Everyone that works there is so nice and professional. They really know what they are doing. They did an excellent job replacing the glass front of my Galaxy S7 and their prices are the best in town. AMAZING! Everyone at the store was very helpful. I had the LCD on my MacBook Air replaced. It would have taken a week to mail off at the apple store on University, and been more expensive; but this store were able to do it in the store in just a few hours-- after the part came it. Nice people; seem like honest people; very happy with their service and results. Highly recommend.

It’d be nice to have a reimbursement on my back camera they replaced that I didn’t want done, only the lens. They didn’t decide to tell me the camera and lens are different until AFTER I picked up my phone and AFTER I had seen my lens still not fixed. I feel as if they try taking every penny they can. Charging me more to get what I originally wanted done the first time. This is my fourth time here, and three times I’ve returned the day after so they can fix my malfunctioned screen they had put on my phone. I live over an hour away, you can see why I’m so annoyed!

Never take your phone here!! I took my phone there a few months ago and they never called me back to come get it! They are a scam! They won’t give your phone back. I just tried calling them and they said if this is a new number from the girl that keeps calling us please don’t call this number again. They never gave my phone back!

I had nothing but a wonderful experience at this location. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen to hell and back. They notified me as soon as the part came in and when it was done. The repair looks amazing, it seriously looks brand new. I will definitely be using this location for any future repairs.

The most reasonably priced cell phone repair shop in Ft Worth. Broke the glass on my S5 and paid $150 to have it repaired at another shop two weeks prior. Broke it again and took it here. Being that the LCD screen was not broken, only the glass was, it only cost me $60 to have it fixed. The other shop that I had gone to prior, didnt know that you can actually fix only the glass without having to replace the LCD as well. If you want your phone fixed without having to pay extra for parts that you do not need, then this is definitely the place to go.

I went in to Pro Repair yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I cracked my IPhone 6 glass months ago and they were able to fix it without any problems. They even saved me a ton of money and time by having Affortable prices. The tech that assessed my phone actually advised me against using the groupon for an even bigger savings and I really appreciate it. Very professional group of guys. This company is ridiculous. I heard about them through a friend of mine who paid $49 to get his screen fixed. I thought this was a great price. I called in this morning right before noon to check on this before I made the 50 minute drive out there. I told them I had a iphone 7 and they confirmed $49, but when I arrived it increased to $130. So now Ive driven almost an hour to get there for no reason. Bad communication!!

Ive brung my phone there to get fixed and they never called me back to come get my phone and they wont answer the phone I dont know where they are

Thank your lucky stars this place is in Fort Worth. I am not impressed with Samsung phones or TING MOBILE refurbished Samsung phones. I could go deeper, but get a good, no great cover for your Samsung (and they are not easy to find). Quality work, great price, do not think twice to go here.

Great service but disappointed to find that my groupon was misleading and could not be applied. Luckily they will refund me for the amount paid but the wording was very clear that the groupon covered LCD repair. However, it means something totally different in store so heads up.

Purchased replacement screen online, got around to testing it later than ebay protection gives for returns within ebay. Tried to reason with customer service, saying the reason I held off use before and important event was to avoid the possibility of an error on my end or something like this, a screen with a square inch sized warp that doesnt come clean and a dead digitizer zone.I know that there were no errors on my end because my crack screen still works fine.So buyers beware that this business will not believe a word you say, will not help resolve issues with their products and service if they are not obligated to.We do not sell defective product to any customer even you.
