It is always a pleasure doing business with this dealership. I have never had a bad experience any experience there. On my most recent visit, there was an unexpected problem, but they quickly worked it out and I was able to get the work done. The service advisors are are always so willing to go out of their way to be helpful to get you in and out asap.
The service was handled well, efficiently and with extremely friendly and respectful staff. All items were communicated to me in manner I understood and could decide on my course of action. I continue to appreciate the experience I have at this dealership.
Routine service visit. Mr. Posey was professional and friendly. Service took longer than usual, but the waiting room was comfortable. It would be nice if they brought back snacks, individually wrapped, etc. and more beverage options. There is no reason other than financial to discontinue having a full service waiting room for customers.

Very disappointed in my experience at Mercedes Benz of Nashville.Scheduled an appointment to view a vehicle at 3:30-4pm, and upon arrival they inform me that they’ve lent the vehicle out to another sales person despite my our scheduled appointment during the slotted time. Okay, understand you want to make a sale - but you shouldn’t sacrifice a customer with an appointment for a walk-in at the same time.Wanting to proceed, I asked Jan if she could evaluate my vehicle for a trade-in value while we waiting - they responded with an offer that was 9k under what carfax values the vehicle at retail, and 5k under trade in. This is not something I’d expect at a Mercedes Dealership. They’ve got a lot of work to do.Bottom line, stop by if you’re looking for rip-off at a used car dealership, dressed in Mercedes-Benz logos. Won’t be coming back.

Nasty smell coming out of AC (which everyone knows and it should have been recalled), substandard build quality and subpar technology - thats what Mercedes is. They also dont want to honor their warranty. I have a GLE which I took to them for warranty coverage with some of the things which was not working as it was expected to work and they declined honoring warranty on it. Issues were : #1 Nasty musty smell coming out of the AC - this is due to improper drainage which causes mold to build. This was once serviced by these guys but returned after few months. #2 - one of the switches were acting weird and I am sure its going to stop soon. They cleaned the back of the switch and said it should be fine. The issue resurfaced next day. #3: Warped passenger seats - they said its due to the normal wear and tear - does that mean I should not be letting anyone to sit in the passenger seat?
Mercedes Service Department was very accommodating to my needs during service. They came in under the time crunch and even had time to address all of the recalls and wash/vacuum my vehicle.Great job team! Thank you!
We needed a Sprinter Van and had called around-were told by other dealerships that the model we wanted was not available. I called the dealership in Franklin and spoke to Pat Pointer.He said he would find one and call me back. I had a new engine, emissions system, and turbo put in my Sprinter 2500 a week ago and a line came loose that wasn’t tightened properly. While passing through Nashville on the way to Florida I lost acceleration power and found this line was loose. Being under warranty I’m hesitant to fix it myself, so I brought it here. I was told that wasn’t their problem since I “didn’t spend any money at their dealer” even though it was a Mercedes warranty repair. So I wound up calling the dealer who did the engine swap and they helped me fix the issue easily over FaceTime. It took less than five minutes while I was being told it couldn’t get looked at for a couple days. I have honestly never seen service this bad. To be told that “it’s not our problem because it wasn’t done at this location” on a Mercedes warranty issue is absolutely ridiculous.Anyone thinking about service here needs to stay clear, especially if you are passing through and need something looked at real quick.
I purchased my E Class at Mercedes on Bakers Bridge and also continued to have it serviced there for years as well…I’ve driven only MB for the past 20+ years and this week I was reminded why I will ONLY drive Mercedes..My fiancé is in the music business and last year, due to COVD, all the concerts, shows, events, tours, signings, merch, studio etc came to a halt.Which meant, so did money coming in..For the first time, we were unsure how we were gonna get by. And like so many others around the world, we prayed, a lot.During this time, my Benz had a couple minor things that needed to be done, but I needed to wait til I could afford taking it in.:.I knew I needed to drop it off to the service dept. ASAP…So I did…That was in July…It is now The end of October and I still don’t have the $5500.00 to get it out of service.My fiancé called Mercedes with only the truth and our faith in hand and asked Service Dept Manager Jim Wells if there was anything they could do to please help us get our car….We were desperate to get back to work…Jim kindly heard him out. The next day, Jim Wells called us back with great news~ they agreed to release the car to us for half the cost, $2500.00!!Our prayers were answered! We had been receiving assistance with Music Alliance’s in Nashville and the fact that Mercedes stepped up to help local, dedicated Mercedes owners on hard times was more than I could have hoped!But it was true…The professionalism, compassion and class that Jim Wells and the service team showed us is top shelf…Jim is truly a positive leader and a gentleman who takes pride in his position & makes things happen.During these days of uncertainty and isolation, it’s good to know we have our Mercedes family also looking out for us!Thanks again to you!We are on our way to better days!

