Oh, my God!! I work construction and replacing a screen on my iPhone is a pretty common occurrence. Not only did I love, the whole, service station, theme, but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had anywhere, ever, when getting a phone repair. Wow. The pricing was reasonable. The guy (Ryan) was super knowledgeable, friendly and wasted no time, whatsoever, getting me fixed up and on my way. I got a battery and screen replacement and I was done and out in like 20 minutes. Unbelievable!!! I will never go anywhere else if I have issues with my phone. Yep. I’m a customer for life!

The guy replaced a battery on an older Iphone in eight minutes. He did this while making friendly small talk. He even gave me a drink while I waited and gave me advice on how to treat the battery in the future. I cannot recommend this place more. The man knows his stuff.

I went there to get a Cracked screen on my tablet fixed when i picked it up the screen was fixed so i went home and noticed my screen was lifting up a good ammount so i went back exactly 1 week later he told me i had 30 days to go back the day i picked it up all he said was he recomend i get a case kus the device is thin and he had to shave some down so when i take it back he said he told me about that and he said i should get a case then continued to tell me why dont u have a case we cant fix it if u break it i didnt understand what a case has to do with my screen now not properly in he. Told me he cant fix that i told him it was not like that before tho then he basically said again i cant fix that i told u get a case and u dont even have one and legit walked away and left me standing there i feel if i was a white man i would of got a better responce but since im a young female latina i got dismissed i basically paied 300 bucks for a new problem and to feel completely disrespected and belittled

Stop searching, because THIS IS THE PLACE to GET YOUR IPAD/IPHONE FIXED. My work Ipad screen was absolutely shattered and the shop owner got it fixed in under 3 hours. For just $99! It doesnt get any better than this, affordable fast and convenient. Will definitely use this repair shop in the future

I went to 4 iPhone repair shops and the apple store. Fixi Shop was the first place that actually said they could fix my phone. Ryan fixed my iPhone over my lunch break. The end of the charger broke off in my iPad Pro and I couldn’t get it out, therefore, I was unable to charge my iPad. The battery was losing power and I was horrified! I live and breathe by my iPad! I looked on google for an iPad / iPhone repair shop near me and The Fixi Shop came up in my search and was only a couple of miles from my home. Long story short..I called..I was able to get in right away and they pulled the broken piece out in less than two minutes. Hooray! The Fixi Shop fixed my iPad and I’m so happy! Great service! Fantastic service. When Ryan understood that I had to use my iPad for work he was able to expedite my repair and keep me in the field. His professionalism and desire to go the extra mile for a customer is rare today.

Took 3 phones to get fixed on the same day. Two had diagnostic tests and the other had a screen replaced. The tech, Jimmy was very nice and helpful. He was busy when I walked in so I decided to leave the phones for him to work on and when I returned, he was still working on one of the iPhones after attempting to get it to reset for over an hour. He didnt give up and kept trying even though it seemed that the phone wasnt going to work anymore. Another shop may have just given up, but Jimmy didnt. I left the shop with all 3 phones working and I am very grateful for his time and effort in getting the phones checked out and fixed.Anytime I need an iPhone fixed, I always go to this shop. They are affordable and can get it done the same day. Every time Ive been to the shop, Ive always left a satisfied customer. Ive even recommended this shop to my family and theyve recommended to others as well.I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing to get their iPhone repaired!

I would like to include this guy in my will for absolutely saving my life.I tripped and dropped my phone last week. The digitizer was instantly damaged but took a few days of carefully strategic maneuvering until it became unusable. I took my phone to Batteries and Bulbs in Lake Worth and they handed the phone back to me the next day, telling me that they tried two screens and that the phone was stuck in a boot loop and therefore in irreparable condition. The guy I talked to was extremely condescending and, having not backed my phone up in about ten months like the numpty that I am, I had a mental breakdown not unlike what you might see on a reality television show.I had a gut feeling telling me to try another place. My boyfriend saw the great reviews on this place and took it in fifteen minutes before closing, expecting to come back tomorrow. He says the guy fixed it in ten, that he was incredibly friendly, AND the service was $50 less than Batteries & Bulbs wanted. What an awesome experience. I am so impressed and will recommend this place to everyone I know!....Now Im off to back up my phone!!!

Excellent service! My phone wouldnt recognize the charger. Instead of charging me for replacement parts, they simply cleaned the debris out and handed it right back to me free of charge! I was in and out within a few minutes. I highly recommend this business!

Weve taken a few devices in for repair and have been happy with the results. Jimmy helped us with our last repair and was able to fix the problem on the spot. Great customer service.

My iPhone 6+ housing had a dent in it (after being shut in a truck door), which forced the mute button on. The phone wouldnt ring. Verizon doesnt repair phones, and insurance deductible is $199. Apple store wouldnt repair it, only replace it for $329. Fixi Shop to the rescue! Rick did warn me that the screen could crack when the housing was removed, but he was extra-careful! He straightened it out, got the mute button working again and worked some other magic to get it all back together. All this at no where near what it would have been to replace my phone. Thank you so much for friendly and excellent service. Ive already passed on your info. to others!

