Hiller Ford service department gets my highest rating and recommendation. They rescued me when my 2014 Escape splash guard nearly fell off. They got to work so quickly that I hardly knew what was happening. I didnt know that the splash guards were a potential problem and I felt confident that there was nothing wrong since Griffin Ford had just completed a full oil change/inspection on my vehicle without telling me that the fasteners on my Escape might need to be replaced. Hiller Ford is a dealer that can be trusted to treat customers right. Thanks to your excellent service advisor and Harold the mechanic. I will be back.

They broke my hood center in oil change and Did replace it. However, Rachel made accusations over broken on Monday and did want return. My issue broke my hood sense caught in act on my dash camera on friday. Monday they accuse another service provided who did same 4 year ago my extended warranty replace sender then. It work correctly for four year till they broke the sensor. The customer before in F350 had issue to with something after the work their truck. I had video evidence for tech. damage the senor. Rachel had took care it but rude making accusations, and did not want return as customer. Ok the replace the hood sensor they damage, but poor customer service over damage they cause on video just mean replace the part broke or pay for some else to do work and legal and court cost. It all on video files including them replacing the hood sensor they broke

Honestly, this was the BEST buying experience of a Vehicle I have ever had! Our salesman Nikko was very responsive keeping us informed about our build date, delivery date and was very kind to my wife and daughter. The day of delivery he took the time to go through the Bronco Sport beginning to end in a fun but efficient Manner.When it came to financing the business Manager Mike was very thorough..I work in investments and my wife was in banking as we both like, clear, direct & specific details and all of those expectations were met with no fuzzy math on the sales sheet.We got to meet Susan and Tom Hiller and they were both very kind to us, made us feel like we were the ONLY customers and we mattered to them. Once the car purchase was finalized Susan Hiller gave us a nice little swag bag with a cooler, hat and a few other trinkets that definitely will be used on our boat. I know there isnt much negotiating right now on list prices which is just fine, we wanted a new car for my wife and the Bronco Sport First Edition was the perfect fit! Hiller has been servicing my cars for years....but they just made sure they will get all my repeat Ford Business. Wonderful experience beginning to end.
I took my vehicle in for some recalls. Calling to set it up was easy and I was able to get it scheduled about 2 weeks out. Appointment day was quick and painless and all of the staff was friendly. They asked me if I needed my car back by a certain time and even though I didn’t, they still made sure it was done in a timely manner. Great experience overall.
Friendly and easy registration. I have a work truck and its my only truck and it needs to be up and running ASAP. Unfortunately, the backlog of work prevented service from being performed.

It took 2 weeks for something I was told would take a week. Poor communicate from service department Joe. He called once to say there would be a short delay. I had called 4 times to get updates. On three of those times Aaron took care of me and did and outstanding job. Very disappointed in the service and customer care.

They were quick and efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was the price. The cost of an oil change has gone up from 39.95 to 59.95 which is ridiculous.
Stopped by and used Quick Lane for an oil change. It was packed and they told me an 90 minute wait but it was done in about 30. Very friendly staff and comfortable lobby.
Picked a 2016 Ford escape Titanium. A Ford certified used vehicle. Sales woman was less than helpful in this process. Im pretty sure it was the first car shes ever sold. Noticed when we test drove it, the touch screen was lagging by about 15 seconds. My husband said it was an easy fix of doing a factory reset. So our bad for taking the car.After purchase and getting it home we realized it was on version 1 of the software (current version is 3). We tried to update with no luck. How was this a Ford certified used vehicle if they didnt even check a main component? Bought it on a Friday. Brought it back on Monday. It is now Thursday and I still dont have my ford certified used vehicle back.The service department was better than the sales department. Offered me a rental out of the gate. Didnt take it till today because the new unit is still 3 days away. So Im looking at about a week plus before I get my car back.We are a Ford family. We also have a mustang and a f150. I will never go to this dealership or recommend it to anyone and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I would highly recommend coming here to do business. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I moved my car that needed an estimate and repairs from a different shop that was partnered with my insurance company and they basically left my car sitting in their lot for two weeks, no communication. After I moved it here to Hiller by recommendation from my cousin, things started moving along finally. Ned called me the next day after I dropped the car off because they were closed upon arrival. Anyway, he called and let me know exactly what was happening and he was in communication with my insurance company. Mind you, Hiller isn’t partnered with my insurance and was doing way better than the other shop. He got the whole situation handled in about a week. Also, they we’re going to provide a courtesy car during the repair process but my car ended up being totaled. Needless to say, if I hadn’t moved my car here, I would probably still be waiting.

