My car was finished a week earlier than expected! Service King gave me updates everyday so I never had to guess what was going on. When I picked up my car everything looked as good as new. I’m a happy customer.

Far beyond outstanding service at the Franklin Service King. Had front end damage repaired after hitting large chunk of blown truck tire on the freeway. Easy drop off and got immediate call with detailed estimate. Service King finished work in record time, 5 days ahead of schedule. Absolutely perfect workmanship. They handled everything with my insurance company, so only had to pay a small deductible on comprehensive coverage. I highly recommend Service King for any body work on any vehicle.

I couldnt even get a call back from this place.I had found out that my claim was cancelled . But dont know who cancelled it. So in all fairness Service King did not have a claim number. I just wasnt given the chance to find out all the information by a Service King member.

I was sent here via Geico to take care of my claim. They did a great job on my BMW & even had it cleaned before return! They kept me updated every step of the way & had enterprise there waiting on me upon arrival. Customer service at this establishment is just simply incredible. This is an amazing company & I Highly recommend!

My first experience was with the front desk receptionists/secretaries, and they were very professional, friendly, and caring. Then I dealt with Justin, who is a manager. He was extremely professional, kind, thorough, and operates with the utmost integrity! Half way through the process of my vehicle getting repaired, he detected some issues with previous work that had been done by their shop years ago that was subpar and done incorrectly. He informed me immediately, took responsibility, and made sure everything was done in accordance with their high standards. I was blown away with his honesty and incredible work ethics! They also handled everything with my insurance company and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Wow, talk about building trust with your customers! I highly recommend this place!

Initially took car in in February post accident. Bumper replaced. I was not pleased but they told me it was the best they could do due to not being the original part. 6 months later driving on the interstate 1/2 of it popped off. when I got back in town I immediately drove there and was greeted by Justin who informed me they had done a horrible job and he would take care of it . True to his word and it fits perfect. Justin took over 2 months ago and HE IS EXCELLENT

Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, but I had a fantastic experience with Service King Franklin in June 2020. Their customer service was kind and quick, their text-service for communication was easy and sent me updates often, and the job was finished 2 days before their original date. They replace a door on my truck and fixed some spots around it, and it looks great. Thanks SKF!

We brought our car as per Geico to have it looked at after we got into a single car accident. We had already had it looked at by two dealerships that came to the same conclusion about the damage being rather extensive, however Service King argued that there was very little wrong with the car insisting they knew more than the certified mechanics that had already looked at it, two of whom were actually family members. I am convinced they didnt want to find anything else wrong since it would have totalled the vehicle and therefore they wouldnt have gotten paid to fix it and instead undervalued the damaged purposefully to be able to work on it. The initial conversations we had with them that sought to explain what had been found at the dealerships were met with them being a bit rude, cutting me off mid sentence by literally saying Ill stop you right there.... Unprofessional and shady is the impression I am left with. Ill not being another vehicle here again.

The moment I selected Service King Collision to handle my cars repair. They set up an appointment for me to bring in my car in for damage inspection. They assigned me a repair coordinator who kept me updated at every stage in the repair process. They even helped me get a rental car! I was not without a car at any point while my car was being repaired. My car looks brand new. If youre looking for a shop to repair your car look no further. *****Five stars****

My pick up experience: there was dust everywhere inside of my car and trash. When I turned on my car, all my check service lights turned on. They did manage to clear with their computer system. The next morning my car would not turn on. As far as the dents repaired and the paint job, it does look decent. Front desk are very friendly and helpful with updates.

I came through GEICO. There are some bad reviews here....and I dont get it...at least right now. The shop staff was cordial and warm...down right awesome for 8am in the morning. The repair time was slightly longer than Id like, but who am I to judge what it takes to do the job these folks are experts at...also over the holiday. When I did pick up my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid....it was immaculate...like nothing ever happened. Been just a few days...but right now I am very happy. Will update if need to. Thank you for your work Service King.

