I have been renting for about 3 years and in that 3 years I have gone through ups and downs financially. They have ALWAYS worked with me and never made me feel nervous about losing my belonging. They truly hire the nicest and kindest people there. Very willing to help you with whatever you need. Sometimes even going above and beyond. Ive never written a review before, but this store and these people deserve me taking 3 mins out of my day to praise them. Its the least I can do.

I met the nicest professional gentleman at your storage facility in Fort Worth! His name is John, he took the time to listen to my storage needs and came up with a solution that was perfect! The buildings are clean and a safe haven for my near future needs! No other companies compare to you guys! I just wanted to give a shout out for the good service in these hectic times for the manager than went above and beyond!

Its way better than other storages. They let you work on your belongings long as your inside your storage. During business hours if youre there they stop and ask, are you okay? They work with you if you have a problem. Down to earth people! I give them a 5!

If they mean anything- I have said enough all day x 10.You asked me for details again three times before this questioon obviously knowing people will be exhausted by now. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!!!!You are even forcing me to give you a star that you absolutely do not deserve to even POST. TOTALLY abusive and scandalous business policies.

I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member when I inquired about availability. Great location with reasonable pricing and a caring staff! Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a storage unit in my area for at least 4 hrs. Saturday morning. Scrolling the internet, and finally I found one that was nice,and the size I wanted. They were the only one in town that had a 10×20 unit, besides one other. And the other company wanted 4 times the amount that this company. I felt so blessed to have found StoQuest Self Storage. And Cody, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and full of information. He explained every detail very clearly. Companies need more CODYS around. Im just saying, youll be very satisfied with StorQuest taking care of your storage. I was!!

Moving back from Missouri to the Fort Worth area I needed a storage unit sight unseen. I saw they had good reviews and competitive pricing so I gave them a shot. Everything was done over the phone w/o any hindrance. Almost two months in and Ive had no incidents or problems. Cant ask for more from a storage center. Happy customer.

Upon our arrival Daniel greeted us with upmost respect . He is a very very great asset to the company. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything precisely so that there is no misunderstanding which is what I found with other storage places. So this is been a really great find for me. Daniel is amazing I just cant say enough about him. When we first got there the first night our key code did not work. We were locked in saw the gate. It was after 12 and I called the 1 800 number and they connected me with Daniel and he remedied the situation so yes I am very happy with my decision to use the storage facility

I recently just got a unit and love how nice these guys are. My company already had one and I needed one for my personal use. I like that they have security cameras and security gates around the property. I am able to easily store my stuff and know that its going to be secure. They guys also help answer any questions I may have.

Good storage facility. The staff is helpful and always courteous with all questions or issues. Spoken with Angie several times always a friendly welcome and thank you dont get that often now a days. Definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly and helpful services. I liked how calling ahead I was able to get in and get paperwork all filled out in under 25 mins. I didn’t have to wait around or it take up half a day of my time. Seems like small family and I feel good about my belongings I’m storing here will be safe. Not the greatest neighborhood but facility seems pretty secured.

Even though the online discount that we were supposed to get didnt show up in her system she helped us get it also. I have had my belongings in StorQuest for over 3yrs now. They have always given top notch service to me. The property itself is clean and well kept. The office help is always eager to help with anything I have requested.

I had recently started renting from them and let me just say they by far have the best customer service I seen thus far! The manager on duty at the time (forgot his name) was very polite an extremely funny! He made sure the storage unit was the right one for me and even got me a way better an cheaper deal for my first month! Gates work great! Alilttle bit of a small facility but other than that its a great choice!

I had two locks on my unit but still, thieves were able to break in a steal personal and valuable items from my unit. When I asked about the cameras, Dan (manager) quickly responded with they do not work). Additionally, part of the weather stripping to my unit is missing and as a result I have discovered debris and lizards in my unit. I have requested maintenance to repair the weather stripping but to no avail. If you have to use Stor Quest Self storage, please protect your items. Purchase their insurance.

Today I purchased a storage unit from StorQuest Fort Worth and the experience was amazing. Ms. Danielle was super helpful and nice and beautiful if i might add. But if anyone needs a place to store valuables go there and and talk to Ms. Danielle so she can hook you up.

Extremely helpful and such a good change to deal with someone so nice, friendly and personable. I visited 17 other storage places first. Most were rude, or didnt answer their phone or didnt return calls. Some were unsecure, open gates or no gates, no cameras, etc. This location is clean and seems very secure. I highly recommend them.

The facility is clean and well maintained but their hours of allowed access (6am to 8pm) leaves 10 hours per day where a customer cannot access their own personal property. I was lured by the first month special but now at $55/ month for a 5 x 10 unit that requires a walk down a long corridor (cannot drive right up) I find the monthly rate to be comparatively and unnecessarily highconsidering I pay only $54/ month for a unit twice the size (10 x 20) that I can drive right up to. Oh, dont spend any more time at your unit than what management deems acceptable or you will be advised and corrected bythese site managers

I arrived slightly late to be able to look for a storage unit, so I’ll take the blame for that. However the attendant was sitting in front of the building talking to what I assume was her boyfriend. Instead of going out her way to service a potential customer, she poked her head out her car and said in a way that I perceived as rude that they were closed. Well, I took my business elsewhere.In response to the owners comment. I came in on a Saturday and the attendant clearly stated “I closed at 6”. This was not a random customer.

Best part about StorQuest was the awesome help from Gary, He made sure I was comfortable with what fit for me and took time to ensure I was satisfied. Also had great deals online

The new manager ANGIE has been very helpful and attentive. Going. above and beyond in notifying of changes that will affect my access. The days the units would be painted, doors will be repaired, fence will be repaired, insurance requirements etc. She seems to always be around when needed. I dont she how she has time for lunch. The lady who was there when I got my unit was super awesome. Her computer was acting up and took a while, she apologized several times. It was hot she offered us water several times. She even allowed us to sit under the air while unloading because of the heat. Because of her kindness, storQuest will definitely get my business again.

Needed a storage unit seen this place online, reserve the unit they called me, immediately after reserving to make sure that I was taken care of and when I was stopping by. Called me again the day I was stopping by to let me know about the time they would be there, and the availability of the unit. When I got there R Vasquez was a big help. She helped me see the unit I was getting, understanding the agreement I was signing, how much time I need with the unit, payment schedule, and when I can get in.
