I would give this place less than 1 star if it was an option. Had my iPhone 11 repaired here and has been nothing but a nightmare. Unresponsive screen at times, phone gets disabled for no reason without touching it. Very poor quality for the price he charges. Highly recommend anywhere besides this store.

I got my phone screen fixed there for some green lines in the video part of my screen and they fixed it well but they then overcharged my credit card. And about 5 months later my screen died altogether, and I had to get a new phone. The screen blowing might not be their fault but I know many people with the same phone I had that have had no issues with their screen.

I just brought my iPhone 8 plus in today to have the screen replaced. The price was cheaper than average. However, the new screen does not have the TRUE TONE capability. I asked the technician right away about the true tone after I got my phone back because I noticed the color was cooler than usual. He said he did not know what it was, and I did not know how to verify it, so I just took it back and went home. Now after watching a YOUtube video, I figured it out. If you look at the photo below, it should have third option to turn on/off TRUE TONE instead of having only DARK MODE and NIGHT SHIFT.I would definitely go back to the store and ask for my money back if I lived close by. :( || I drove to the area to pick my new MacBook air at the apple store.

I went there last week to get my screen replaced and that was all I need. When he “fixed it” and gave it back to me the screen is now even worse than when I gave it to him it will control it’s and do random stuff that I’m not doing and when I’m typing or texting it’ll type random tuff or close out of what I’m doing. And he replaced my battery and I did not need or want him to do so now my phone randomly dies even if it’s at 100% and he kroon giving me different prices when I asked him how much was it. And when I took it back to him and told him he that it wasn’t fixed he looked at it for like 30 minutes and said he sees no problem.I would not recommend this just spend the couple extra dollars and go to the Apple store to get your phone fixed. Total waste of money.

I brought my old iPhone SE in for a repair, and not only did I receive an extremely fair price for repair on the device, but once they started working on it and discovered the extent of the damage, they were very honest in explaining that my money would be better spent on purchasing a new phone rather than the cost it would take to fix the existing device. It’s hard to find businesses these days that wouldn’t take advantage of their customers in a vulnerable spot like this, but this shop is extremely honest, polite, and reasonable, and has earned my future business as a customer.

Brought in a 5S that needed a new screen. Mustapha fixed it for $50. The Apple store wanted $129 to do the same thing. Ended up buying a used 6Plus for $170 while I was there as well. He was kind, helpful and even threw in a free charger. Also put the screen protector on both phones before I left. So I was very happy with everything upon leaving.Great Service. So far no issues with either phone. Would Recommend this place to anyone.

This places saved my day by fixing my phone screen in 15 minutes. I was told that iPhone screen can never be the same once you replace it but iFixandRepair shop has proved those rumors wrong. I waited few days to confirm before writing this review and the verdict is that I cant tell a difference. They are half the price of what others in the area charge and they also give 2 months warranty on their work. The shop is right outside Dillards and it only takes them 15 minutes to replace the screen once they start working on it.

Absolutely the best purchase I have ever witnessed. My friend and I just got done at the Apple Store, it took about an hour and 15 minutes in total for them to tell my friend that they couldn’t fix his screen. After we walked to the iFix store. We walked in, got imidiate service, unlike the apple store. The man working there was kind and straight to the point and very clear about what he would do, it took less than 5 minutes to start working on my friends phone. The biggest flaw of apple is how long it takes to get a simple question asked. This guy was phenomenal. We came back to the store after about 15-20 minutes, he was finished. The phone was completely fixed, 3-d touch, touch Id, the glass over the camera, everything was fixed. Keep in mind it looked like my friend ran over with it with a truck. The man also fixed his speaker for the hell of it!! My friend saved over $100 coming here instead of Apple. Great service and Great Prices. 10/10

Great work and wonderful customer service! I went to two different Apple stores needing help on a problem with my computer battery. Neither location were able to help me that day. Even though iFixandRepair is a mobile phone repair shop, I tried them on a whim and hoped to get some advice at the very least. They exceeded my expectations and they were able to fix my battery issue quickly and efficiently. They even made sure that the parts were compatible and that my computer started up correctly. Great place to have your phone fixed. I dropped mine and cracked the screen. The screen was just completely dark and with in an our they had it up and running. They recommended a ballistic glass screen protector and it works great! I was concerned about issues after the repair. I have had absolutely none!

