I have to agree with many other reviews - horrible customer service. The guy working the front desk was very unwelcoming towards me from the moment I walked in. It seemed like he didn’t want to help me at all when he saw me.He cut me off when I was asking questions about some of the price differences online vs. in store and was practically yelling at me when responding. I felt like he wanted me to leave right away for some reason.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and responsive to my needs. He explained options and things to consider.

I have used this location multiple times for truck rental. Always friendly and willing to help make sure you get the best deal for your situation. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Its tues 3:48 Hours of operation are posted on the door and the door is locked. No doorbell so I knock, I wait. Gas is too expensive for this. No service no customers

This place is ran soo bad I feel bad for whoever has to experience this place for storage or whatever reason. They do not care about you or your belongings or you having access to your belongings. We were told when we got the storage unit that we had 24 hr access well on 9/29 around after church that evening we went and got our Uhaul truck and came to load it that was around 8pm then unloaded that load came back at 10pm and entered my code and the gate wouldn’t open. So I call this morning at 9am Also the uhaul corporate told me that we could return our equipment here and when we tried to even begin the conversation James (the employee we’ve had issues with) said, “THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN ACCEPT YOUR EQUIPMENT AT THIS LOCATION” not even a little hint of empathy. I will never use this place again and will inform everyone I know not to as well!!!

Got directions cause I had 1 month free storage but never went there?

Someone broke in my storage and stole my 6o in samsung tv, 2 electric scooters and 2 bikes. They waited a month to call me and tell me. And my storage is filled to the ceiling with things, i wont know for sure what else they have until Im able to move my things out. And the claims company only paid me $1000 for all that.

Customer service here is absolute garbage.

We had a storage unit there and when we were moving out we rented a truck and we had to check out ourselves with that truck on the same day with our phone the problem is the area was really bad there was no light near the near the area where we had to go to to check out on our own so we couldn’t really see how to do this so they charged us an extra $20 and they are the rudest people ever just the service is Ruth and screams at you when you talk to you when I see you at first and then they turn into evil people so just so you know don’t go there