Horrible experience. They did not keep me up to date on the process of my vehicle and they had it for over 3 weeks. Every time I called to speak with someone about an estimate I was told they would call me and never did. The text message “updates” were always wrong. When I received my vehicle back I was driving to work the next day and the vehicle started having issues from the area they worked on. I reached out to them and was told to bring it by. My mechanic at work was able to take a look before I could bring it by and there was a bolt missing in a place it needed on and the other bolt was not tightened at all. When I reached out this safety issue I was only told I could bring it in to them and that I should have kept my appointment to bring it in to them to look at it and fix it. I do not recommend using this location.

There are two types of people in the service industry, people who care about their job and people who hate their job. I encountered both at Service King. After a bad incident and having my car nearly perfectly repaired by Service King the staff told me as I was leaving If there is anything wrong, let us know and we will see what we can do, we want your 5 star review, whatever we can do. A week later, the cars electrical system was faulty and unable to start reliably. I know this may be unrelated, but it seems to coincide to me. I called service King and the staffer there who answered the phone seemed unaware of what they were doing, asked other staff members and finally told me there is nothing they can do to help me. That I would need to get the car inspected by the dealership before they wold do any work. Seemed a far cry from the original promise. This event has caused a great deal of trouble in my day to day, and may cost me greatly down the road. Key takeaway from the review is the importance of follow-through.

I came across the company after another repair shop had did everything completely wrong. My car accident happened on 12/20/2016 and it is just now being repaired... I may be a female but I LOVE my car. Going without it was torture! After dealing with all of the non sense from the other repair shop I was completely fed up! Once I got to service king they handled everything!!! And I mean everything, down to returning my rental for me. Angie, Jordan and Tony were outstanding and I feel truly blessed to have them there with me in my time of needing my car repaired in a timely manner. They did what they said they would do and that was satisfy me!! And its just now being repaired because of the other shop taking 3 weeks for paperwork it had NOTHING to do with service king!! The staff here is FANTASTIC. There was some confusion with the rental car booking/insurance and Angie (running the admin side at the front desk) called my insurance company and took care of everything for me. Both techs that appraised my car and started the repair paperwork were professional, kind, and explained every step for me. I will definitely come back here the next time I need repairs done on my car!

Per the advisement of State Farm, our wrecked car was delivered to the Franklin Service King location. Our car was repaired in a timely manner, and we were frequently updated. Upon picking up the car, I noticed 2 broken parts under the hood. They ordered those and replaced the parts, also within a timely manner. A few weeks later I noticed 2 more broken parts on the car. They ordered those parts but it is 3 months later and I still do not have them installed. They have cancelled install dates, do not return any calls and point at a district manager and technician re-hires as the cause to the confusion. We contacted State Farm, over a week ago, who contacted the location. We still do not have resolution. State Farm has told us that they will schedule the repairs to be completed at another location.

HORRIBLE!!! Geico recommended repair at this location however my car that should have taken 3 days to repair (per the Infiniti recommended body shop) has taken 2 weeks and it is still not ready!! No return phone calls until today when I spoke with the GM and Geico and then SK acknowledged they got my car mixed up with another one and had put cars before mine for repair. Unprofessional and horrible!!!

These guys are awesome. You give them a car to fix problem with under carriage broken, they fix it and cause another problem a water pump leak. After we picked up, the car broke down on road with wheel locked. They towed it and checked that water pump leaking. They declined to agree that they caused it, mine was a 3 year old Toyota Prius never had a mechanical problem, complety service by Toyota dealer till date and after a week of service in this shop its having all sorts of mechanical problems now. The sad part is they keep saying the same thing, this is not wreak related and they dont cover it. I never had a wreak. Please avoid this shop😫 So much financial lose to get my car back in shape now. Toyota dealership said its gonna cost$1500 to get my car back on road running.

