Had isaue with phone. No one in the store had a clue how to fix it ... Or any kind of resolution. But they were willing to sell me a new phone. I only had this phone three months. Very poor customer service

All of the employees at this store are very rude…I wish I had names….this is why businesses don’t get any business,u don’t have to be rude,don’t give u a right because your from a different country,everyone is the same…it’s very sad!I will never return again and I’m switching my services!!!!

Under new ownership and management. Turning the store around completely! Way better then what it use to be! The new manager is very helpful and gives the best deals possible. I always go in when i need help with a feature on my phone and they always are eager to help! they set up my phone perfectly when i switched from metro and offered to transfer all my contacts, pictures, and files. Great employees at that store.

You dont get what they make you think you are getting nor do you get what you think you paid for!. You cant access the internet while on the phone. Unlimited data they say...its capped and you will notice the different all the time. Dead spots too many including the data just turns off at any given time. Many apps will not work on phone(not sure if phone or service). The list goes on and on...paid $15-20 for a screen protector one week it started peeling...week later it fail off. They give you 7 days to return phone but what they dont tell you is you will pay more in returning one then just going somewhere else.😊

My son bought a phone a few weeks ago ...2 days after buying it started glitching real bad my son went back in 2 days after buying it the manager nedra said she would call higher up to find out what could be done ....because she could not replace the phone 2 days after .... My son went back in the store on the 4 and 5 the day and still got the run around I finally went over there and asked if I could have her manager number she called him and said because it was the 7 the day they could not replace the phone ... She failed to tell her manager that she gave us the wrong information and that we have been in there serveal days in a row asking what could be done ...so in another words my son got screwed on a iPhone that glitching... The people there dont have no idea what they r doing ...I DO NOT recommend this place to no one

The manager her name is Nedra? Worse customer service ever! Employees were more interested in hanging outside on their phones. No welcome when I walked in. I was alone in the store for about 5 minutes. And when the woman came in she looked angry at me coming in. Vibes from her were bad. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was. I asked her name and she gave a deep breath and said Nedra. Short skinny women. She looked to be in her 50s. Very rude and not helpful. I turned around and walked right out. Stay away from this location. All they care about is hanging outside with each other. They do not like being disturbed. They deserve 0 stars.