I dropped my vehicle off for a 4hr warranty job, along with a few checks. They found some additional warranty items and said it may take all day. Two days later, I called them to make sure they did not loose my phone number. They told me my exhaust rattle was caused by a miss and i needed to replace the spark plugs and ignition coil. The plugs were at their service mark, so cant fault the tech for suggesting that.$800 later, and almost 3 days, the warranty work was done and the truck performs as it did, no better. The exhaust still rattles.
The dealership, especially the service area, is always very clean. Things are set up to make it comfortable and easy to walk right in for service and the staff is always polite and courteous. They will text during the day if preferred which helps me as I am often on calls for work and when you pick up your vehicle they have the seat and steering wheel and floor mats covered which is so so nice. Ive always had a positive experience here.

The truck was priced like most others around, but with a fraction of the miles. It’s 3 years old but feels like it is brand new. Robert in the Business office, helped me get great rate on the financing, better than some of the apr’s that are being offered on new. No complaints.

The service department had to do some welding as part of a recall for my 2021 F350. The welds were perfect, no splatter, and the metal repainted. Great work!

This review is more about Ford Motor Company than Hiller Ford. Hiller Ford has tried 5 times to determine the cause of a battery drainage. They have not been successful and asked for help from Ford Motor company. A specialist arrived and had the same results - all diagnostic tests indicate no problem and they cannot explain how the batteries are dying (2 batteries in 3.7 years). Ford Motor company considers this case closed since they cannot find a cause. I am not a satisfied customer of Ford Motor Company, but Hiller Ford did give me a second battery at no cost thus the 4 star rating. Usually, Hiller Ford is very helpful and provides good service in other areas.

They did what they were supposed to do BUT left a nice notation on the bill that the truck needed batteries. Went to pick the truck an it was dead!If someone would have called I would have had them installed. Didnt happen and I had to run around and do it.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Hiller - every single experience has been fantastic. I’ve personally worked with Russ on all 4 - he’s straight to the point, clear with pricing and never tries to oversell you or make you go outside your price range. Outside of Russ - every person you interact with is kind and understands your time is important. I’ve heard horrible stories from friends and colleagues spending hours upon hours at a dealership waiting for paperwork - that doesn’t happen at a Hiller. If you are in the market for a new car - trust your experience will be phenomenal at Hiller. (Side note - the dealership is also very clean and safe for anyone concerned about Covid. While I was there for 30-45 minutes a maintenance technician came through and cleaned public services twice). Thanks again for another great experience!
When I got there to the service area someone did a diagnostic test and asked if I was waiting for the recall to be done. I said I was told it would take half a day and I left.I called to check on it at about 130 and it was not ready I assumed they didn’t even look at it yet. Anyway it wasn’t done till the end of day. I needed my car for my job

Usually my service there is average. I just had my truck in the quick change area for service. When I got home there was a few oil spots in the driveway, which can happen after an oil change. I checked it out to make sure it was ok, popped the hood and found a dead mouse on the engine (I had just been up north the week before). I would have appreciated at least a heads up to clean it instead of completely ignoring the situation.
Not a happy camper...went for a oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need new lug nuts and lug nuts should be replaced before tire rotation. Since they ony have five in stock I would have to return at a later date to have tires rotated...or I could buy lug nuts on my own and have Hiller rotate tires at that time. I paid full price for the oil change and tire rotation. Was never given a credit for tire rotation at a later date.Whats up Ford! Owned cars that were older than 20 years and never had to replace a lug nut.

