I wish there was an option above 5* I would have given more. So my laptop just kept on typing random stuffs on the search bar and the only issues was dust particles which was on the screen and since is a touch screen that kept happening.this guy refused to collect any money from me for his time taking to clean it up and it was functioning again.I highly recommend any with electronic issues to this place.love u man

All around great business! We rent a storage locker from them (behind the shopping complex) and were very happy with that portion of our business dealings, as its quiet and safe back there. But then my husbands iPhone stopped charging after he dropped it with headphones plugged in. Lectro Tronic fixed his phone in less than 2 hours at a VERY fair price. If we had gone to the Apple store, we would have waited in line for hours and paid triple that price. Highly recommend! If we have any future phone issues, well come here first!

Beware!!!In November 2019 my cell phone was not working right. I took it to Lectro Tronic Cellular Repair. They checked my phone out and said they couldn’t repair it. They sold me a phone identical to the one I took to them for repair. I recently upgraded to a newer model phone so on 4-20-20 I passed the phone I got from Lectro Tronic Cellular Repair to another person. The person I passed my previous phone to went to activate it with their provider and couldn’t because the phone was locked to AT&T. I then contacted AT&T the carrier provider to see about getting it unlocked. I explained to them I bought the phone out right therefore it shouldn’t be locked. After looking into it AT&T said they would not be able to unlock it because it had outstanding assignments (basically money owed to them from a previous owner). AT&T then asks where I purchased the phone and then suggested I take it back to them. I then contacted Lectro Tronic and explained the situation. They looked it up when they sold me the phone. Then I was told by Lectro Tronic that phone should only be used with AT&T. I told them nothing like that was disclosed to me when I bought it from them and I paid for the phone and bought it out right from them therefore it shouldn’t have any lock. Lectro Tronic knew when they sold me that phone it was not a free and clear phone. Basically that phone is still property of AT&T until the previous assignments are paid from a previous owner. Lectro Tronic then told me they could unlock it for $120. Very crooked and dishonest!!! To sum it up! Lectro Tronic knowingly buys, sells & trades in some cell phones in which are property of other providers or perhaps stolen. Stay Clear!I wonder if the police or FCC would be interested in this?

First and foremost....I already had 2 quotes WAY MORE $$$. They were cheaper. The work was excellent. He had to order the lense replacement....but I left my Iphone. I went back a week later. Camera lense and my screen both repaired. Happy customer.

Came in for a charging port replacement and they offered to clean it instead to see if that was the problem. Turns out the port was really just dirty and needed cleaning. Saved me money and the service there was really nice they helped me out a lot.

I bought a used phone. The gentleman was very nice. He explained everything about the phone to me. He was very upfront about any deficiencies the phone had. The phone was in excellent shape for a used phone and very reasonably priced. I will be making all of my future purchases there, even though its an hour from where I live.

I’ve gone in there a couple of times, not sure if he’s the owner but he gives a lot of information to a customer before repairing on what they could do to save money or their phone. Today I thought I needed a charger port replaced, he said all you need is a cleaning of the charger port, and sure enough it’s working. Not sure had I gone somewhere else had they given me the same info or tried to up-sell the repair. Highly recommended.

They have excellent Customer service before you buy a cell phone or laptops from them, they tell you what wrong, On the cell phone and the computer .so they will explain to you, and they will talk you if it’s good to be a repair or not, they don’t care about the money. But they care about the customer, so they don’t want you to lose the money without any reason. So they have a good relationship with the customer, and if you call them because your cell phone or computer have a problem after you buy it from them, so they were told you to bring it back to them .and they will check it for you free. And then they will fix it whatever is the problem is, and they have the best customer service and cell phone and computer or laptop repair.
