Hello! I used Caliber since I got hit from behind. I got hit at a red light from a young boy. I will say the positives first. John was very professional repaired the back bummer and painted to the best of his ability. However, the people at the front office, the ladies were very rude. I am a very nice person, but they blamed me for the accident since they just wanted the money. I was going to pay if the other insurance didn’t, but it wasn’t professional. I will say I enjoyed John and the high-quality work. I would say next time to just ask to speak to him and don’t bother with the office. Jessica

Excellent service! Most importantly, the process was painless. They fully explained what was needed to be done. Handled everything with my insurance company. Delivered the car early based on the quoted timeline. Provided updates all along the way. Honestly, it was a refreshing experience because they were so professional and kind. I would dare say other body shops would have you biting your nails, not with Caliber Collision. I would consider them a premium body shop, the pricing wasnt cheap but the work and experience was outstanding.

First lets just point out the obvious, nobody wants their car/ truck ect... in the body shop. However if you have to take it to one Caliber did a great job, my truck looked amazing when it was done, it was spotless inside and out. Plus everyone on the service team was friendly and helpful from the beginning to end of process!

Very good service. My car was rear ended and. I got an estimate at another shop but the customer service there was not good I didnt know where to pull up or get a rental car. This shop was so helpful told me what to do and gave me updates all week for when my car was ready. Thank you!!

Unfriendly and wanted to get done fast

My odyssey had sustained damage resulting in multiple spots that needed repair. This was my second time using this shop and I can’t say enough about their quick turn around time and outstanding customer service. 5 stars isn’t enough.

In the midst of a pandemic, with a mask mandate in our county, and signs on their door that masks are required, most of the employees were not wearing masks!!! I guess they are more concerned with their comfort than the protection of their customers. I had even called ahead to ask if masks were being worn. The repairs were done as promised and in a timely manner, but the mask situation makes me think Ill be looking for another place for any future repairs.

I ran over a metal bar, that stuck in my back passenger tire. As I rolled forward the metal bar scraped, scratched & dented my side bumper, side panel & back passenger door & door handle! Also the tire had to be replaced....it was a mess!! Caliber Collision did an AMAZING JOB!! They restored it to its prior GLORY and they detailed my 🚗 inside & out!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! I AM DEFINITELY A SATISFIED CUSTOMER & WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED BODY WORK AGAIN!! THANKS GUYS🙌😀

Unfortunately, my vehicle was taken here after a crash and was deemed a total loss. However, Rocky was so great with helping me get some needed aftermarket items loaded into my truck. They went above and beyond what was asked of them.

A shopping cart found its way into the side of my truck and left a 3 foot streak down the side of my truck. I stopped by Prices Collision in Franklin to get an estimate on the fix. Estimator Chad Hill took a look at it and asked if I had 10 minutes. He pulled my truck around back and 10 minutes later the streak was gone! He buffed it out for free! I was fully expecting to pay for a fix. This is great service and we will certainly be going back to Prices Collision should we have any future needs. Thanks Chad!

I took my 2012 SLK350 MB into this body repair shop in November 2018 with some minor grill damage. They had it for nearly 3 weeks and bragged to me about their QUALITY of WORK. When they finally called me to pick up my car I arrived there approximately 11:00am. No one was around to talk with me or to go over the repairs. The receptionist gave me the keys and I left. After I got home I looked my car over very carefully and noticed that a chrome strip to the right of the 3 point star was not properly installed and the MB hood emblem is not perfectly straight. So now I have to take it to another shop for proper installation of the parts. I would NOT recommend this body shop.

They wanted to charge me $975 to get a small dent pulled out of my car. I got it pulled out by someone else for less than $200.

UH-MAZING SERVICE!! DONT HESITATE!!Only take your car to Prices Collision Center in Franklin IF:A) You promise to deal with Stephen ShopeB) You want the car back to you in better shape than you gave it to them.C) You want the work done correctly.D) You want it back in the timeframe they promised you.E) You want good communication.F) You want OEM parts used.G) You want customer service after the initial work is completed.If you dont care about any of those, then take your chances elsewhere. Prices wont cut corners on the process, so dont ask.My initial expectation was very low since this was a warranty job from Honda (which, by the way, was not willing to cover a rental) and they (Honda) told me it may take up to 17 days to complete. 17 DAYS!!When I told Stephen about having to shell out my own money for a rental, he promised me that they would get to it as quick as they could. I turned it on a Monday afternoon and the following Monday morning, they told me that my car was done!! 4 business days! And it was great!When I got it home that Monday I noticed that there was a scratch and a brake light not functioning. Called Stephen and he said to bring it in and theyd address it. 30 minutes later I left with the scratch buffed out and the tail light bulb replaced.So to the * review that said it was horrible service, no communication, delays, etc... I have two questions... Why would you drive an Audi and are you sure you didnt take it somewhere else?

Bring your car here if youre okay with a company Not meeting deadlines, Not calling you back, and giving your car back with new damage that wasnt there before. We were told repairs would take 1 week; at 1 week, they said they were about to start on it. At 2 weeks they said they were waiting for parts. At 3 weeks, they said itd be ready the next day; 5 days later after calling and calling, we get the car back with new damage. Time for new ownership or management...