Took three days longer to repair than they projected. Went to pick up my car ( finally) and a piece was missing from the fender. They forgot to order it. Went to put gas in the car and the gas cap wouldnt open. They had left tape on the cap. Wont use them again.

Horrible horrible place to bring your car for repair,Had a small dent in the door of my 2016 Corolla and ended having to get that redone since it was low quality work and ended up with a deep scratch in the bumper from their employees, so we had to leave it for another weekAgain the same thing happened, the bumper needed to be redone for low quality work.So we are waiting in their parking lot for them to buff these pits out of the bumper and while waiting we see their employees in a car honking and messing around.I don’t write many reviews about places but since this place is so bad I had to, so trust me and do not take your car here even if your insurance recommends it, poor quality and poor customer service.I’m Not happy with the work that was done I feel like my car has more issues than what I brought it in with,*Update while waiting an hour for them to “Buff” out the pits in the bumper they come back and tell us that they sanded through the pant and it’ll need to stay another day.Very very unhappy, we did not trust our car in there hands for any longer, and decided to just pick it up in the horrible shape they left it in. Now the other side of bumper is very rough and needs some more work!This has been an horrible horrible experience!Talking to Geico about this and their management.

Allstate recamemded me to use this company so we did. Service king calls to pick car up. Stop by the car was taped off bumper and fender meet was very jagged pulled new paint off in one spot could see old paint over spray on roof rack where it was taped off and not removed over spray all over car paint had orange peel door left open there was dust all through Tahoe vents full of what dust over spray in vehicle car was never cleaned before painted. Lee manager said he would take it over and make sure things are corrected. They call few days later said it’s ready once again same problems they took wet rag wiped dust off just smearing it in. I call Allstate file claim Allstate agent swore they would get it right total confidence in this company. Week later after I went over with lee said he would correct this make me happy. Keep about a week call to pickup car. Once again cars lazy cleaned. List of interior parts missing 3rd row light, rubber on back hatch lock cover plastic seat belt guide all missing. Damaged parts side pillar plastic bent roof rack scrapped and paint still on it over spray on door gasket, vents interior faded and dirty back hatch cover scratched top cover scratched ruined weather tech driver and 2 nd row mat with white dust and over spray. After all this Allstate said I could take car being im not satisfied with work. Told lee manager I was taken car he said I couldn’t without paying deductible. I told him I’m not comfortable with them keeping my car and there not capable of fixing my car and being I’m not satisfied with what’s he’s done and I’m taken it. Lee the managers reaponse I will call police. I advised him that he could do what he wants I’ll be calling my insurance which I did and my attorney. Was on phone with attorney when lee the manager came out told me he was going to refund all moneys except the brake light they replaced. Took 2016 Tahoe in for scratch on back fender 1400.00 damage left services magic with over 2300.00 damage quoted by hazelwoods body shop. My car had more damage than before they started had car for over 3 weeks on 3 day job.

I had some front end damage done to my car in mid October(other drivers fault). 41 days later and my car is still in the shop. Ive been over there twice being told that my car was ready for pick up. First time - hood wouldnt stay open, no AC, and vibrations at 65 mph. Second time - car JERKS, not vears, but JERKS left. If you are a car lover and want your car to be in the same condition it was in before the accident, STAY AWAY!

Horrible service, rude people. We have been long time customers of Service King. The last 2 times we have used them they have not listened to our requests, when we told them things that went wrong with the vehicle after the accident their response was “the vehicle is old”. It worked before the accident so the age of the vehicle should not be an issue. Our request for how the vehicle was cared for were ignored. The staff did not point out that they do not accept cash (but are pushy for you to sign the paperwork). Who doesn’t accept cash? Are they too lazy to go to the bank! This long time customer is a customer no more. We will not be back!

I cant speak to how the work gets done, but theyve had our car for 3 days now and were supposed to get paperwork to us 2 days ago so they can start to look at the car. Havent gotten that yet. Who knows how long it might actually take to get the car worked on. Probably wont leave the car there to find out.
