The maintenance/ truck check in gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. We were moving out of a unit into the Uhaul truck. They two gentlemen were breaking down some busted sofas that someone had dumped.. They saw our truck was getting full and kindly offered to let us leave a few things we didnt want behind and they would throw away. We took them up on their gracious offer and because of their kind gesture we had enough room in the truck and didnt have to make a second trip to get everything. Impressed and very appreciative. I hope their supervisors see this review and give them recognition for their excellent customer service. I now wish I had asked for their names when thanking them as we left.

They had plenty of inventory on a Friday afternoon. I rented a dual-axle, 6x12 trailer.The staff was helpful and took care of the reservation without any fuss.The trailer could have been cleaner inside. There was some grass, storage bags, and small pebbles on the floor. Someone didnt take 2 minutes to broom sweep it. Also, one of the four tires was bald all the way across, while the other 3 tires were just fine.

I was very less than impressed with our last rental here. My wife went and rented a small moving truck here. What she got was a slick willy clerk who rented something I wouldnt have driven off of the lot. There was a HUGE hole in the top drivers side corner of the box. Not you mention that it didnt look like they had even tried to repair or cover it up. The box was absolutely filthy. You can see ny the photos I posted. I will definitely think twice before renting from this location again!

Worst costumer service I’ve ever had. I have been trying to get a hitch installed for three weeks now from this place. They don’t pick up the phones. When they set up an appointment, I took off work for that time showed up early just to learn that the one person who installs the hitch was “on his day off.” (Then why did they set up an appointment????) so I had to comeback the next day and that have made me sit here for an hour before they even looked at my car. Never coming back here, Or using uhaul again.

The guy outside told us we didnt have to go inside to turn in the truck. He lied! Cost us 300 bucks extra! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible customer service . The manager supposedly has no knowledge of running the store twice I reserved a truck and twice he said the window was broken and I wasn’t getting no truck. No apology no nothing just a bad attitude. Terrible service and won’t be coming back at all

Gage was very helpful and efficient taking my car off of the trailer that our Uhaul was towing. Jennifer was very friendly over the phone as well! We just dropped off our Uhaul truck here but I would definitely rent from here if I needed to!

Aubrey was very helpful and nice. She smiled and made me feel comfortable with storing my things here. It was fast and easy Id definently come back if I ever needed another storage unit

Checking in and out was a very easy and pleasant experience. Truck was really old with a 110,000 miles on it and not worth driving. Moreover the floor mats were applied with Armor All which made the driving experience ever lasting. When I asked for the newer truck, since they had plenty on lot, I was told that newer trucks are only for one way! Never heard. After a daily rent and $0.99 a mile, not worth it.

I utilize Uhaul all the time, and actually have an upcoming reservation. BUT I just wanted to take the time to let whomever is reading this know that the Assistant Manager Tramell @820/30 is fabulous! He was super friendly, very informative, and his quick thinking solved a issue that I had. He is a wonderful asset to the company. I see him going a long way in the company. Kudos to you Tramell for being that guy!

The first day I arrived to have a hitch installed on my vehicle, they hadnt ordered the part and I had to come back the next day. They took over 3 and a half hours to install it and left wiring exposed. It was improperly installed and made my brake lights go out and damaged my tail lights. The staff was not helpful and openly spoke negatively about customers while I was there.I would highly recommend avoiding this location.If it was an option, Id rate their service as less than one star.

Lady name Patt was helpless not wanting to help at all when i was trying to do was figure out why i was being charged for a two day rental when it was only one! saying customers at the store are more important than the ones on the phone so therefore she will have to get back to me when she gets a chance.. then why pick up the phone lady! and till this day she never called back what a great customer service..!

The right equipment at the right price. The service was exceptional! Made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. But let them help you by making advance reservations. My equipment was ready and waiting, some walk-in customers were disappointed.

It UNEXPECTEDLY i checked the forecast rained the day of the move, got most of the stuff on the truck, then a serve thunderstorm with tornado warning was issued. I immediately called to possibly get a extension due to the weather. The unprofessional female not only denied a complimentary extension but didnt even care about the circumstances there customer is dealing with.Extremely disappointing, never will do business with Uhaul again.

Elderly Lady at front desk was very unhelpful. I reserved a different unit online than what the location had. I showed her my confirmation email which showed my correct unit. She shrugged and didn’t seem to care that a mistake had been made. Poor poor poor customer service, management really needs to weed out employees that demonstrate this kind of behavior to customers.

I used to have a unit here. The staff is helpful, and theres almost always some carts to use. Good location.

U-Haul hitch and lighting install on my new model car was a disaster and then U-Haul roadside assistance contractor would not repair U-Haul wiring. I HAD TO DRIVE WITHOUT LIGHTS or pay to repair improper lighting. The invoice included all parts needed but even the receiver and ball were not included. Installed wrong part and didnt install battery assist device. Back 3 times to get installed correctly but it still failed. Manager Paul took my complaint and promised to investigate and call back but did not call back after 2 more messages. Horrible experience moving to Chicago thanks to your store Paul.

The staff is very friendly (maybe a bit too friendly with eachother, bordering on unprofessional), but they were helpful with our truck. The service guys that fix the trucks in the back were awesome and very helpful.

Rented a car hauler and when I brought it back I had to stand infront of the front desk for 20 minutes while the manger and 4 other employees scrambled to find some keys. When I finally asked if anyone was going to take care of me I was given awful looks and a lot of attitude from the manager. This guy was acting like he wanted to fight just because I called him on his awful service and attitude.

Horrible customer service. I called in to ask about coming by to *look* at a 6x12 trailer. The guy on the phone said I had to reserve it to do that.Well, I’m not moving for another month. I want to LOOK at the trailer to see if it will fit what I’m moving.When I said “I have to reserve it just to look at it?” He said “yeah otherwise someone’s gonna take it.”I live 10 minutes from there. So that’s B.S.Suffice it to say I’ll rent a trailer from somewhere else. Won’t ever use U-Haul again.

Truely one of the worst uhaul locations ever. Very disorganized and poorly trained. Would advise going to a different one if you dont want to be annoyed and inconvenienced.

Ive been to this location multiple times, and always had an excellent experience.

They were understaffed for a busy Saturday morning. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes while the 2 staffers at their desks helped customers. All in all took about 50 minutes to get the truck, which was way too long to be stuck here. Location is easy to see from the road, hard to navigate to without help.

The inconvenience of the location is the only complaint I have. The customer service was outstanding here.

Sounds like the manager has an ego problem, or an attitude problem for not having any sympathy for a communitytrying to rescue an escaped service dog on their property. 🤦💁