Ryan was super. I needed a new battery for a very dead phone (now repurposed as a MP3 player). While waiting, I had a chance to watch him interact with other customers. He was straight forward and did not try to talk people into something they didn’t need/want.

I went in expecting to have to replace my broken screen but when the guy looked at it he said that the glass cover I had on was what was broken not the screen!!! He peeled it off, replaced it and now my screen is perfect! So glad to find an honest repair place! Great price, great service, and very honest company!!

Had an IPhone screen replaced. The screen cracked again for some reason less than a week later. It was not a drop and my guess is a stress crack from cheap materials and they would not warranty after asking twice. Went to Apple, same price better quality.

I went in today to get the battery replaced for my iPhone 6S. Service was great and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Much easier than going to Apple!

I first took my iPad to a different place to have the screen replaced. The other place took over a week, sent it out, and then said they couldnt fix it. Took it to the Fixi Shop and they got it done in a few days with no problem and were cheaper then the other guys. Staff was great and I love the plane on their building. Im thinking about breaking something else just so I could go back.

They took care of my iPhone screen replacement in 20 minutes while I took my dogs to walk in the park down the way. Easy, reasonably priced and the guy running the shop was delightful. Highly recommend.

Called to see if they could extend a 5 pin cable and the guy stopped me and said we only fix apple products. I asked if he could refer me to a place that might be able to help. He stated he had customers waiting and cut me off. Basically if your in the retail business and a customer calls its expected you help them, if you cant I would understand but at least dont run off potential customers by being rude.

#1 place to get your phone screen repaired. It was $140 for an iPhone 6 phone repair which is less or about the same as most places in Fort Worth. He said it would be 20 minutes and it was exactly 20 minutes. I was offered a drink and waited in the sitting area. I went the day before thanksgiving around 5 and they closed at 1 that day and he still helped me out! Awesome customer service and experience. Definitely recommend this place. Ill be taking my grandpas iPhone soon.

GREAT service! I had called Gadgik in Southlake, but their operator sounded bored and unwilling to help. When I called Fixi Shop, Jimmy was kind, listened to my iPhone issue, and gave me advice over the phone. I brought the phone in, and he spent hours replacing parts, diagnosing issues to fix, etc. When all was said and done, even though my iPhone was a gonner after water damage, he charged me nothing for his time and gave me further advice on iPhone care and where to get a refurbished phone. Overall friendly guy and amazing customer service!

Went to another store off 7th, (hint: it has tech in the name) 7 days later they told me it would still be a day or two to get my phone back because the parts where on back order. We went back to get the phone, had to drive to their location in almost Burleson because they had shipped it over there for their team to fix it.Got my phone back finally and went straight to the Fixi Shop. They had it done in under 25 minutes working perfectly. Ive used them before (didnt realize they had moved when we dropped it off at the other store) and have always been so happy with the customer service and repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Five stars for sure. Very reasonably priced as well.

They took 20 minutes to fix my phone. When I took it to apple I had to wait for 4 hours and then they told me they couldnt fix it. I will NEVER go back. The Fixi Shop is my new go to place! Thanks Ryan!

Took my iPad in to have the cracked screen replaced. The service seemed good enough and the work was performed in the time frame promised. However, the quality of the repair was sub par. I picked up my iPad and immediately noticed that the home button was different. Its now bubbled, misshaped, and somewhat loose. Fixi Shop tried to tell me that it was the same button/setup. However, the iPad had the original, unbroken, home button in like new condition when I took it in. A few days later and the screen now has a small gap between the glass and the aluminum housing on one side. Overall the people seemed nice, but the quality isnt there for $160+ including tax. Hopefully you can do better elsewhere. I will explore other options if I need repairs in the future.

I took a device to them they diagnosed it quickly said i needed a degitizer. Ok yes do it. Got a call that the battery was also swollen and should be replaced. Ok yes do it. Went to pick it up, different person not as informative or courteous as the original. Degitezer has small lint under glass and NO new battery. I was not charged for battery and batt was at same charge from when i dropped it off.

It was great! The man who worked there when I went wasnt necessarily friendly but he was professional. I was having my entire screen replaced, changing its color, as well as fixing the power button. He did it all in 45 mins. It was extremely well done and he was so fast. It was a little pricey though, which is why I am not giving it five stars. But if you need your phone fixed fast and well, this is the place to go.Again, it was a great experience and I wouold come back to FIzi Shop in the future.

Wow!!!! Old school service that I thought had gone with the dinosaur. Worked on my iPhone for about 30 minutes to confirm it was a manufacture defect and didnt charge me anything. He was rockin BIg Audio Dynamite and very kind. Highly recommend, may break my phone just to return.

Personally id just say to get your screen replaced at apple, its the same price. $169. In the end my screen started glitching, i cant use the phone while charging because as it heats up the screen becomes completely unresponsive.