Took our 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG, and we were very satisfied with their services. They repaired the rear suspension and they were very quick with the repairs. The price is very good and reasonable. They also cleaned up the vehicle and washed it for us. Very satisfied and will bring our other vehicles here in the future.

So disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a car from them in November with a list of promises that they have failed to live up to. I purchased all the extended warranties. Their service department is terrible. I was told they would provide a loaner for service. That is not true. I went in with a flat tire (under tire warranty) and was told I could make an appointment for the following week. I called Mercedes and Me roadside service with a flat (I have run flat tires). They needed me to park on a dark narrow road and exit the car to read the VIN number as they were unable to look up my information any other way. I filled out a survey asking for follow up. None came. This week I phoned my salesman Bert and shared all of this. He said he would have someone call. No one did. So very disappointed in this company.
SCAM & FRAUD, avoid them!!!Be careful guys, I am from Europe, and Mercedes would be embarrassed with this place for several reasons. First, they do not want to give you an estimation of the maintenance costs via phone, and there is no information on the website. Then, I went there in person, and got some estimation for oil and filter change, like between $80 and $120. Then, I use an online system (chat) to schedule the service, and it was scheduled and confirmed by the agent. I also got a confirmation email in a cou0le of minutes. Then, a day before the service appointment, the system sent me a reminder (email screenshot attached) to confirm again the schedule. However, when I went there, the guy in the service department said that he will not take the car, since I am not in the system, and the service itself (just to remind you - oil and filter change) will take 2 hours, and it is scheduled too late... :) :) :) xaxaxaxax, what a joke. An awkward guy would change everything within 15 minutes, plus check tires, liquid, etc. Thus, it can taka 35-45 min at most. However, they want to waste the time, then wash your car (for 3 bucks total costs) and guess what, the labor costs are inflated. Once I asked the service guy how much it cost to change the oil and filter, he said $301 xaxaxaxax, what a joke! To reschedule the appointment you have to go home, since the manager is not there, and eventually call the guy on Monday or go again and waste one more day. Then the guy has a power to perturbate the whole schedule (probably faking with other guys who are already scheduled for Monday), and then find a spot for you. Do not forget, $301 for 30 minutes basic work, and maybe 50 bucks for the oil (7.4 Qt) and filter. Just wanted to help other guys to save your money and time...I have already given up...for $301 I will change oil and filter myself, it will be a fun. I would give -5 starts, but Google does not allow it. Have a good one.

As a first time customer I expected so much more . I felt like I was talked down to and like I was doing them a favor by being there. While I like my car service is not up to other brands in the same bracket.
Not one person acknowledged me and my wife. We patiently waited in the showroom as the woman at the front desk saw us and numerous sales reps passed by. I could’ve easily asked for help but what’s the point when they obviously had no interest in greeting us in the first place.

Bought a used Camry from them. Car was just turned in when we saw it because we had to buy fast. They did a great job cleaning it up and polishing outside. We had problems getting some minor issues fixed at first, but management really stepped in to resolve the issues.
My service advisor, Steve Howard, was wonderful. We experienced some challenges with the replacement of my front airmatic shocks and he helped me find a very ecocnomical and perfect solution. I would highly recomment MB of Nashville and Steve Howard for their outstanding service.

