Bryan and his crew did an excellent job helping me re-configure my kitchen. The work his team does is meticulous. He was very thorough and spent time with me understanding my needs (even coming by an extra two visits to make sure we were on the same page). I am very impressed with the cabinets he built, and the re-configuration he has done for us. I highly recommend him to anyone. I plan on using his services for other projects around my home.

I highly recommend Franklin Kitchen Center. Let me preface this review by saying that I am very particular. I know what I want. I expect high quality of work and product, and professionalism in who I choose to work with. With that said, I can tell you that FKC is awesome.I have been working on my dream kitchen in my head for months and had drawn out exactly what I wanted. FKC was instrumental in fine-tuning and making recommendations to make it better and even more functional based on their expertise. I even had a couple of things that I wanted that they hadn’t done before but they worked with me to make it happen. The net result is a dream kitchen that became a beautiful reality — and pictures that speak for themselves, as included in this review.Working with Bryan was great. He is meticulous. Its comforting when I feel like I can trust that the person I am working with, especially on a big investment and an essential part of your home, is just as particular and detail-oriented as I am! They are very responsive and answered any questions I had along the process.On installation day, Bryan and his crew were a well-oiled machine and very professional -- the attention to detail they put into ensuring that each piece of cabinetry is delivered and installed carefully, to seamless caulking and finish work. I also thought it was great to see Bryan be a mentor to his team. It reinforced the fact that they take pride in their work and each person is molded to be an integral part of their team to be able to deliver consistent level of quality.It did take a bit longer than expected to get the kitchen completed and ready for install. HOWEVER, apparently, we weren’t the only ones who thought that it was a great time for a home renovation project while being stuck at home during a pandemic. Add to that, high demand to meet holiday timelines. I will say, having seen firsthand, the custom work, attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into their cabinetry speaks volumes. Its worth the wait for a fabulous outcome.Do not let their somewhat limited website or “showroom turn you away. I’ll be honest, it almost did for me. But I had a couple of friends who had positive experiences with FKC and I trusted their judgment. Now, I get to be someone who will happily refer my friends and anyone interested in custom cabinetry to Franklin Kitchen Center.Plus, it’s always a great bonus when you know you are doing business with GOOD people. Bryan, Mike, Ron and crew take pride in their work and stand behind providing quality product and service. Their price is reasonable - I know, as I’ve researched other options. If you are looking for custom cabinetry, I wholeheartedly recommend Franklin Kitchen Center!

Our recent kitchen project was the third experience we have had with Franklin Kitchen Center. They first built a liquor cabinet for us that was exactly what we were looking for; then when we remodeled our master bathroom FKC built the cabinetry for that space, again we were delighted. So it was not surprise when we remodeled our kitchen we called them again. We could not be happier with the results. Bryan and his crew were enormously helpful in assisting us in making decisions. Bryan listened carefully to what we imagined our kitchen to look and function like. It is perfect! Just the way we imagined it to be. We would highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with Bryan and Franklin Kitchen Center. Not only do they provide a quality product but, their customer service is above and beyond. Bryan walked me through the entire process, we set timelines and the end result was on schedule and better than I could have imagined. It really was a smooth process that I cant recommend enough. I also enjoyed working with staff member, Ed who did an excellent job and provided a lot of laughs. If you are thinking of upgrading your kitchen, Bryan at FKC should be your first call!

Bryan and his team did an exceptional job on our kitchen. We had a very difficult area to work with and Bryan worked with us to come up with a great design that made our kitchen much more functional. He went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with the final project and communicated effectively. He also built book shelves for us that look like they have always been part of the home.

If I could give more than five stars I would. When the pandemic hit, we thought a new kitchen would be a great idea. We met with several contractors but nobody offered recommendations, just kind of did what we mentioned. Bryan and his team went above and beyond. When Bryan came into my kitchen you could see him just go into a trance with different ideas for our kitchen. Hed leave it up to us, but spit out ideas and explain why. He helped provide contacts for every aspect of the kitchen remodel and if one of them were not communicating with me, hed reach out and then sure enough Id get a text back. He made self contracting a breeze. We are extremely happy with the final product and I would recommend Franklin Kitchen Center in a heartbeat to anyone.

We met Bryan at FKC through a contractor during our bathroom renovation. We were impressed with the vanity they built so we reached out again when it came time to remodel our kitchen. Bryan was incredibly helpful from start to finish, easy to get a hold of, and accommodated a last minute color change with no problem. It was a quick turn around from planning and design to build and install. We couldn’t be happier with the look and quality of the cabinets and island. I had FKC remodel my kitchen a few years ago and couldnt have been more pleased with their work. It came out so nice that we called them back to put an island in our dining area. Bryan, the new owner was fantastic. He came to look right away and has incredible vision of the possibilities for your space. He suggested a beverage center to utilize the space efficiently and tie in to our kitchen. We could not be happier with the outcome. We received the same quality work and attention to detail as our previous project. Bryan is quick to return your messages and very reliable. If he says hell be there, hell be there! We’ve worked with FKC on many home improvement projects at two different homes. In our first home we did a full kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation and both came out better than I had ever hoped. At the time, it was all new to us and they did a nice job of walking us through the process with some hand holding to help us make decisions, give us a better understanding of how it all works and have us feel good it. It was also impressive how professionally, friendly and in-sync the FKC team worked with other vendors and contractors, like the tile and granite guys as well as plumbers and electricians. Very seamless from beginning to end, which is what we needed being so new to the game! In our new home, Bryan and his team did custom built-ins and transformed a kitchen desk to a more premium bar area. Their work is perfect, all measurements and sizing is spot on and high quality. They are fast, professional and friendly. Home renovations and improvements can be stressful, and that is certainly not the case here. I’ve never been more stress-free or laid back about home projects when working with Franklin Kitchen Center. Highly recommend!!

Franklin kitchen center are fantastic !! They did a great job with our kitchen . It is by far is the best room in the house and we are so glad we had them fabricate and customize it . I highly recommend them!! You will not be disappointed.!!
