Great service techs! Joshua Rasor was excellent! I appreciate the advice and due diligence! Hefty bill, but I needed the maintenance done. Yep I toke advantage of dignifi.com. no interest if paid in 6 months, hell yeah!
This review is for Parts Only - I Dialed the Dealership and went through the prompts to connect to the Parts dept. It rang and rang, not once but several attempts on two different days. Finally a young man answered without stating his name. I asked who am I speaking with. He just Repeated the Business Name. I asked for his name again, he finally answered. It was as though I was bothering him or interrupting him. He ordered my parts requested which were just accessories that turned out to be completely wrong for my vehicle. He failed to confirm the compatibility. I wasted time taking the car in for installation on parts that did not fit. The voice response unit for service / Parts needs to be revisited and updated. It is terrible. Customer service training is needed for that young man and anyone else who has minimal customer service skills. I had just purchased a $54K new car from this dealership. Not that it matters. All customers no matter what they spend should be treated like gold. The $50.00 customer today may be the $54K customer tomorrow. Therefore My rating is low. I hope this results in coaching and training. I will leave another different review for my great sales person and for Lisa in Service who was also great. Its only fair!!
I have purchased two vehicles from this location. One, when they were Allen Samuels and the other from AutoNation. Ive brought those two vehicles, and two others, for service and repairs to this location. Each time their work has been top notch. Every time my vehicles require work I will be bringing them to AutoNation.Oh, and the early drop off is a nice bonus. Id rather drop off the car and return when its ready rather than sitting around and waiting. I have things to do. And, the online appointment was quick and easy. Just select your vehicle needs, the date and time of drop off, and you are good to go.
Extremely disappointed in the service department here. I bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. About 6 months in the radio/navigation screen began rebooting multiple times a day. Went to get it diagnosed late December and they said it needed to be replaced and they needed to order the part. We are at April 26, 4 months, and still nothing. I have called multiple times and the update is they are still waiting on the part. I called another Jeep dealership and the parts department there acknowledge there have been problems with the radios but it is usually taking a couple of weeks. Not going here for another car or service again.
Parts department is the best! Thank you Robert
I had my transfer case go bad on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and under warranty Russell was able to help me handle this repair seamlessly. He communicated with me every step of the way. Also handled all the back end with the warranty company so all i had to do was confirm repairs and pick it up once repaired. Everyone here at AutoNation was helpful and accommodating particularly Russell and Jonathan.
Oil change and tire rotation took OVER 4 hrs. Im pretty sure I could have done it at home in an hour and Im handicapped 🙄🙄🙄
Had to drop off my 2018 Jeep Cherokee thats still under warranty due to issues going on. Many visits have been a good one. This visit this morning was not was told the vehicle will be kept for 2 days and the dealership offered me a ride home. I asked for the Service Manager to see if they could provide me a loaner vehicle, which wasnt available. The manager instead stated to rent one of there vehicles but due to our Jeep Cherokee not starting up yesterday. My wife had to Uber to work because we both work in different parts of town. Really frustrating especially when you are a well known customer with Auto Nations.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I drive 42 miles to be told yall changed the way my warranty works. Yall wont give me a loaner from day 1. Please NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTONATION, they are liars!!!!!!!!!
Dealership refuses to honor warranty. Will not even answer customer care from Hyundai corporate. How do you oil analysis Through a company called Blackstone laboratories out of Fort Wayne Indiana. My last two Samples have shoulder increasing metal on metal wire even though I ran less miles on the oil. I believe this is good enough documentation also considering this car itself has an engine recall for Metal being left in the engine how coincidental. I attached a picture so you can see this is not a dirty rag and a beat up car taken very good care of it not ready to get rid of it yet. I guarantee I will not buy another car from this dealership. Even though my next vehicle I was looking at was a Dodge pick up truck but again not this dealership.
Im from Arkansas and sold my previous truck to Texas Auto Value in Dallas (which went great BTW) so I decided to buy my new truck in the DFW area. Autonation CDJR had a truck that checked all of my boxes for what apeared to be a great price. We agreed upon sales price prior to my trip to DFW and i stressed that i wanted to have all the paperwork done since we were getting in town at 7pm friday night. When we arrived i had to wait for 30 minutes to see finance guy. Then i had to fill out another paper application even through i had already filled one out online prior to coming down. After that i had to sit through a 30 minutes sales pitch on extendes warranties. They also required me to purchase their tint (not actually tint), wheel locks and gps. All of these are worthless to me.This was all a little annoying but i was happy with truck so got over it. The main problem came later on when they didnt send my registration to the Arkansas dmv for 3 months. I tride callimg at least 20 times and every time they said the only person who could help was a title clerk named Shelly. They would tranfer me to her number and it would go to voice mail every time. Left multiple messages and she never called back. Finally one day she answered the phone and she sent registration out. Upon the AR DMV receiving my registration i went to finalize registration. The DMV charged me a $254 late registration fee since it was registered 3 months after i purchased the vehicle. I reached out to explain this to the salesman i used to try and get them to credit me this fee that was 100% their fault and his response was that i needed to call shelly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Many other good dealers in the area.
Completely satisfied with my visit to this dealership! Ruben, my sales associate, was amazing, super friendly, confident in what he was doing! The whole staff was very nice and helpful as well! Within a few hours I drove off with a brand new Charger. Cant get any better then that guys!
Pedro had my parts waiting on me at the counter and Andrew verified that all parts fit my vehicle before I left! Both were professional and awesome!! Will always come back! 5 stars!!!
