DO NOT USE! I wanted Zero stars We had the worst experience with ProSource Franklin and Granite and Marble! We were remodeling our kitchen and needed countertops. This is our first time ever getting countertops and we had no clue what to ask for or what we needed to know. We depended on the so-called professionals to guide us through the process. All seemed good, we chose from a sample piece and was never given the option to come see any rock slabs in person. We picked Quartz-Thassos. The owner of Granite and Marble came out to measure and look at our new sink. We bought a dual mount sink and had it there for the measurement process. The owner said he couldnt use a dual mount and to get a straight undermount sink. So, we did just that. We sent the sink type with its measurement to ProSource. We asked if anything further was needed on our end. They said no. Neither ProSource or Granite and Marble sent over drawings of the counters which we had no clue they should have. Reminder we were first timers. Install day came. Turns out they were giving us a seam which was NEVER discussed and a big deal for us. We would have wanted to have knowledge of that prior. They also decided to place the seam directly above our dishwasher- heat rises... this would have eventually caused issues to the stone. Then we noticed the counters were not flush with our stove and not just by a hair. Try near 1.5-inch difference. No one told us with older counters we should have built them up prior to make the countertops flush. Also, our sink came with awesome attachments that rest on a ledge that the sink has built in. Guess what, the counters werent cut properly so the attachments couldnt rest on sink ledge. ProSource and Granite and Marble suggested we just set the attachments on the countertops themselves. I reached out to Bridgette ProSource- Franklin manager, she by far the RUDEST manager I have ever spoken to. She told us seams are normal and that they gave us a discount. Then was told that the stone we chose didnt come in jumbo slabs, so we had to have a seam. Had we known this we would have picked another stone option. I would email and not get a response from Bridgette for a few days. Granite and Marble told me it wasn’t their issue because our contract was with Prosource not them. This went on for a month. Then I called Patty from ProSource Corporate in WI. WOW!! I could not believe how I was treated by her. She refused to give her email so I could CC her on emails to Bridgette so she could see herself the issues. We begged for resolution. Granite and Marble threw in a slab of marble at us as a constellation prize and called it a cheese platter. Finally, after a month and a half I called Patty again and said today I have to have resolution, or we would need to seek legal help. She called me back later that day to tell me that they would schedule a removal of our countertops and we would need to sign a contract for our full refund. We couldn’t believe it! Instead of helping us and fixing the problem they stuck it to us even worse. The day after removal I had to call and ask for my refund and remind them the contract said 24 hours after removal. We then got an email from Bridgette with a new contract she wanted us to sign…it was a GAG order. Saying that they wouldn’t give us our refund unless we signed this stating, we would leave bad reviews on any media outlet for both ProSource and Granite and Marble! I called Bridgette and said absolutely not, and we would call a lawyer if she didn’t refund our money. Someone else called us from CO and it took three more days to get our refund. DO NOT USE!

Im on my second bath remodel and have used ProSource for both. They are the best! Kim helped me with the cabinets and was detailed, patient and very friendly. For everything else Im working with Kelly. Shes the best!!! She works with me on my taste but also offers suggestions and Ive been so pleased! She is friendly, efficient and accommodating! What else could you ask for? Im a very happy, satisfied customer!

