Best sales associate today visiting Cool Springs (inside mall) location. Hanna very patient and can match any color. I was impressed on how she recognized skin types and products. Very nice young lady.

I visit this store every time vs shopping online. There’s just no comparison to the top-notch customer service at Sephora Coolsprings Galleria. I feel so welcome and really appreciate the knowledge staff at this store have about their products. My skin and makeup have never looked better.

The young man at the front door just rude! I know they are limiting customers in the store and trying to help folks waiting in line but he can’t even keep track of what is going on and then complains so much is going on he can’t keep track!!!! They need someone else manning the door because he drives customers and business away!

I came in looking for more of my concealer, and I also wanted to make sure it was the right shade. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the right one. Turns out I needed a different shade from before! All in all, I had a very pleasant experience.

They saw I had missed my birthday this year and let me have a birthday gift, it was such a pleasant surprise.

I am a HUGE fan of Sephora and really USED TO LIKE the independent Sephora in Cool Springs Mall, not the one in JCPenney. However, that has changed as of this very moment. I will no longer return to this store due to horrible customer service. I feel as customer, I am due more respect than to be standing behind an employee, who was the manager on duty, that was more than blatantly making unprofessional remarks about myself. It was a dead give away when she started waving her hand back and forth using her thumb to gesture behind her to 2 other employees. Unbeknownst to them, I was paying clear attention to the remarks she was making and the other girls chuckles, which did nothing but add more insult and salt to a wound. So thank you to the manager on duty for making unprofessional remarks and to you Becca and your other employee having a laugh at my expense. I will make sure to NEVER come into your store again. I hope y’all find this comment as amusing as your managers.

My wife and make me drive an hour and a half hour away to go there

I’ve come here a few times and the people working never seem to care that you even stepped foot in the door. I can get past that, but the woman in the skincare section is very rude. I’ve been there 3 times for samples looking for skin and eye cream. I want to try it before I commit to buying. The older lady that works that section glares at me immediately. and when I ask for a sample she says “Go get it.” Then proceeds to tell me that the sample won’t work, I don’t need what I asked for because I’m young, and doesn’t even bother to give me a different recommendation. She put two very small pumps into the sample that will last me MAYBE 3 applications. I’ve been to multiple other locations and they fill the sample all the way up so you can actually use it and have an idea if it works for you. I don’t know if she doesn’t like how I look or what, but her customer service skills are extremely unpleasant. I’m ordering online from now on.

I just love this place its makeup heaven! Yes the makeup is pricey but it last a very very long time several years unless its a glitter eyeshadow. I still have a few pallets from about 10 years ago that I can clean off and still use. Cant do that with drugstore makeup.

I love Sephora all around! This is the closest store to my location and I never leave disappointed! I always get the best deals and the employees are always helpful. Another thing I adore about Sephora, would have to be the way they interact with their customers online and on social media. They always fix any problems you may have and are always looking to find ways to please you! Overall, Sephora in Franklin and the entire Sephora brand is fantastic!

Never friendly, associates always seem bothered and don’t greet customers when they walk in. I never get greeted only by one associate when she’s there. I hope they read these reviews so they know what needs improvement because it’s unexceptable.

I usually love Sephora. I’m VIB rouge and spend a lot of money here. Most people are nice but for the past few times I’ve walked in I’ve had people greet others in and not me. They will just watch me and not say anything. I had a question about a product here today and 2 employees were talking and I had to wait to talk to someone. This is why I shop at the jc penny Sephora or just ulta.

My daughter had to drag me in there because the last time I went I got horrible service or should I say no service at all. After nobody would help me look for anyting I was walking around trying to find something for myself and I was followed like I was going to steal something.This time it seemed like it was going to start out that way. I told my daughter if nobody came over there and helped us I was not going to spend a dime in that store. After I said that two people actually materialized. One helped my daughter and one helped me and we actually got better service. I still havent decided if Im going back because I got the best service at the one in Lenox Mall in Atlanta Georgia so Im actually considering going back to that one.

The staff was very friendly and I was asked multiple times if I needed help. The store seemed cluttered like they need a bigger store for all the stuff. It could be just an off day but I felt the testers were dirty and looked messy. I didnt feel like the store shelves were clean. People were just using products with no qtips or little tissue or throw away sponge. It was gross. The staff didnt seem to mind that this was going on.

This is my absolute favorite Sephora. There have been times Ive gone into a Sephora and felt I was bothering the employees whenever I asked questions. That never happens here. They are more than happy to help and go out of their way to ask questions about your skin type, personal style, and overall preference of types of products in order to make a well thought out recommendation.Its smaller than some Sephoras, but big on charm and customer service. They will always offer to order something and have it delivered to your house with free shipping if they do not carry what you need.If you want a more personal experience in Sephora, go to this one.