Worked with Nancy in the sales department. She was great, no bs, answered all the questions I had. She gets a 5/5. Finance on the other has was one of the worst I have ever had at a dealership. 1/5 Was 45 mins late and still didnt have everything ready. Whatever you do get pre approved by a bank rather than going through this place. Iv financed through other dealership with out a problem. I still would use Nancy to purchase another vehicle.
Went to test drive a Used Subaru Outback but the battery was dead, after a quick jump start with a battery pack we were able to go. I loved the vehicle and our salesman, Dave Ruka, was very accommodating and told us they would replace the faulty battery for free. Dave was so incredibly helpful and friendly, he made our experience buying this car so much better than I could have imagined. I would come back to Hiller just to see Dave, any dealership that has a sales guy as awesome as him should consider themselves lucky! But back to the car- maintenance was already gone for the day by the time we had finished with the purchase of the vehicle, so Hiller Ford gave me a loaner car to use until my Subaru was ready. I was able to pick up my Subaru the very next day, and the staff were very nice and apologetic about the faulty battery. I would 100% recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Every employee we spoke to made us feel like family and like they had known us for years. cant recommend enough!
Ive been getting my truck serviced here for years. Tires rotated and oil changes. They are always trying to upsell something. Additional services or additional products. Now Im told they cant rotate the tires because of a cap on the lug nuts. I would havall new lug nuts. Ford dealer cannot service a Ford product.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Joel in the repair department was on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of.
I was very pleased that Hiller was able to discover that my seatbelt buckle simply had some foreign item trapped inside and the buckle was not broken. The service technician was able to remove the foreign object and there was no charge for this service. The buckle works fine again. I would not have been able to make this discovery or remedy it myself.Thanks Hiller Ford for excellent service

I came to Quick Lane to get my oil changed. I was told I had an oil leak after the oil was changed and they would have to run dye through the engine to find the leak. I took my truck to my mechanic and found out the drain plug was not tightened correctly causing my oil to leak. Needless to say I wont be back for any service if the people at Quick Lane cant even tighten a drain plug.
As always, it was easy to make an appointment. Everyone was very professional and listened to my description of the problems I was having. The truck was repaired and they took the time to explain what was repaired and why. I have always got excellent service at Hiller Ford.
My prior review was based on someone who (thankfully) is no longer there. We like the car we got and had no problems with anyone else :)

Jordan Torres was excellent. In the end we will purchase a Tundra over a F-150, but that had no bearing on Jordans performance. We definitely will request working with him during out next auto decision/purchase and believe you should too.

We bought a new Ford Escape with the help of Russell Mayer who was referred to us by a friend who gave rave reviews. We had gotten quotes from a couple of other dealerships, and Russ and the team at Hiller were able to get us much better deal with both the cost of the vehicle and financing. He answered all of my many questions happily, and we left with a car that we love. I would give 10/5 stars if I could.

Would leave zero stars if I could! I don’t usually leave reviews for places but my experience this time around was not enjoyable at all. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am on a Wednesday for an appointment I had made a week or so prior, I ended up having to call them around 4pm to ask the status of my truck, and of course I got the old “we were busy and just got to your truck now” response. I don’t even understand what the point of my appointment was for if it took them that long to even look at it. And then not only was my truck gone for 2 full days with little to no communication, when I picked it up it still made the exact same noise it did when I dropped it off. The service manager even rode around with me and tried to tell me the noise I was hearing was “normal”! If that was the case, why wasn’t I told that when I originally dropped the truck off! It seems to me that they either didn’t want to do the work, or they don’t know what’s wrong, so they were trying to say it’s normal. I’m just very disappointed in this dealership for the way they handled this. Telling me something is normal when I know it’s not normal is just insulting. If anyone is reading this wondering how I know if the noise is normal or not, I know because I drove a buddies truck in the same setting 4A and I also test drove a brand new truck to see and neither made a sound!! If you live in the area, I would avoid Hiller Ford and try to find a dealer that is actually happy to work with you and make the customer experience more enjoyable.

When my services were completed, which was fasted than expected, the employee explained that I would be needing new tires sooner than later but that everything else was was fine and wished me a good night.
