WELP, unfortunately I ended up backing into my girlfriends daughters new car, so her drivers side front bumper was jacked, as was my passenger side rear bumper. I wanted to get hers repaired right away and took it to Root River for an estimate and right off the bat, Steve was super friendly and made me feel a lot better about the situation. He quoted me a GREAT price for her car, then I drove my car over and got ANOTHER great price quoted for mine. Both cars took about three days to complete, and both of them look like nothing ever happened. Very professional, very courteous, and even gave me a loaner while mine was there. Took our car in to repair some rust caused by damage near the windshield. Steve was friendly, affordable, professional and they did an amazing job. The paint job was flawless, they got it done in a timely manner and returned our vehicle clean inside and out. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will bring all my cars here in the future.

Very pleasant experience at RRABS. First time needing professional auto body repair and we were glad that we gathered more estimates before going forward with the dealership repair. Steve walked us through what needed to be done to keep our car safe on the road, cosmetically correct, timeline, parts and budget (way lower than dealership). He was very helpful in the initial review of our repair needs and when we had questions during the repair process. Thanks to him and all the folks at RRABS for assisting us in getting more sMILES out of our auto. Defiantly going to recommend them to others.

It took almost 3 weeks instead of 5 days that it said on estimat to get my car back and I had to call him to get an update. Over all my car did turn out beautiful! I am very happy with the work done to my car! Car came back clean. I had everything from motor forward replaced except hood and fenders. Everything else bumpers, grill,lights, radiator, frame work and bunch other stuff under the hood. And painting of 2 bumpers, All done beautifully! And considering the hassle of Kia parts etc.... Steve did give us a really great price for all the work done! So we wanted to say ty and we really appreciate your work!

Whether you are paying out of pocket or using insurance I highly recommend these guys. 50+ years of business means something and they work with you and your situation. Steve gives a fair price...Caliber quoted me +$2000 more then Root River! Steve will also give you a free loaner car.I had a newer nissan and my parts werent cheap. He was able to help track the parts down at better prices. Great customer service. The quality of work was excellent. Take your auto body work here. You wont regret it!

It would be a shame for you to think that another shop is a better choice than Root River.Not only will Steve make sure you understand the damages/costs youre facing, he will make sure the job is done perfectly and as effectively as possible.Root River offers you outstanding craftsmanship and integrity. Not only that, they also pulled a dent out of my girlfriends car free of charge! Not to mention the free rental they give you. Ive had auto body repair work done here 3 times now. The free loaner car was a life saver. The quality of work is amazing. I opened my car door into a rock solid snow bank and messed the door up bad. It was repaired quickly and for a great price! The other major repair work I had done was so good that nobody could tell that my car was even hit :) They made working with the insurance company as easy as it could have possibly been. A+++

Steve has a motto: If you notice the difference, we havent done our job. Steve needs to change that! Rear quarter wasnt completely straightened, paint job was good but has polishing swirls on the new and old paint. Said hed straighten the panel even if he had to repaint it, then wouldnt because hed have to repaint it. Didnt give good detail on the painting in the door jamb, took it back and it was worse than before. Will have to have the jamb repainted but not by him.

I find this auto body shop to be the most customer service friendly place ever. Without a penny spent yet, they have helped me out in so many ways I doubt any other shop is better!Who ever reads this, test them out and you will never be disappointed!Karie

Steve and crew did a phenomenal job on rear passenger door, great work, would recommend any one to get body work done here. Not giving it 5 stars simply because they did the work and no clean up. The interior of vehicle had a thick coat of bondo dust every where. Also used the bed of truck as a trash can found the paper used to prevent over spray and tape. Left a very pungent paint smell in truck. Had to pay to get it detailed to make sure to get all the dust and smell out as I have a 4 month old.Great body work done. Piss poor ability to clean up a mess they made.

Mike and his crew are the best. With all of his experience, he can handle any auto body repair. He will work with you, even provides free loaner car while he repairs yours. Who does that anymore? Great work from great people.

Great service from Steve, my car turned out fantastic for very reasonable cost, and super convenient service with the complementary loaner cars. Will be coming back for all or our future body work needs, highly recommend.
