The staff was very patient and efficient making sure the correct starter was purchased for a 66 Chevy truck on its third engine.

Store clean people are friendly good customer service.But knowledge of vehicle not so great went with a friend just tagging along. Asked for a part.Now.i can tell the part he brought is not same as what is on counter. An arguing pursues.Wrong finally a Mgr steps an says ur wrong. Please train ur people

I went in to recycle some motor oil and purchase some anti freeze. Due to covid I had a sufficient about of oil to recycle. 10 containers worth. The employee of the store didnt let me recycle all of the oil stating that they only could take 4 containers at a time, and I should go to the mccart location...maybe theyll take the rest. Note: the store was empty and there was not a surplus of ppl waiting in line to recycle oil. Didnt even ask me any questions, not knowing that I needed to make a purchase as well. Never had this problem ever at autozone.So I took the remaining 6 cartons of oil to the mccart location and made my purchase with no worries at all. I didnt get her name, but thank you to the Hispanic lady in the grey shirt at the mccart location for great guest service.

I want to thank Shawn for all his help yesterday, it was freezing outside and he selflessly came out and assisted me with my vehicle.

They put me on hold for 15 minutes the first time and I called again they looked up my part I needed and said they were going to check and see if they had it, I have been on hold for 12 minutes now.
