If it weren’t for service rep. Ashleigh, my business life would be in shambles! She exceeded expectations even in what I felt to be a “difficult time”! Her customer service is immaculate and even when it got a little busy in the store, she made EVERYONE feel welcomed even if they were waiting to be assisted. This is what I pay for, GREAT JOB!
Very good, I got all my questions answered and I got everything I need on my phone for my husband and I request upgrade on my phone, different color for a new look! We live in Abilene Texas, they are closed, I know a lot of people miss the store, it was always crowded,do we hurting in Abilene for assistance in person...Hope they come back!
Had the pleasure of dealing with Collin today. one of the most positive and pleasurable experiences in customer service I have had in a very long time. He was positive, helpful and knowledgeable. Left this TMobile a very satisfied customer.
Wow! The WORST T-Mobile service I have EVER encountered. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. Never seen a staff so unsupportive. I came in here to turn in my old phone after an upgrade. The female there starts by telling me “ I don’t even know where to print the label from” after attempting to look for it, she then tell me “ can you call 611 & have them email you a label”. I was Shooked. Isn’t that your damn job to call and fix my problem? After I CALL 611 she then tells me I can’t drop it off there I have to go to UPS?! I just grabbed my label and left. Ridiculous. I’m still speechless on how terrible the service was.
Dont even know how to sell a sim chip, dont waste your time at this location
These people will LIE to your face. I went and remembered showing my phone screen on one visit. Come back just 20 minutes later, then SUDDENLY they see that its damaged and I have to make an insurance claim. I become frustrated and point this discrepancy out but NO! Its all my fault! I apparently never showed the phone screen. Complete liars.

Turned in a phone back in Feb. to get new phone. Didnt realize I was still being charged for it until care rep on phone pointed it out. This is aside of the mess this store made with my bill by also charging me for a phone that was supposed to be free on a promotion. Search showed phone never made it to warehouse. Manager, Jasmine, now implies I never turned in the phone! The SIM card was put into the new phone - why would I want to keep paying on a phone Im not using?? Was told records are destroyed after 3 months, so they cabe even go back to look as receipts! Funny thing -store employee remembers details of the day I went in Feb, except that I turned in the phone. Could be she was distracted by the friend she had in the syore after hours when I was turning it in and getting data transferred.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Though saying Ive received anything is utter garbage. These people are completely and utterly incompetent. It wouldnt let me type without giving 1 star, otherwise would have been 0. Allow me to explain.Went in for the switch to us and trade in a qualifying I-phone and get a free I-phone 7 promotion. Traded in fiances perfectly fine and not very old I-phone 6S, cuz why not? Its a free phone. First bill is fine. Fast forward to second bill, and suddenly were being charged an installment of $26 bucks with a $700 something balance on the free phone. Go back to store. Im sorry, we cant do anything with the bill in the store, you need to call customer support. Call customer support. Im sorry, I cant do anything, you have to get it fixed in the store. Go back to store. They tell me to call customer support. Call customer support they tell me to go back to the store. (I am not freaking kidding). Go back to the store for the 3rd time and talk to manager. He says hell fix it. He doesnt. He was incredibly rude, and either got himself fired or quit without fixing my problem. Go back to store for the 4th time. (This is my 4th bill at this point). Talk to new manager. He says he will fix it. I ask for email confirmation once it has been taken care of since Ive been jerked around so much up to this point. Dont get an email. Just got 5th bill and guess what? T-Freaking-Mobile is still stealing from me!!!!!!This is the most pathetic company and most god-awful store specifically that I have ever had to deal with. Spend a little extra and save yourself 5 phone calls and 7 trips to the store and go with Verizon or ATT. T-mobile wont be cheaper anyways, since they point blank refuse to honor their promotions, regardless of how many times you go into the store and try to fix it.So now, we have two options: Leave this pathetic company and pay $750 dollars we didnt have and would have never spend on a new phone, or continue to pay this stupid company our hard earned money until we can leave without paying for the phone (assuming I can EVER GET SOMEONE TO HONOR THEIR DAMNED PROMOTION!)Ugh. Worst customer service experience ever. I thoroughly regret my decision to switch to this awful company.
Service on that store was terrible! The employees instructed us to call and process all our questions and concerns through the phone. I dont see the point of going to a service store for somebody to tell me to call customer service.
I left sprint to come to T mobile and I am ready to go back to sprint. We have only had our phones for 1 month and my bill jumped 150.00 out of the clear blue sky! My calls drop daily and they dont even have my Note 7 ready for exchange. I was warned and should have listened.Going back to Sprint now!!!!!
Went in to get my phone switched i was there an hour and didnt get to do what i needed.. They told me I could buy a sim card and pay deposit and wait the 20 days until my phone could be unlocked and when my bill for t mobile came in to call them and tell them i havent used it... well something told me to call t mobile cust. serv. and he told me thats not true and put a suspension on my account until i was ready to switch over.
No sense of urgency, when the computer kept messing up instead of moving to one of the other 3 that were open they made me stand there and wait over an hour while they unplugged stuff and tried to fix it when there was nothing wrong with the other computers.... I told them several times I had to go back to work, and yet they still kept on messing with the same malfunctioning machiene making me wait. I will never go back to this location again.
I am always disappointed with this location. They have the worst customer service.
I normally opt out of submiting reviews (especially negative ones),However, I just dealt with two of the most unprofessional, ill mannered sales associates.I came into the store and found these two lumps hovering over the cash registers gossiping with one another and one of their friends who was visiting. One of them proceed to talk to me while she was eating with her mouth full. She held her piece of bread while chugging it down with a soda. Me and my mother were both equally disgusted. Not only did she lack any self awareness, but was dismissive towards our questions. I guess gossiping and eating while youre on the clock far outweighs any customer service efforts. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. I urge others to spare their time elsewhere.