We had the best experience with ProSource !!! We got our wood floors, carpet & countertops from ProSource and couldn’t be happier :) Bridgette and Kim were professional and made the whole remodeling process fun! Would definitely recommend them to any family or friends looking to remodel.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! My experience with them is going from bad to worse. It started with basic inquiries for a kitchen remodel: floors and granite countertop. At the time I didn´t realize how limited they were in what they offered and how they offered it. I have since worked with other shops and have found far superior service. At that time, I continued to move forward with the countertop through Granite and Marble. Neither company would provide adequate information on what was needed for a proper installation despite my repeated efforts to get that information. The ProSource staff in particular is NOT knowledgeable. I thought I was dealing with a new employee. It turns out that she had been there for a year. I was then charged $125 for a trip charge because the cabinets weren´t level. I had repeatedly asked about this and was told don´t worry. As I was very concerned that I would be repeatedly charged for seemingly ridiculous reasons (contractor stated that the measurements required were not feasible), I reached out to ProSource Milwaukee and was transferred to Patty Kearns. Major mistake! I had been willing to move forward on the countertop despite my growing unease. I was just wanting some help. She was so rude and dismissive of my concerns that I just asked to terminate the relationship. She agreed to refund my deposit less the trip charge. When I told her that I would submit a poor review, she told me not to submit a review until I saw the agreement. As I had already read about the non-disclosure attempt with other screwed-over clients per Google, I told her not to even try it. So I opted to work through my credit card instead as I was very distrustful of ProSource at that time. I was unable to receive my refund through the credit card company as it was a deemed a legitimate charge. The credit card company has informed that ProSource is free and clear to issue a refund, but they are now refusing to. They stated originally that they did not have the documentation from the credit card company. Now that I sent them documentation and have spoken extensively with the credit card company, they are claiming that a fee for collection services is due. They are holding my refund of $880 hostage and are hiding behind a lot of legalese to do so. They will respond that I signed their paperwork. I did.However, when a company agrees in writing to refund a customer, they can do so. They have all sorts of excuses about doing things legally, but it´s an excuse to not do what´s right. Most companies would have just issued the refund and moved on. They seem to really like to fight with customers. This company is so anti-consumer. They will not help you or even do what is ethical. AVOID THEM!!

Went there and spent time picking out a countertop, backsplash and flooring. I brought kitchen measurements and was told they would contact me that week with pricing. That was over a month ago!My Granite countertops, sink and faucet is being installed from Tithofs and NOT Prosourse! I was able to pick out the granite, have a price that day, have someone come out within a week to measure, and they are being installed next week.Oh, and Prosourse sent us to a nearby building that has the granite to look at. The girl said they only had one slab but could not get it out because they dont have enough employees. That was between her yawning nonstop!So unprofessional!

I send all my customers to Prosource and have yet to have a bad experience. Bridgette takes care of most of my customers but Kelly gets a few as well. Everybody I send in loves the staff, the products, and the experience as a whole. As I tell customers, Prosource gives the best combination of low price, high quality material, and a knowledge staff of anybody that I have dealt with up to this point. I am one of the younger installers in the trade and I can say that I thoroughly look forward to continuing to work with this incredible staff for years to come.

Terrible as I call it no service wont look at poor quality Armstrong floor said they sent sample in for review talked w Armstrong yesterday they have no record so dont trust pro source as if there is a problem bridget wont help u horrible customer service they are real quick to take your money though

Horrible customer service my dog treats me better than that no return phone calls wont honor products or even come out and look at to resolve issues say they are not qualified I work for a very large employer and do hundreds of million dollar business every year I know one things any and all my fellow employees I will let them know as well as to not to buy from your company horrible customer service

I have used Pro Source multiple times on a business and personal level. Every time, with their extensive selections and awesome designer Bridgette, the projects turned out great! I feel the service I receive there is far greater than any big box store around. On a recent project I was short some material, totally my fault. But, Bridgette tracked down an extra carton and was able to have it shipped next day for me. How awesome is that! Shes like the Wonder Woman of flooring!!!

I have been dealing with Pro Source for 3 years now. It is the only place I will send my customers to assure they are getting a great product at a fair price. The most important thing is that all of their products are backed with a warranty as long as its installed correctly to the manufacturers specifications. Not only do they have the best and most up to date products in the business, they have great account managers that know more about product than any local box store. We use Bridgette Drury out of Franklin for an account manager. She is the best! Its nice to have a place I can send my customers and know they are in good hands. Thanks Bridgette and Pro Source!

It started out good, people were friendly and helpful. But I had to follow up on my order numerous times as components kept getting backordered, with it continuously being delayed multiple weeks in a row, no one could give me a firm date. At one point when I followed up it turned out the parts were sitting in the warehouse (for an unknown length of time). I chose them because they had said they could meet my deadline, but overall it was delayed about 2 months.

We were very satisfied with our flooring purchase. We had a great selection to choose from and it arrived on time. Bridgette Drury was our designer, and she was terrific!

What a great selection of flooring, tile and countertops. We found some really visually interesting backsplash tile and flooring for our kitchen remodel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help guide you to find what your looking for. I think you need to have an appointment with them to shop but Im not sure about that.
