The lady that worked on September 5 from 6-2 THANK YOU WE drove just to get covid test she was so sweet she said she would pray for us. Thanks hun

On the way home from hospital very accommodating had to stop to get what I needed and customer service was great no long lines very clean I really liked that and just all the way around very great.

The manager and clerk are not very informed. She accused me of spreading the corona virus while I was more than 6 feet away without a mask. She then took her mask off to drink her water. These are the type of people that work here.

Their drive thru is the slowest I have ever experienced. Every time I come here it is either 30+ minutes waiting or you have to circle the building multiple times so they can “get ready” a prescription you’ve already received an email saying is ready...If there was somewhere closer I would go there every time. This is horrible.

Shutting the Pharmacy down for lunch while keeping the store open is a huge mistake. I just drove 35 mins to get Prescription and had to leave to get back to work. So get my meds? or be late? So many other Pharmacies will be available during lunchtime hours. I put all of my purchases back and left. Had my script transferred to Walmart. Tried to support the smaller chain but this new inconvenience is just a horrible move but upper management!

Customer service extreme found with Kelly at this location. I dont usually take the time to do a review unless it is with great reason. Kelly is a great reason. The time and care that she takes is worth a good review. Keep in mind usually you only see reviews on negativity but Kelly was a ray of sunshine and positivity! In 40 years, I’ve never sat in a drive thru pharmacy for 45 mins until today. I have 1 pill to pick up. It had already been called-in, I came by and waited 15 minutes to be told to come back later. I came back later and waited 10 minutes to check out, and was told I need to wait on the pharmacist (not a new med and they had my debit card) 20 mins later, the pharmacist asked if I had any questions. I said no. WHY?!?!?!

Placed online order for prints, pictures were printed and ready almost instantly!! (Less than 5 mins) Alisha was so nice! Thanks!

Absolutely the best customer service Ive seen in a long time. The lady who greeted me on arrival was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make certain I got the best price.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff at the Henderson street location is always friendly. The pharmacy staff is great and very professional. I like shop this stor.

Only pharmacy option close to downtown once the hospital send in a prescription for me just to pick up called and was on hold for 30 min they said they did not received nothing i called the hospital to make sure they had send it and everything is sent electronically so theres no way they could have missed it after the hospital send it twice went there and they said they did not received nothing after the hospital called them it magically appeared!! service is not so good i guess just okay but they need to do better to meet customers satisfaction.

Good place to go get last minute work gifts, rx or a snack. Conveniently located downtown by my office. It can get a little scary early in the morning before sunrise with the occasional homeless person in the parking lot or sleeping outside, but other than that a great place for just about anything you need or forgot at home.

I was looking all over for a place that can develop 35mm without sending it off. Kelly did an awesome job! She very knowledgeable, and also was able to accommodate my request of not cutting the negatives.The employees were friendly and the store was well kept. As long as this place develops 35mm, I will be back for certain!

This is your pretty standard Walgreens. Staff is nice and will get you in and out quickly. They have good variety of snacks and beer on top of the typical pharmacy items.

Took forever to print out a passport picture. It should not take 40 plus minutes other locations have done it in 3 min or less

The pharmacy is not good at all. They never have the Rx that I need there is always some ridiculous wait or excuse. Once they told me and my husband that the manufacturer wasnt stocking the cough medicine he needed in the entire area and the Target down the street was able to fill that day. Theyve mis-filled my insurance a couple of times. Im switching pharmacies. Poor customer service and attitudes. Not too many options in downtown but this one is a bust for me and Ive given them plenty of chances to redeem themselves.

I just left this location a few minutes ago, coming in with some of the worst chest pain of my life. Pregnancy related heartburn that felt like it would kill me. One employee, I can’t remember her name but she had blonde, short hair and was maybe in her 50s. She immediately saw how unwell I was (breathing hard, sweating, trying to not hurl) and was so kind with me. After I assured her that I wasn’t in labor and was simply going through some horrific heartburn, she sat me down in some chairs and was just so gracious and kind. Her kindness spoke absolute volumes, which was so wonderful as I sat in the store, worrying about how much I should hurt before going to the hospital but not wanting to go to the hospital for heartburn. Even after I was finally able to check out with a lifetime supply of Tums and water, she was still so attentive and kind, made sure I was ok, and was sure to tell me to “holler” if I need help in the parking lot. An absolute gem and a sweetheart.

I was told I could get my prescription filled at any Walgreens 7 days a week. Apparently not this one. Pharmacy closed and they sent me 20 miles away.

Prescripations always available within 12 hours of verbal request.

The store has been here for quite some time and you can tell. So.. its not the prettiest, or the cleanest, but there customer service is great!!

Went in for a flu shot girl looked at my card and said we dont take medicad with out even checking had the same problem last year but Walgreens does take it why not this one

Annoyed this is the only downtown option for a pharmacy. They will straight up lie to you on the phone and say that nothing has been called in and they have no voicemails to cover that they havent checked theirs and begun processing orders. Call back an hour later and voila, theyve found it and are working on it. This is their standard procedure more often than not.
