The store is so welcoming and clean everything is organized even though things have been moved. The girls helped me pick my color and told me which bleach and developer was the best Valeria was so kind. She greeted me when I came in and helped me for the most part. The manager on staff was also super sweet and helpful. I think her name was Katie. Both girls were famonimal as well as very knowledgable. i will definitely be coming back for all my hair needs.

This is the only sallys I love going too! The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, welcoming and always willing to help! I have been to other sallys the staff are normally unfriendly and it seems like such a bother when you ask for help or have any questions. I always end up coming back to this location.

Extremely clean store at Altamesa location. Greeted and welcome when I walked in. Ms. Ida assisted me with my selections and even made great recommendations that resulted in great hair color!! Prices are fair. Love the specials.

The manager with the blue and black hair was horrible!!! When asking her questions she was rude and didn’t even look at me in the eyes she kept looking at my child like if she was going to steal something. On top of that she kept pressuring the staff to push for the credit cards and clapped her hands in his face!! I feel really bad for the staff! Never coming here again, but I’ll make sure to contact her upper management and file a complain. Worst experience at a Sally’s ever!

Rude. No greeting once I walked in.When I asked the lady with the blue hair to help me look for a certain product, she acted as if I bothered her & the other employees conversation.... not a single word from the cashier while I was checking out until asked her how are you all she said was good with no eye contact what so ever. They kept on with there conversation & didnt even bother helping the other 5 people who came in after me. I dont get it if you dont like your job than leave. Simple.

Staff was rude & the girls there were just sitting around talking. I had came there to get some advice on makeup, Im 13 so I dont know a whole about how to apply some of the product that well, & there were two ladies there they were both heavy set & one of them looked like a freaking drag queen or something. Her eyebrows were wayyyyyy to thick & the other lady had cake face! So honestly my first thought was I dont think I should be getting makeup advise from people who obviously dont know how to do their own makeup. Nevertheless, the previous time I had been there they had two younger girls working & they werent even paying attention to the register they were just standing around on their phones in a aisle talking....

My mother has cancer and we came to get some stuff and were humiliated and glared at by a girl named Kayla. My mother cried in the car because she couldnt believe how rude the employee was. This place is a nightmare.

One of the girls, Kaley, was very rude to a Spanish speaking lady, all because there was a language barrier. I helped the lady out in translation, all while Kaley was being rude af to the lady. If you dont like dealing with Spanish speaking people, then get out the south side sweetheart 😡Also, there was a long line of people, and the 2nd cashier wanted to choose then to click out. And she was effing rude about it too. This store is ridiculous. Every time I go in there, you can tell none of them give a crap about their jobs.
