Our sales person was not knowledgeable about what appliances can go in the cabinets, we were missing hardware/door handles, we are having to order parts and install them ourselves to fix their mistakes. Installers badmouth the company, cabinets are overpriced, customer service is terrible, calls go unreturned, we started July 6th, still trying to complete the project. Not my favorite thing to do but this is the only recourse when the company is unwilling to resolve their mistakes. Cabinets are great however our doors need to be adjusted as most do not close or rub against each other.
While Jackson our point person was helpful and doing his very best, Cabinets to Go couldn’t be any worse. Due to them we have literally lost our tenants.Cabinets were delayed, cabinets arrived but not the right size, cabinets arrived but broken.Furthermore their contractor Greg has been abysmal.He is non-responsive, unavailable, and we are constantly at the end of the line when it comes to fixes.Many months later we are still unable to install our microwave range because Greg installed the cabinets incorrectly.There’s a hole in the wall that you can see from across the kitchen with a wire coming through it, and the sink was left jetting out almost 8 inches.We had to pay someone else to come in and fix some of these errors. And we are still waiting for Cabinets To Go to fix the rest.Each week that goes by we lose our date with the plumber, the microwave installer, the backsplash contractor. All of this is on Cabinets To Go, and the management who won’t hire someone else besides this slacker Greg.We had to pay Greg separately to install various outlets and the ceiling light, his prices were outrageous but we were stuck paying them anyway because it was too late to find someone else. All in all this has been a horrible experience and I would never under any circumstances recommend Cabinets To Go.Oh and in case this wasn’t bad enough, we were waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for our countertops which Cabinets To Go uses a third-party sourcing. At last we had to cancel it and find another company right in Nashville who is able to install immediately. If You have endless amounts of time and you have absolutely no need of a kitchen for about six months go right ahead and use these people.
I never thought bying a kitchen would be so easy. Dee is the Best. Thank you.
To be honest I was disappointed. Not the same level of courtesy we have received last time in cabinets to go. We purchased from them a little over a year ago in a different store that was why we went back. The sales associate seemed distracted with his cell phone. The adjacent business which was owned by same individual those associates seemed like it iritated them to talk with us. Wont visit this one again.
Met with rep., paid $100 to have measurements taken, never heard from anyone again. I have called and emailed with no response. Im ready to place order, but cant get a response. Terrible service. Would be nice if I could get my money back.
Update - Our experience has been unbelievably horrible since writing this initial review right after purchase. First our order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Dee wrongly informed us that Memorial day would not push our delivery back a day, when it actually did! We called Wednesday (after Memorial day) to find out why we had not received a delivery schedule call only to find out the cabinets wouldnt be delivered until Thursday. We have contractors showing up on Thursday to install cabinets. So we told Brock that we would pick up the cabinets in Lawrenceburg, TN (about an hour away) at the warehouse. Still have not been refunded the delivery fee. We ended up spending over 3 hours there. They loaded the cabinets in our trailer without double checking the order with our sales order receipt. I checked the order with our sales order receipt and found a missing cabinet. Their system didnt have one of our cabinets on the pull order. This is what took hours upon hours to fix. For whatever reason they couldnt just give us the cabinet, it was a whole ordeal that was so frustrating for us! We finally get the cabinets and head home to assemble them. I had a special order utensil organizer for a cabinet, which I was told would be a couple weeks to come in, they would call me. I never received a call from them. After I called 11 times and 3 and a half months later I still DO NOT have the utensil organizer!! At first I was told they were on back order, ok I get that. Then when I call back a week after they told me it would be in I am told they didnt even know I still needed that. So they order it again and I do not get a call its at the store so I call again and they dont have one for me but they have one for another customer that they will give me because Ive waited so long. Um no Im not taking someone elses order, Ill wait. I was also told by Brock on July 23, 2021 that they would deliver it to me because I have been inconvenienced so much. It is September 14, 2021 and no contact from them. Ive called three times since then with no resolution. I am in complete and utter shock of the SEVERE lack of customer service this company has! I renovate houses since 2012 and I typically install 3-6 kitchens a year, so I am familiar with the process and with customer service. I was really hoping to find a reputable, local business to purchase multiple kitchens a year from. Sadly that is not with this company. Incredibly affordable quality cabinets. Dee, at the Franklin location, is an expert and wonderful to work with! She listened to what we wanted and graciously made all the changes we requested. We had a great experience!
