Anytime you go into a beauty supply you need to already have a knowledge about hair. You cant depend on other races to know what looks and works good on your hair. They try their best but you must know. So I love Ebony❤

One of my favorite places to get the hair products I need! I love the fact that they allow you to try on all the wigs that you want and dont limit you to just trying on three because if that was the case I wouldnt buy from them because guess what, when I go there I often times by three wigs so if I were only allowed to try on 3 they wouldnt get my money! And the people are pretty friendly too.

I have bought expensive hair from here twice. Both times the hair wasnt what they claimed. It was not Brazilian Remy. I spent 180.00 the first time. My husband wanted to pick my hair style this time and I was too tired and sick to go to Jennys. So we stopped at Ebonys spent 140.00 and the hair immediately tangled real bad that night. I did a strand test on the hair the next day by lighting it on fire and it turned out that the hair was a mixture of human and synthetic or some kind of fiber. I will never waste another dollar in this place.

The five star is for the two young ladies who have amazing customer service. Olny!!There are two young ladies that work in this place who work their butt off. The customer service is amazing, if these two ladies are not at work I do not come into the store..Management: those two young lady that works for you need a raise.. Treat people with respect because youre taking their money.

Please black women, for the love of God or the love for yourself, stop supporting these asians. They come to every black community setting up shop taking our money and being very disrespectful at the same time. Support black businesses.

This hair store sucks ... No variety and their wigs are the only thing worth going for honestly

As a business owner I know how important customer service is and unfortunately this establishment did not have that understanding towards me. On 7/12/18 at 6:40pm I ran in with my daughter to buy some loc jewelry and hair beads. The sales rep behind the counter was on the phone. She never acknowledged me and continued to talk for 3 minutes before ringing up my items. I never received an apology or was asked if there was anything else she could do for me. This was my first and last time at this location.

Normal beauty supply store but isnt cluttered. Quite spacious.

I always go there, for hair. Mostly wigs, they have good prices and cheaper than Jennys up the street. 💗

That older Chinese lady is horrible. Never seen someone at work act in such a childish way. Ive witness her giving customers attitude for asking for help finding certain products (rolling her eyes like they were bothering her) and even arguing with customers. The 2 stars is because this place has certain items you cant get anywhere else. If they dont get their customer service together they may go out of business. Theyre already closed on Sundays, this in not good/convenient.

It was only 1 person working...I called and ask if they had this specific hair and the told me yes. When I made it they didnt have it so I wasted time and money

The Asians that works there are completely rude to other employees and customers I heard chewing out another employee for something and put her hands in a customers face telling her to wait. Ive heard him yell at the security guard there and countless other people. They are so completely rude and shouldnt work there

Dont go here I was the only one in the store one lady ij the back on the phone when she got off the phone she just looked at me and dodnt come to the register .. the other lady was too. Busy texting on her phone and didnt go to the register when I was standing there I waited for 2 minutes left my stuff on the counter and went to the beauty supply down the streetIm. NOT GOING TO BEG YOU TO SPEND MY MONEY AT YOUR STORE .
