I came into the store 5 minutes before closing, and the kind lady helped get my new pair of shoes. I left the place feeling so happy and satisfied with the service. 5*****!!

I was looking to buy some expensive Adidas as a fathers day gift for my husband. Which I on a normal basis would never spend that much on shoes!The service was horrible. They were right at the counter talking and holding there phones! I asked for help multiple times. They gave me unhelpful your interrupting us answers. So I left. Going to give my money to a place that actually wants my business.

I went to Journeys looking for something very specific on Saturday. Shawn at store #1123 in Hulen Mall, was more than helpful. Not only was he the only person there, but he was helping everyone in the store at once and had a great attitude about it. I left with two pairs of Tom shoes that Im extremely happy with and are the most comfortable shoes that Ive owned. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return.

I have a shoe problem (the problem is that I buy too many) but the team at Journeys in Hulen mall gets that and helps me find what I really want. Kelly was super nice and found the perfect pair of purple sneakers for me!
