Alfonso, Edwin, and Carlos did an amazing job with our move. Above and beyond in friendliness and professionalism. And they were fast! Very hard workers. They moved us from house to storage unit and talked over some options before they started and best way to store using furniture mats. They were super about using what we had for furniture protection to save us some money. So thankful we used Bell Brothers. Ryan and Torrie in the office were also fantastic. Very responsive and helpful with my questions. Will definitely be using Bell Brothers when we are ready move out of storage and we will request Alfonso, Edwin, and Carlos.

Family members raved about this company and their experiences. The moving is not the issue. We have no closing date on our home and we cancelled. We were charged for that. Rightly so, we should have been. Today, I called to cancel for a move two days from now. YES! A rescheduled move because I trusted this company. We were charged another $450 because we should have cancelled Saturday by 4pm. I asked about cancellation time and was told 48 hours. If it is Monday and I am not moving until Wednesday, why the issue? I called on Friday to r/s for Wednesday. I could not be so awful to people who obviously are in a trapped situation. Granted, it was not exactly 48 hours, but now, I will not be calling you back. I am sure the rules are followed but customer service has gone out the window. Why would I call you back? I have now paid for an entire move that I had no control. I want to use them for my move, but sometimes a little patience is warranted rather than making the dollar. I could understand them arriving on the scheduled day, ready to get to work, and cancelling. I went with you a second time and explained my circumstances. Is the almighty buck more precious than morals?

I have used Bell Brothers several times for large and small moves. They are always awesome. The guys are polite and very helpful and will take extra care with particular things on request. One time, my fridge was too big for the doorway so they lifted up and over the bar to get it into the kitchen. I wish I had a video of that. I refer them to friends and they are always my first call when I need anything moved.

Mike and Mark did a great job! I was Bell Brothers Moving was referred to me through a self storage company when I was trying to find alternate movers in a pinch. I hired another moving company that did not show up on time and did not bring a truck to move my furniture so I needed to find a solution quickly because we had some of our belongings delivered in a POD. I was able to call them on Wednesday and they were able to send Mike and Mark out in a truck the next day. They were great to work with and knew how to handle our stuff with care.

I used Bell Brothers to move me from Azle to Whitney, oh my gosh what a great group. They quoted me a price but were finish ahead of schedule and it was a lot less. They shrink wrapped every thing, packed everything with care, I had a lot of fragile things and they took great care with them. It was worth have 3 guys rather than 2, things went very fast and smooth. Sergio, Francisco and Jay are my guys for the move I am getting ready to make from storage to new home. I have had Bell Brothers move me twice. Most recently we had them send out Mike and Ruben. They were amazing, worked super fast and never complained once about having to move my ridiculously heavy furniture up our stairs. I was worried about being charged by the hour but they moved very quickly and were actually jogging back and forth between the truck and our storage unit while loading it up. I would request Mike and Ruben again in the future and recommend you do the same!

Our clothes dryer was damaged during our move causing us to have to purchase a new dryer since it was un-repairable. I turned in a claim for the damage, understanding that since I didnt take out extra insurance, that they were only liable for $0.60 per pound, or only about $65 dollars. They refused my claim. Even after I sent them pictures of the damage, receipts for the service call, and a statement from the technician as to how the damage occurred.Beware of a company that promises to pay for any damage done by them, but refuses to do so.

I am a senior citizen moving alone. One of my most expensive pieces of furniture arrived without the bottom metal frame on the outer side facing the door. No bed slats for one of my beds the reply was they were never there. A piece of marble for one of my end tables was left behind. Beware of cellphone usage and you will pay for them cleaning the delivery truck. My opinion is they worked hard but careless of my belongings and not time efficient.