I have taken my Galaxy Note 9 here two times. The first time was for the back glass. When I got it back it wasnt fully adhered along the edge . I took it back to them and they said thats how it is.The second time was to have my LCD screen replaced. When I got it back the screen made a popping noise when I would touch it. It almost sounds like an adhesive did not work and is still tacky. This repair was $270.I just dont have time for this b.s. I am super busy at work and dont have time to take my phone back everytime to make things right.I would NOT reccomend taking your phone here.

These guys will gouge you on the price when they think you need them. I repaired a phone last month with them, the screen went out so I called to find out what the procedure was. Masood(SP?) says Ill call my manager and call you back. Ok. Well a week later I call back because Ive yet to hear anything and he tells me its going to be 20% more than I paid originally for them to fix the phone again. Then he keeps hanging up on the call and will not connect me to management. Very disappointed they dont know how to treat customers who arent ducks.

I came here to get my screen fixed and they messed up my lock screen button completely, my screen started messing up again a week later and my phone stopped charging when it was charging perfectly before. The man said the lock bottom on my iPhone must have been broken before but it wasn’t!!! They messed up my phone even more and did not give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was a horrible transaction. I made the mistake of taking my iPhone 6 in for repair at this store. The glass had broken and needed replaced but the phone was working fine. They convinced me I needed a more expensive digitizer which totaled $160. They made the repair and it appeared to work fine but soon after I started using it I realized that it was overheating, draining the battery extraordinarily fast, and entering errant commands. I brought it back to them and they replaced it with a new screen. The same thing happened. I called and asked if they would refund the money and let me get it taken care of at the Apple store and they said they couldnt accept the return. I went ahead and had it replaced at the Apple Store . It cost $60 LESS there and it worked just fine. I took the screen back to them and gave them one more chance to do the right thing and give me a refund — they declined. Im currently disputing the charge with my credit card and will never give them my business again and hope you will avoid them too.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in the toilet. It immediately stopped working, wouldnt turn on, or recognize a charge. Everybody told me that it probably could not be fixed but these guys fixed it in a few days AND they charged me less than $100. They did a great job. I still have all of my pictures and content. None of my apps, settings, or anything was changed. Everyday they gave me an update on what they were doing to my phone and they kept working on it until it was fixed. I definitely will be telling all of my family and friends about this place!

Very honest company I lost my phone a year ago and someone sold it to them for part as a broken phone. So, I normally dont share too many reviews, but I felt that this was worth stating. I went to have my iPhone screen replaced here in September, and my initial visit to this location was fairly quick and easy. Overall, I was fairly pleased with the whole initial transaction.Over the weekend, I noticed recently that my screen had popped out from the bottom of the phone and was progressively getting worse. (The whole screen that was replaced seemed to just pry up from the phone). After it popped, the screen cracked, so I took it in (since it was within the 100 day warranty).When I came it, I told them that they had replaced my phone screen - and it popped out of the casing, and then cracked. The gentleman working (who replaced my screen in the first place) said that because it was damaged they couldnt fix it without me just paying for a new one. I reminded him that the whole screen pried up from the phone... something I later learned that shouldnt have happened if the screws were inserted correctly. I hadnt dropped my phone to cause any of it, either.After a good bit of discussion, and after him talking with the manager via phone, we agreed that I would pay for just the part and he could replace it. I came back to the store top pick it up and was unfortunately greeted with the information/accusation that there was no way that I had my phone screen replaced there. Apparently the screen they took off my phone was a brand that they did not carry and due to that, they were unable to send back to their distributor. (They likely get a kickback for the screens they send back and since apparently mine wasnt one of their brands, they couldnt get the kickback.)I proceeded to tell them that they did, in fact, replace my screen. I showed them my bank statement that showed I bought it there and they told me it was another iFix store...It wasnt. I told him to pull out my contract that I signed the first time in September - but he didnt find it. We finally were able to pull up a CC record in their system to show I bought it there. (Insert face palm here.) After waiting for over an hour and a half and trying to prove that I bought my screen from them, they FINALLY replaced the screen… Albeit, I still had to pay for the faulty product that they put on in the first place and then had to pay for them to replace it.Overall, not only did I leave feeling like I was ripped off in the first place and again for the replacement, my integrity was questioned. Their customer service in this instance was extremely below par. Ill be going somewhere else and directing all my friends elsewhere for screen fixes and suggest you do the same.

