Samsung again and they sent me a prepaid overnight label to send the phone to them to fix after explaining the situation to them correctly.. still a major inconvenience considering I could have had a Samsung certified repair facility like you, fix it for me locally..you are not a good advocate for the customer and again I say to the consumer to use extreme caution and avoid using this business and its services if possible.. try Cell Phone Genie instead..original review..This place is terrible.. came recommended by a Samsung sales rep because of my phone malfunctioning.. my phones LED had stopped working properly and the Samsung rep told me this company was a Samsung certified repair facility and should repair at no charge because the phone was still under warranty.. what a joke!These guys immediately had decided that I damaged my phone by accident and even after my getting a repair ticket number from Samsung to proceed, they questioned the ticket number and called to verify that it was legitimate.. I actually heard the guy in the back of the store tell whoever they call to verify that they determined the LED was damaged due to accident when the phone was not visibly damaged and I told them it had not been dropped causing this problem.. ultimately they were concerned about getting reimbursed from Samsung..then they quoted me 300 dollars to fix the phone..the employees were nice but not professional at all..Bottom line: they nicely did nothing for me and consumers should stay away from this business

Overall GREAT service! Highly recommend for iPhone repairs. They were able to fix my iPhone 8 Plus which had been shattered and bent. They fixed it like new and had it back to me before the end of the day.

They were straight to the point, and 100% truthful. Estimated time they gave me, they finished before the estimate. Overheard the conversation between the employee and a customer and he made sure the customer didnt get ripped off and made sure he knew his phone insurance covered it. I appreciated their service and would highly recommend.

I had a video editing project due and after a software update, the video driver on my computer popped up with error messages. I couldnt find how to resolve it online, but when I spoke to Kenny at UBreakiFix he knew exactly what the issue was. I brought my computer in and he was able to fix it right away. I was in the middle of an editing project that was due in a few days, so the fact he could get everything working again so quickly was fantastic! Very professional and responsive service!

Found uBreakiFix on the apple store reviews when I was looking for a place to fix my iPhone6. The battery broke, Apple store was very off putting. Reviews for ubreakifix were really great ( check out their site for more!) Sent message through yelp and was greeted with a quick response with a quote at half of what Apple was going to charge me. Called ahead of time to check when was a good time and was greeted very nicely over the phone. No long lines ( went in on a Saturday Afternoon), place was very clean as well. Kind, friendly welcoming staff ( talked to Blake) told us less than an hour service time and it was just that! We got a text when it was finished and picked it up without any issue. Blake tested it right infront of me to show it worked. New battery, didnt break the bank, very, very affordable and reasonable! Had a great experience with the store! Will definitely use again! Highly recommend, wish I had known about this place before with all my troubles with phones/tablets/computers! They do free diagnostics - are willing to answer questions keeping you well informed! Get fixed my ps4 in 4 hours it was perfect.

The service and repair quality here is top notch. They were able to fix my Pixel 3s cracked screen in a couple hours. The phone looks brand new and works perfectly. The staff were very friendly in person and on the phone and I wont hesitate to bring all of my devices here for any future repairs!

Came in with a PC issue after nearly 8 hours of tear downs and troubleshooting. Dave was able to diagnose the problem and get it back to me same day. I wont say every one will be like that, for PC and everything other than phones allow up to 48 hours as a rule of thumb for diagnosing and troubleshooting. The diag was free and it was fixed same day. The owner is also awesome! Dave and Scott really know what theyre doing.

With the assistance of my very busy toddlers I broke my Samsung S9+ screen not once but in two seperate spots before the touch screen gave out and the glass had pieces missing out of it. The phone still worked amazing outside of the now cracked and broken screen. I stopped by today and i have to say this place is great.These fellas are patient, professional and kind. Hard drive went bad in my HP laptop. Brought it here and got a 1TB solid state drive installed. My laptop rocks now. Faster than it was new. Gunnar and Mike are very customer service oriented and were very responsive to my needs. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Super great employee, they did a great job repairing my phone.... But they put a sticker that had SO MUCH glue and was about 1/3 the size of my phone stuck to the back. They had it less than 30 minutes. But why would you do this? It was beyond annoyingAt least clean it, wish I had brought a putty knife 😢.

Mike, the store manager, fixed my phone after I dropped it, in an OtterBox. The drop loosened some screws and the touch screen stopped working. He was familiar with the problem, apparently common with the Pixel. He also suggested some alternatives in case it wasnt just the screws behind the touch screen, including reputable dealers that sell unlocked and gently used phones. This is a great place to take your mobile device in an emergency. Service is fantastic.

Upon arrival:⁃Entering it smelled horrible.  gross in fact. it was unclean even though it was not open long and neither visit did i see any other customers.⁃I was a bit surprised by how much info they wanted.⁃quoted repair at $130 and I assumed that was their pricing so I said ok.⁃quoted an hour.⁃asked for my passcode before I left and I stared and did not say a thing but was thinking…  (Especially after sharing so much information)  I don’t want to give access to my entire life.⁃He then told me if I did not want he would just test it when i get back and can plug it in.⁃felt a little nervous leaving but had too.Returning to pick up:⁃As I walked in I was told from the back they were just finishing up fixing it.  I found this confusing. He said he would wait to test because I could put in my code?? I was also quoted 1 hour, not the 2 it took me to get there?⁃When he finally came out and apologized for the wait (he did have manners).⁃I opened it and he was really confused and stared at my phone.  I said “don’t you have to test it?” He stared and said “Oh, I thought you were trying to show me something.”  Then proceeded to open camera, dial a number.  Took about 3 seconds.⁃Then he asked me, “what did I tell you the price would be?”  I answered $130 but I should have not told him, He said “ok” and punched it in.  What do they just make up costs?Honestly i’m so freaked out.  I didn’t even sign stuff with my normal signature because of it.  I wish that I had just gone with my gut and not left my phone there.  I’m baffled at all the amazing reviews?  are those bots? I hope people take the time to read the bad ones.  I gave them 2 stars simply because screen appears fixed and as of yet I don’t know that they did anything illegal.

I love this place!!! EVERYTHING was great—from the first phone call, to taking my iMac in for the diagnostic session, the team there were a perfect combo of professional / knows what theyre talking about, but somehow doesnt come off as intimidating. The location was sooo clean, it even smelled clean. Gold stars for that! They kept me up to date throughout the entire process (of replacing my hard drive and upping my ram) and gave me great advice without being pushy. Lastly, the cherry on top, the price was FANTASTIC!