Ive been to the stand alone store a few times and it just doesnt seem like they want to be there. I did need help but no one ever greeted me or asked if I was doing ok. When I went to check out the cashier didnt even seem to care all to much to talk with coworkers and acknowledge me standing there till it was time to pay...I may just go to the my on JCPenneys or Ulta for now on.

There assistance with choosing what I needed was great, service and prices were terrific.

I received a full face here (getting my makeup done for a military ball), and I was so disappointed. The girl who did my makeup NEVER asked what I wanted, if I had any preferences in colors or brands, or asked my opinion. And she caked makeup on me, which I said I didnt want multiple times. I kept telling her I wanted to keep it classy and natural. At one point I had to just grab Kleenex and start rubbing my face to get the makeup off, so shed get the hint (because my entire face was super shiny from all of the highlighter she used as foundation on me). She then proceeded to make my face look like hers, and I explained I wanted my makeup to match ME, and it shouldnt look like her everyday makeup for HER.Just save yourself and dont get your makeup done here.. theyll make you look like them by doing their makeup routine, instead of asking what you want.

This sounds dumb but Ive never used high end makeup. So I come in the store and I see this chick trying on a liquid lipstick straight from the tube and I was like oh okay I guess you dont HAVE to use a tester stick (not that I could see any cause theyre practically hidden and not by every mirror. And so i take a liquid lipstick and start putting it on and this chick comes over and doesnt even let me finish and takes it from me, AND THEN explains that thats not how youre supposed to do it (instead of doing it the other way around which wouldve made more sense to me) so I was like okay sorry. Then I assumed shed take the lipstick from the other girl but no. I watched for 20 minutes while the other girl continued to try on lipstick straight from the tube and I know for a fact the worker saw her doing it too. Maybe she didnt stop the other girl because shes older looking (like 20s) while Im a young teen. Oh well i guess I know not to do that now. Just annoying because me and my friends saw the other chick clearly doing it and she wasnt stopped but I had to be embarrassed like that.

The manager Jonathan really helped me out. I had a Huda beauty Foundation I needed to return that I had lost the receipt for and for some reason wasnt on my beauty Insider card. I was at a store in Providence, called the one at CoolSprings where I purchased it, called central office ... all to no avail. Then I called the CoolSprings store back and they said just come in and well take care of you. I really appreciated how kind everyone was and how helpful. Definitely recommend the store! CoolSprings Galleria is pretty far for me but Ive ended up here twice trying to fix the problem I was having at the Providence location. At this point I truly believe that the 45-minute drive is definitely worth coming to this particular location. Great job guys!Dont understand all the reviews saying that the staff is rude. Everyone Ive come into contact with at this location has been wonderfully kind and accommodating.

I am furious right now!! I went here asked for a flawless foundation they brought me into a closet took my money and used dollar store foundation on me! Horrible customer service! They were out of everything. The one thing they did have that I wanted, the box was all tampered with and looked like someone had opened it up and then returned. When I asked if I could get a discount on the item the manager refused and then rang the item up. Ended up leaving, and did not buy anything. As VIB beauty insider it made me never want to go to this location again.

The only thing that i dont like is that it does not have very big selection like ulta other than that it have great hair and makeup selection and they are friendly

They suck! So I was going w my friend and we asked for a flawless makeup free thing it said it takes 15 min and usually you sit at the booth and they put on primer foundation powder bronzer and blush, but they she stood up rub the foundation in with one brush and she did not match my friend at all my friend is usually a medium shade and she gave her the lightest she didn’t put on primer or powder and she just left us horrible YOU COULD SEE BRUSH STROKES so they said they would do eyeshadow on my friend and they did all of it with one brush and it went under neath her eyes and it was a total mess!! Ugh never going there again.. ulta is more friendlier and cheaper..ps the girl who was doing our makeup kept on telling us we were her sisters and friends I THINK NOTxoxoGossip girl

I was a little bit apprehensive going in after ready some of these reviews. Im not a typical girly girl & actually needed some big time help choosing a new makeup & skincare regimen for my now aging skin (aging kinda sucks, like a lot). Nevertheless, I went in and found literally all 4 ladies to be the exact opposite of rude, mean, and whatever other nonsense Id read about. I truly dont think they couldve been more patient, kind, helpful, and honestly- just overall pleasure to be around. THANK YOU Becca and a special thanks to the most delightfully charming Color Matching Expert... (God dangit, I forgot her name...arghh) whose knowledge & passion gave me confidence that I was now on the right track. I never want to speak poorly of my fellow man (or woman), but I gotta say - after seeing how much of their clientele behaves, myself embarrassingly included (but as an idiot vs dismissively entitled), Im absolutely floored that theyre not embittered, jaded & just as nasty as so many reviews claimed. Anywho, Im done now. I was so moved to write an actual honest review that Im still sitting in the parking lot of the mall. Last thing, Im officially done with Ulta (& the far from pleasant 100 Oaks crew) & taking my business to Sephora. :)
