I stumbled upon Regina for my son’s hair (6, thick, double crown, etc) and she did such amazing job! My husband and daughter then started getting their hair cut by her. After she cut my daughter’s hair into a inverted bob and did such a great job, I had her cut mine too on the spot. The whole family now goes to see Regina for haircuts on a regular basis. She is always very prompt and efficient with her time which is always appreciated. I highly recommend her and this salon!

My stylist was very nice. However she should have clarfied how light I wanted my highlights. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Which clearly showed a level 10 highlight, my highlights are barely noticeable. Almost have an orange look to them. The cut is great, Im just not happy with the highlights.

Over all I was pleased. The cut was like I told Jennifer I wanted. When I called for an appointment, the person that answered explained the Covid protocol, which was very good. However when I arrived, while everyone had a mask, the were not covering their nose. If the nose is cot covered, the mask does not do a lot of good. I will probably go back, but I would everyone would be properly using a mask.

I go to Kristie to get my hair cut here every few months. She’s an incredible hair dresser and person. Every time I show her a picture of a style I want, she does exactly that. Sometimes I just let her wing it and do whatever she wants and I always love the results. She’s personable, funny, and patient. I’ve recommended her to several people and they have gone to her and been very happy as well.

I have been looking for a really good hair salon that was convenient to both my home and office. A friend of mine at work recommended Fantastic Sams and visiting Regina. I did so and was very pleased at how quickly they were able to see me, how professional everyone was, etc. I will be going back regularly!

Regina’s the bomb! My hair is thick with a lot of body and just enough wave to be a nuisance, but Regina always nails it. My cut and color look great, and my hair is easy to manage.

Came here based on all the great reviews for Regina. We didn’t have the same experience. She took about an inch off my daughters hair and charged $20. When I googled FS prices it said $14 for a women’s cut with shampoo, guess they charge more because of the area. It was cut straight across, which could have been cut at home like that. It is also uneven in the back from the way it was cut. In and out in 10 minutes. I would not recommend, you get what you pay for. Also staff seemed unfriendly and it was just an awkward vibe in there.

We have now been here 3 times for my boys haircuts. They are 4 and 2. We have had both Jennifer and Stephanie cut their hair and both have done a fantastic job and it’s not easy cutting my 2 year olds hair! The pricing is reasonable, too. Would definitely recommend!

I love this salon! The manager Jennifer is very talented and professional, she really cares that she does a great job! I am always pleased with the results of my hair cuts or colors. The only complaint I have at all is that I no longer have access to book my appointments online. This was so very easy and convenient. There are times when I cant call to make my appointment, booking online was so much simpler. If there was a problem with the online booking system causing FS to choose to eliminate it for this location, it would be wise for the company to consider correcting the issue instead of doing away with the booking online option.

Fantastic Sams has recently joined our neighborhood here in Cool Springs, and I couldnt be more thrilled!! The facelift this shop was given, is AWESOME! Very clean, color scheme is vibrant and very inviting!My Stylist was Tabitha! She was very professional, friendly and personable. She listened intensely as I explained the issues with my hair, that is causing daily frustration. Her suggestions were very helpful in controlling my fuzziness. Turns out, she has naturally curly hair too, and was very knowledgeable on how to tame it. Its so very hard to find a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair. When she was finished with my hair, I was extremely pleased with the end result. The suggestions she gave me, allowed me to obtain the same outcome at home. Ive been here twice. Once the haircut was amazing but the second time.. Meh.

The color turned out okay. They only have 8 they could choose from which made me uneasy to start. If the style you are looking for is slightly above easy, I’d steer clear of this place. My roommate had to fix some uneven cutting in the back and I don’t think my stylist has ever cut side bangs before in her life. I’d spend more money to get a little better piece of mind.

My friends and I got our prom hair done here! Loved my hair by Lindsey!!! All of the stylists did such a great job and were so friendly!

Had a scheduled appointment but they continued to seat others before me. I always thought the haircuts here were just slightly below average to average......so not a hard decision for me to not come back here again based on this last poor customer service experience. Honor your previously scheduled appointments and be respectful of people‘s time. It’s not that complicated.

Great haircut and friendly staff

I took my son this morning for a last minute haircut with Lindsay. Not impressed. She was very rough with the clippers, he said “Ouch!” several times and she didn’t change her approach at all. Then she used the blow dryer on him and he said that it was too hot- she said she needed to dry his hair. She didn’t adjust the temp at all. Pretty sure I won’t be going back. Not very kid-friendly.

Christy has been cutting my families hair for many years! She does such a wonderful job. She is hard working and so sweet and kind. One of best! Just call and make an appointment first as she stays busy.

My wife and I have had our hair cut here many times and if you get Jennifer the manager you will be fine, but our last visit my wife ended up having her hair cut by Estefani. This women butchered my wifes hair, it looked awful and she screwed up the layers, the style and cut, now we have to wait for the hair to grow out much longer to get it cut back to how it should be. WARNING stay completely away from Estefani!

The girls are awesome here. Our 4 and 5 year old boys love getting their hair cut here!

My girlfriend was incredibly excited to go and get her hair done, it’s something she’s been looking forward to for months now. She went in early this afternoon and everything moved at an incredibly slow rate. She left her SIX HOUR SESSION incredibly unhappy and disappointed. Something she had been so excited for turned into a nightmare. The only people I’d recommend this place to are people trying to nail an audition as an Oompa Loompa. Maybe hiring good hair stylists would be a smart thing to do for a business that’s only purpose is styling hair... not sure though, just a thought.

Great place Kristy has been cutting my hair for 15 years

Came in when the door opened and made a 2:00 appointment for my grand daughter for school pictures. Real nice lady with black hair put as down for an appointment. When we came in that afternoon instead of the nice lady we got a tatooed, nose ring, snarley faced girl. There was one lady under a dryer, when the nice girl went back for lunch and mean girl followed her. Leaving the front with no one in attendance, then kept us waiting till 2:30, this girl charged us 55 dollars to do a few swipes with a curling iron, after we were told 25. When I paid because I had to leave before she even started, she rudely asked is that all, as I paid with a card but gave my grand daughter 10 dollars for a tip. Pretty rude to be asking for a tip when you couldnt even crack a smile. She couldnt even use the curling iron right and had to call the girl with blue hair over to help her. Telling her she would split the tip. Then left my grand daughter sitting while she took care of the only other person in the place. So for not even 30 minutes of time you get charged 55 dollars and are treated rudely because you paid ahead and you are a high school kid. Dont your time and money supercuts or clip joint can do a better job and not be snotty to you. Pretty sad management to hire someone with no people skills who cant even do hair. Raspberries and thumbs down cheating people and giving poor service.

Stylist are always really friendly, but theyre understaffed and always a long wait. They did a great job with my boys haircuts, but I prefer to go somewhere that allows online check-in and real appointments.

Was told it would be a 30- 45 minutes wait for my 4 year to get a hair cut between 3 hair stylists. There was a family of 3 guys in front of us. Several walk in as we sit there. The 3 guys were done and left, should be our turn but no. One hair stylist goes outside and gets a man (one of the walk-ins).. Im assuming hes a regular customer but either way she put him in front of us. One hair stylist completely disappeared and the other was doing a color. So when the man was finished I thought for sure it would be our turn... nope. After sitting there an hour i decided to leave. Will never go back!

It defeats the purpose of having an appointment & watch two people without appointments go before you. Take appointments first or dont ask clients to book them.
