This is a cute tiny store, and still had everything we were looking for while we were here in Fort Worth for medical reasons! The staff was friendly and helpful and didnt seem to mind my daughter and I meandering around the store killing a little time. Though it was small and they were in the middle of season changing, the place was definitely not a mess! I quickly found what I was looking for and a few extras for my 2 year old to help keep her entertained!!

I go to alot of family dollars. This is my favorite chain. This location is an example of why I love family dollar so much. They have everything I wanted at the best price. If you are in the area, go here.

Believe it or not they werent busy and there was no one in line so I was able to go straight to the checkout stand. Usually the wait is horrible and they are always super busy. They had what I needed and it was even cheaper than I thought it was going to be so it made my visit even better. I love saving money anytime I can especially during this time when times are kinda rough with the COVID-19 going on and causing a lot of tough times for a lot of families. I also wanted to mention that the cashier was super nice and wasnt ride like she couldnt wait to go home or didnt even want to be there. Thats a major plus these days some are so miserable and can tell they just hate their jobs. I will definitely up back. 😘👍

The workers there are useless. Might as well have me check own self out like Walmart. They sure love to talk but dont like to work. They all look like junkies except for that old lady that slow and talks the most.

This locations needs all new employees!!! They act like they arent even working or worried about checking anyone out until they feel like it.

This is a place you can get items for reasonable prices. Some name brands too.

This poor store is neglected by corporate... It needs to be restocked appropriately... The store at hemphill and bolt always makes this store look sad... What a shame...

Im very disappointed is the management of this place. If you have more than 5 people waiting in line and you have 2 other employee thats doing other stuff, I feel they should stop and open another register to get customers out the store quickly. Also the cashier made comment about me asking could they open another register. I have shop here many times but I want be back, Ill go to the Dollar Tree before I come here again!

This store is in constant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The aisles are always blocked with boxes and carts they use to stock the aisles. Its hard enough for able bodied people to get around them but people in wheelchairs cannot. Today when I was in the store there were at least 15 people waiting in line to check out when one of the cashiers shut down her till and started cashing out. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST!!! The manager there really does not know how to run a store with the customers in mind.

Most of the workers are really helpful and friendly. Conveniently located near gas station, food, and other daily life stops. Prices are awesome and you can find everything from household items, toys, casual clothing and footwear, food and snacks, gift cards and more.

I can usually find what Im looking for because of the variety of items, I dont have to go far to find a Family Dollar and the prices are reasonable.

Im cheap so dollar stores are my specialty. Clean store friendly staff. Stop by they have Christmas stuff already

Theres not a lot of stores in this area, and its nice to have a break from all the ridiculous price gouging. And here you dont have to break all the Birthday Candles off your lunch or snacks! And the employees are always happy to help me find what I need without getting a bad attitude.

Always has what I need, the store people are great, and with the family dollar app, I usually save money through smart coupons for many of the items I buy. I been using this location for year and its one of the best stores.

Praise YAHUWAH IN YAHUWSHUWA NAME.They need to get workers with better attitude. That one reason family dollar not doing well. Look at people who really want to work. Who trying get out of work. The people you hiring run customers off with there bad attitude.

Was told in a very disrespectful manner that I couldnt walk down an isle by an employee mopping 40 minutes before closing time. Was the cursed at during an inquiry as to why I couldnt go down that particular isle. You aint messing up my floor was the response.Was then told there was no manager to complain to. The employee who blocked me from the isle the said I couldnt buy my groceries, and kicked me out of the store. Absolute worst service Ive ever encountered

Not the best toy selection. Bad selection of reading glasses and sunglasses were too expensive. Otherwise pretty ok!! If they wanted customers to remember them, they should try to actually keep their prices low on clothes and not equivalent of Target or Ross, but lower.

The day I went there was just one cashier and there was a big line and it was going slow. I understand he was by himself at the register but it was his talking too much that held up the line! It was lunch time people got things to do or jobs to get back to!

Dirty. Smells. Bums hanging outside asking for money all the damn time. Thats not safe for us customers (Family Dollar) at ANY time of the day but Management doesnt seem to care.

The manager there is the hardest working person at that store & he is also the friendliest person that I have met at any of the stores I have been to.

Great neighborhood store friendly staff. Always willing to help. Until last fri or sat i made a dash up there got 10minutes before close and the door was locked . as i pointed this out on my phone i heard the younger black manager blurted out god damn it he then unlocked the door and informed me that i had two minutes but according to my phone i still had eight minutes before closing time. Then he mentioned that the store had no money. Ok then why even tell me that i had two minutes? Rude very rude. I left and took my money elsewhere. 3/1/2019 9:30p.m. cashier is horrible! Bad attitude! Talking trash about customers cursing and talking on cell phone while i was checking out and gave me back my change as if i was a bother. I guess her phone call was more important. Smh..
