My wife and i went to the Franklin,TN store recently to have a phone transfer done. We met Courtney and Richard and they were more than willing to help us. In a world where bad customer service is to be expected, we were pleasantly surprised with these folks. ..this is what customer service SHOULD look like...excellent experience !JC

Oh my gosh! If you need help with your Verizon account or new phones go see Leslie!My Verizon account was a mess, I was paying for a lot of things I didn’t need. Leslie was AMAZING! She got the account all reorganized and was friendly, efficient and really knew her stuff! Then, she got me set up with a new iPhone and an iPad and all the accessories I needed. The entire experience was terrific! The store is clean and bright and just has a great feel to it!So great was the service and selection that a few days later we returned with our son and got him all set up with a new phone too!Go see Leslie! You will love it!
With all the phones, plans, and promotions available, it can be confusing as what to choose. Keaton made the process simple and my wife is very happy with her new 12 Pro phone. Yes the wait can be long, but it is worth it because they will provided exceptional service and not rush you. Only place we will go for our cellular needs.

My experience with Verizon was spectacular. Maddie helped me get a fantastic deal on my new phone, trade in my old one and find a better plan for my family’s needs. I Will definitely be upgrading our other phone and buying an tablet. All Verizon stores are not the same and I HIGHLY recommend that you visit this location.

Keaton was extremely helpful in making the process run smooth, especially with the COVID restrictions. We were able to set up an appointment via text for me to go in and get my new phone. I had to wait for about 20 min while he was finishing up with another customer but I was prepared to wait. The process ran smooth after that.
Terrible. I walked in looking for a new phone, the associate working there told me that I wasnt eligible for an upgrade but they were running a promotion where they would buy out existing phones if I upgraded to the galaxy s21. I agreed, paid the difference of what was left on my contract after they paid the remaining balance on what was left for my phone.But it turns out I was UNABLE to upgrade to the s21 so we had to cancel and I wasnt able to get a refund for the money I already spent and now I have a nice $125 charge on my bill for what they paid.Thank you Verizon for NOT CHECKING ELIGIBILITY before locking me in to a contract that I have to pay.So long story short, I went in to verizon to buy a new phone and came out with the SAME PHONE and a bill for $166, see what I mean, terrible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I was lied to about being eligible for a free phone, mislead about product prices, denied returns the following day despite them not having me sign a waiver AND treated disrespectfully by staff. No managers present to discuss issues and no response to emails from district manager. Clearly they care only about making a sale and zero on customer service!! You have been warned!! Find a REAL Verizon store, not an “authorized retailer.”
I had gone in to try to set up my new iPhone that I couldn’t do on my own. The person who helped me was able to get me past the point I needed. Very helpful and very nice.
Seth was my technician and sales person. He is professional, personable, and definitely knows his product. He is unbelievably patient and so fantastic with understanding our fears with change. I have had Verizon forever but gone back and forth between apple and Samsung. He gave me all info on both and let me choose where I was comfortable. I truly appreciate this service.

This place is a JOKE. They should not have verizon listed on the store because they are NOT verizon. And their return policy changes to whatever is convenient for them. Also, ask for a PRINTED receipt BEFORE paying. You will find random “set up” fees and insurance programs that you didn’t actually enroll in. When you realize the error in charges they won’t reverse them. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not to mention you can’t talk to a manager or even set up a meeting. This place is a sad excuse for a business. Set up an appointment and go to the corporate location. Don’t get ripped off by them.
Very disappointed with the customer service tonight. I understand this is a busy time and that COVID creates a bigger problem however my issue was not with this, they were doing a very good job in that area. My problem is with a situation with my LG phone bought 4 months prior at this very store. I had been experiencing problems with my text messaging and had been on the phone, with Verizon, for an hour prior to going into the store. Verizon had run through all the checks and still could not find the problem and suggested I go to the store to check the Sim card. When I was waited on the customer service representative told me that if the card was bad I had to pay for a new one immediately without even checking. I just bought the phone. Second, while they mentioned that LGs might be having problems they didnt even call Verizon directly to see if there had been more issues. They told me when I left that I would have to call Verizon because there was nothing else that could be done. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he was on a conference call and couldnt speak to me. They didnt take my number and bother to have the manager call me back. Very disappointed! While I was there I mentioned I had been with Verizon since starting service many years ago and was going to put my girlfriend on my account and she wanted to purchase a new iPhone. Needless to say, I dont think I or my girlfriend are going to shop here now or again. Very disappointed and all that needed to happen is a phone call from the manager and a quick call to Verizon. Hope they read this and not lose future business.
Worst customer experience of my life. I went into the store with intention to switch my phone services and I left wanting to stay with my current cell provider. The manager who helped us was very condescending and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked for help with the Verizon side of things to deal with our plan, and I was given the response of That is your issue not mine. We are not Verizon and if you want the service you have to deal with it yourself it is not my problem. I was disgusted by the way I was treated and for the sake of others, I hope that action will be taken to help the customers not to push them away.

Worst service in the world. Do not go here! Spencer was the worst. It wasnt even busy but he could have cared less about helping us. Couldnt tell us if there were any specials available. BEWARE - Corporate Policies favor themselves not the customer! They do not train employees well, the customer has to pay part of the phone setup which should be their salary, you cannot speak directly to a store to verify inventory before driving there, and they have no mechanisms in place to refund fees when troubles happen. They dont care about YOU...nor much for their employees either.
Had the WORST full day in their store while salesmen with terrible people skills proved their lack of knowledge at every turn. Now, 2 months later were finding charges and samsung equipment billed to us that we did not order and was not given to us. Victra in Franklin is a stain on Verizons reputation. If Verizon wants to stay in any kind of good standing in Franklin they should get rid of this store pronto! Will never go back. Everyone reading this should be advised that this a true Verizon store in Franklin. Go there if you know whats good for you.

The most terrible service Ive ever received. After waiting 45 minutes pass an appointment time on Black Friday I did not received my package in my bag to mail back my trade in iPhone. The 40 dollars I was told for activation fees was waived, but that was still on the bill. Went back today and the manager would not give me his name he would text it to me 8rs later, Nothing. Weve used this place since it opened. Over the years weve been helped by everyone from Marisol to George. And while theyll happily tell you what deals are available, you still feel like they have you interests at heart. Selection sometimes is low, but they always seem to pull something together for you. We were even helped by Shannon, the regional manager!! Pay attention to busy times. It may dramatically change your wait time.
Knowing their equipment and professionalism shown with reps team support was great to see even if it wasn’t their sale. Went to another store and tried to be but no match and couldn’t cover it up

I would give them 0 stars if could. Bought phone went back to get I pad and staff was rude, started helping me and then would leave me to help someone else. several times. Sales person got mad after I said I decided to go somewhere else since I was being ignored. I have never had such bad customer service.
