Very clean store! The employees are knowledgeable about the products and happy to help. The quality/quantity and selection of products is also excellent. The Sally brands that I’ve tried are just as good as the name brands, but at a much more affordable price. I recommend getting the Sally savings/membership card because it will save you money throughout the year and you get a coupon for the equivalent off on your next visit. Some products they sell: curling/straightening irons in different sizes and coatings, blow dryers, hair color, all kinds of hair treatments for all types of hair, a new section for beard care, waxing supplies, nail care, makeup, jewelry, hair accessories, electric trimmers, empty travel size containers, sample size products, etc.

Great place for all your beauty needs. Very helpful employees, if they dont know the answer they will ask someone who does. Prices have gone up some and they do charge a small fee for bags, but with the customer service level the slight increases are worth it.

I have shopped at Sallys since the 60s. Today I purchased a few items. After checkout I was informed they were out of plastic bags and if I wanted a bag I had to pay fifteen cents. Since I was using a cross body bag and walk with a cane I had to buy the bag. I should have been informed in advance. The old saying fool me once applies. Good bye, Sallys

I had to best experience with Angela this morning! I had to make sure that I asked her name because she was so wonderful, and I wanted her efforts to be recognized! She had an amazing attitude and personality. She didn’t hesitate to take the time to talk with me, swatch my hair color, give precise instruction, showed me the exact products that I’ll need, and didn’t make me feel dumb in the slightest. She was very patient and understanding, and made me actually want to work there because she genuinely loves what she does. Please allow her to be recognized for her great efforts! Thank you! -Ashley

Horrible customer service. I called and spoke with an employee and asked if they carried an item for which they did. They were closing in 10 min. I specifically asked if they closed early or right on time, he stated they close right at 8:00. I arrived at 7:57 and knew exactly what I was buying it would have taken me 1 minute to check out. The door was locked and the employee was already shutting down the register. When she told the other employee that I was at the door they both looked at me and looked away from the door. When I tried to call to tell them I was the person who called and was coming to pick up an ear piercing gun they of course would not answer the phone. If you are going to be open until 8..be open until 8. I would have taken one minute of your precious time. Now you have forever lost my business and as a business owner you have always gotten several of my dollars.

Went here tonight for the first time in a long time with my sister. I walked in and both of the workers were behind the counter not doing anything. There was no hello or how are you. I was like alright whatever and I proceeded to get my items and then I went to the checkout counter and I WAS the one to say Hi! With a smile. NO response from the checkout girl. Not even a smile or anything. The next thing she said was do you have a Sally beauty card and I said no I dont and she said okay then I said ... How can I get one and she said you have to sign up. (Monotone and rude throughout the conversation). My sister and I being the friendliest people in the world looked at each other after we walked out the door and just died laughing. We couldnt believe people like that actually existed. I understand people have a bad day every once in awhile but I have no tolerance for this type of customer treatment. I most likely will not be returning.

I dont know what these other people are saying, but I love this sallys. The employees are awesome and very helpful :) in my opinion of owning a business, you shouldnt wait til the last minute to purchase something.