Brought my i phone in today with what I thought was a broken charging port. The gentleman told me he could fix it in about 20 minutes. When I came back, it was fixed and then he told me the charge was $39.99. I was a little surprised because the original quote had been higher. He then told me that the part wasnt broken, it was just very dirty so he cleaned it out for me and only charged me labor. I was so impressed with his honesty since I would have never know the part wasnt switched out. I highly recommend them not only because they do good work in a timely manner but they are honest and thats hard to come by. Thank you!

Booooy let me tell you I have myself an iPhone (6s) without having a hefty phone case. I eventually dropped my phone and of course we know how this goes, it had dints and a shattered screen. I walked into the mall heading to Dillard’s I noticed a phone repair store that was of my convenience. All I simply did was put it in the employee’s hands (Bebo) he told me to wait roughly 15 minutes enough time to go to Dillard’s and back once I came back I was looking at a new and improved version of my old broken phone.AMAZING SERVICE!!! So I found this place, I called and told them what was up, and they said, No problem!!! I went there it only took like 20mins and poof my iPhone 6s was like new once again.... I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. I accidently smased my Iphone screen around 2:45 and drove up here from Spring Hill. They had my phone fixed at 3:20 and you literally cannot tell anything ever happened to it. I will be recomending this place to all my family and friends. IPhone 7 was saying No Service. Apple said it would take a month to fix and they would have to fix a tiny crack in the glass for $149. The ifixandrepair guys fixed the glass for almost half that much and also fixed the No Service issue all in 20 minutes! I will never go anywhere else for phone repair.

The worst place to go. My charging socket wasnt working. I went to him for replacement, he told me to come after 1 hr. When I came back, I was told that my screen isnt working either. Such a crook this guy is, I later found that he changed my original screen with a fake/duplicate screen, that wasnt working at all. He wanted me to give him more business by changing a screen. DONT TRUST THIS GUY. HE IS FAKE.

First off, Id give this place zero stars if it was an option. My wife took her iPhone 6 to this place to get the screen replaced because QuickiFix did a poor job on an iPad we took there. When she walked in, no one was in the store so she called the number and the guy who answered said he was outside smoking. He came back in and told her hed take $10 off. When I called and asked how much they charged for an iPhone screen replacement the guy said it was $80 and would take 30 min.She left her phone there and the guy who worked on it finished putting on a new screen in 15 min. Everything seemed fine and I was pretty satisfied with the results for the amount charged. Two weeks later the screen started acting funny while she was recording a video at a football game. The screen got very dim and has about five lines running up the right side of the phone now.We took the phone back in to see what was going on and the employee there at the time basically blamed it on her. He said she mustve dropped the phone or sat on it and thats why the lines popped up (didnt happen). He even had the nerve to partially blame our children since they were with us in the store (said they mightve gotten ahold of the phone and dropped it, which they didnt because we dont let them play with our phones). He offered to fix it for $70, which is a complete joke since it would take him 30 min. and cost his company almost nothing to repair for free. I even told the guy we just wanted it fixed because we just got new phones and were planning on sending hers in for credit on our phone bill.If you plan on getting your screen replaced at this store, BEWARE. The result may seem nice at first but you will likely have a problem pop up in a month or so. This may depend on who actually does the repair but I really hoped a place that does that much business would be more professional about a situation like this. It was seriously the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and the guy was lucky my wife and kids were there with me. Now, if we ever have a problem with one of the 5 Apple devices we own this place wont even be a consideration and I will warn anyone I know that needs a repair to avoid this place. Id rather spend triple to have it repaired by professionals at the Apple Store and avoid shady people like this.

IFix and Repair was great!! I went in to get my battery replaced on my iPhone and they did it in 15 minutes! Bebo and Memo were super nice and helpful. They did a great job for a fraction of the cost. $50 at iFix and Repair versus $79 at Apple or Simply Mac. I would highly recommend!!

Samsung S4 brought in for broken glass, their irate and disgruntled technician overheated the lcd (you can see the burn spot) with his heat gun and ruined it. They say it was their fault and they will fix. That was 3 weeks ago, still waiting on the part they say, and, I cant get a call back from corporate. CPR down the road said the lcd was definitely overheated and that they charge a bit more than ifixandrepair as they use the proper materials and techniques to ensure that type of damage doesnt happen. Guess I should not have gone with the lowest bidder, in the mall convenience guys. Wife has been without a phone for almost a month and beginning to wonder if I will ever get a working $600 phone again after paying them $142 to break it!

My note 3 charging port was fried. Got it replaced here within 30 minutes and for a reasonable price.