I dropped off my 2010 glk for transmission problem in 08 July 2021, so after a few days the service advisor Mr,Robert posey called and told me the transmission valve body its bad and it costs $3244.21 so I decided to fix it .after they fixed it I bring it back home and same day the transmission Cable shifter was came out I have call mercedes and I told them my car dosent move they say we going send you tow truck in Monday and I called Local mechanic they came over and they found out my cable shifter was lose they put it back and they told me my transmission has oil leak, so I called Robert the service advisor, he told me to dropped off they going taking care of it, he called me back and he was telling me its leak for transfer case and they want to charge me again $2500 and I really disappointed today my brother and I we were there and talking to Robert posey he even didnt say a word no attention at all I really disappointed you Robert posey I was try to do business with again but when we saw him like that today it was unexplainable

I live near Chicagoland saw my vehicle on the internet. I never thought I would be able to work out a deal with a trade and financing so far away. I was worried I would be given a price and then have it change when I arrived.I called and was told about the process and I couldn’t be simpler. Download an app and take the required pictures. I had an appraisal in 10 minutes and was pleasantly surprised with the quote.I called and worked out the details with Greg and headed to Nashville. The whole time I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did.The car was perfect!! The price for the car and trade were exactly what was discussed. The service I was provided yesterday was unacceptable . I only came in for a oil change not to be be given dirty looks and to be told what I needed to do as far as Sevice goes for my car. I know my car needs to be at top performance but badgering me about what services I need verses what I came in for took it to another level for me. I came in for Sevice and to be serviced. I didn’t need you throwing extra services at me that I know I don’t need just so I will pull out my card and spend a bundle when it’s not needed. They need to learn how to help their customers and not push product. I will be taking my car else where and save money. Lastly just because I am a girl doesn’t mean you can say well this is wrong or could go wrong to scare me into spending more money.

An unexplainable major problem was discovered when I recently brought my car in for service. Mercedes USA & Global were dismissive and indifferent to the issue regardless that it was a manufacturing defect. I will never buy a Mercedes again as a result. Though, the one I do have, I will be delighted to service at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville as they treated me respectfully as a valued client and did everything they could to compensate for the lacking of Mercedes-Benz Corporate. It was a great experience. One that I havent experienced in others Mercedes dealerships. No pressure at all, they were very open and transparent and their prices were absolutely reasonable.
I called on Saturday about a check engine light that appeared Late Friday night. I was asked on that call if I had gotten gas in the last 24 hours as sometimes it can be the gas tank cover. I informed him that I got gas on Tuesday so longer than 24 hours. He then scheduled me an appt for Monday morning because he said it would have come on before Friday if it was the gas tank. When I arrived I informed my service manager of the call from Saturday. After they tested the car he came and told me it was the gas tank and I would be charged the $194 for the labor of them performing the test. I understand how business works but this was a customer service moment. I paid the $194 but feel strongly that I shouldnt have been charged. I was given the impression that it couldnt be the gas tank based on the conversation from Saturday. Had I known it was still a possibility, I would have checked it and could have avoided spending almost $200 right before the holidays during a pandemic. Had someone just checked the gas tank cover before performing the test, as a courtesy (customer service) this would have been a much different review.A day after posting this review I received a call from management apologizing for my experience and offering to make it right with a refund or credit. I REALLY appreciated the call and the accountability. The acknowledgement that my feelings were valid and the fact that no excuses were made really turned my thoughts around. A company that owns a misstep and makes right on it is one I will continue to use.
I went there checking on cars walked in the parking lot and inside no one would even say hi or how can we help you just like there is no one there and that really disappointing from mercedes dealership

I had a 10:30 AM appt and got there early. The check-in process went fairly smoothly and I had a loaner to use. I was told that basically the car would get an oil change and investigate the Check Engine Light issue. I went shopping and had lunch. 4 hours later I had not heard anything. I went back to the dealer and was taken to my Advisor. He looked at his computer and got nervous ... apparently my car had not even been looked at. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me that the car was now on the rack and it would be about an hour. That was 2:30. At about 4:00 I was texted about what the problem was, how much it would cost and I agreed to the service and paid for it. At 4:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room. The advisor then came and ushered me to my car.Part of the service was the minor issue of filling the windshield wiper fluid. Now every time I start the car I get a Check Windshield Wiper Fluid message. What?Not my best service experience.