Worst customer service I’ve had. You have to scramble to get someone to at least look at you and acknowledge you’ve ben standing there. No organization making it difficult to find the right person to speak to. First and last time I come to this place.
Zero stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service. Purchased a Jeep from this dealership and not even 500 miles in I already have a warning light on my dash. I called their service department and told them my problem and was told to come in and a loaner would be available. I get there and they have horrible attitudes. Not only did they tell me no loaner was available but they were dismissive of what I was telling them, well I work in healthcare and I am on call so I need a vehicle. I will not return to do business nor be recommending.
Update: After 9 days we got our car back. It was under warranty so we got the rental covered, but it took 4 days of constant calling. They still charged us $300+ for O2 sensors. A week after we got the car back the check engine light came back on with the same issue. They failed to fix our car. I am never going back here. The service center here is abysmal. I believe they might also work on commission, so they do not have your best interests in mind.We went there with a broken window, that the door mechanism broke, and had a bad door lock and they said it would be $2,000 to fix! I bought the extended warranty and apparently none of it was covered. They charge $160 diagnosis PER ISSUE. We refused and took our car elsewhere.A month later and now our catalytic converter is messed up, and this should be covered under warranty so we took it in again. They have had our car for 5 days and they havent even looked at it to see if we MIGHT be covered! And every day we have to pay for the car rental ourselves. We even set up an appointment ahead of time to have it looked at. There is no excuse to have it sitting there for five days when scheduling an appointment. This is after repeated calls with no answer to find out a status. This is the worst service experience I have ever had.
Was a really great experience! Traded in a car for what was apparently 1K but Bailey Avanzo helped a girl out and got it for more! Now I am in a great spot with a great car! She’s the best! Recommend 100%!!!!
Still on the fence.... we took our car to the shop and for over a week nothing has been done. Actually they were able to turn something that wasnt broken into something that is broken and charge me for the labor required to break my car so..... yeah.... will see how it goes and update the review
I went in to get a new car yesterday, Dontae and other staff members helped me out the whole way. Dontae was patient with me and really knew what he was talking about in order to get the perfect car for me along with the right pricing. Great environment, even better customer service. I recommend this dealership to everyone.
Quite literally the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Checked 3 times to see if they had the car. Drove an hour in traffic to the dealership.... and the car was out on loan.... horrible service. The manager didn’t even know what to do. Only up side is they did fill up my car but I had just filled it up recently. Will never ever come here again.
Went here with intentions to sell our Polaris ranger to them and also buy a truck. They run us through the loop on a 2019. Informed us about the 18% interest without running it through a bank. Went and came back and said we couldn’t get the 2019 so had us test drive a 2015. When we came back they wanted to give us $500 for my husbands old truck, didn’t want to do the deal we originally had agreed on for our ranger and tried to screw us. We have family that works there so we trusted them to do us right and man we’re we wrong. Never going to this dealership again.
Embarrassingly lame! Total bait and switch - advertising one price then raising it by $6000, arguing with the customer and belittling the salesman right in front of us. If you are a sociologist studying the behaviors of individuals with zero ethics, no integrity, and a complete lack of professionalism, go here and ask for the sales manager. After wasting an hour with these guys we drove to the Mitsubishi dealer and bought a great vehicle, for less money in about 2 hours.
I brought in my dodge ram with a mechanic problem The truck would shake while being turned on they identified that it needed injectors new because they were sticking we got them replaced inJune 2018After only 8000 Miles driven now May 2020The one of injectors busted I believe they never changed my injectors on the first service they kept the same ones in One of the injectors busted caused lots of damages to my vehicle The diagnosis when I brought it in in “now” May was that one of the injectors had busted and the crossover tubes I paid to get that fixed $1800 today I pick up my vehicle and I have a bad engine now !! that no longer works I spoke to Chris Manager and all he said was pay your bill get out of here and sue if you have to sue.I believe everyone knows what goes on in this shop.Chris mentioned that they don’t have security cameras in their work area . Everyone please think twice in having these people work on your vehicle I’ve paid over probably $6000 both service total and I don’t have a working vehicle anymore
I had agreed to a Deal with Marcus from AutoNation on a new Ram truck on April 13, he told me he could deliver it the next day. After taking a day off from work the next day to accept delivery they called and told me they couldn’t deliver that day, but 4 days later. Four days later passed and they called saying something was wrong with the truck and they couldn’t get the truck fixed until a full week later when they got the part in... something they didn’t bother to figure out during the 4 days I was waiting to receive the truck and another vacation day got wasted. A full week passed and the part never came in, that’s when Marcus suggested looking for a different truck, after finding a different truck from AutoNation, I requested a quote and never heard back from them on a new quote. Needless to say I moved on to buying a truck from Moritz who provided an excellent truck-buying experience. If you’re looking for a Ram, don’t bother with AutoNation, Marcus along with sales managers Vijay and Julie provided poor communication and a terrible car buying experience.
Had a great experience here. Kevin was very helpful and even answered questions I had after the sale. Price was right and the staff was professional. I would use them again for sure.
Rose is the best, if you are looking for a car - GO SEE ROSE! Also the Sales Managers are great as well. Easy process, always takes time but its a dealership with loads of paperwork so what do you expect? Will do business with them again in the future I am sure of that.
Went in for an oil change and Mrs Amanda was great. No problems and everyone there were professional and very helpful and nice.
Bailey Avanzo was AMAZING so helpful and worked her magic to help get us the price and vehicle we wanted.
Best dealership yet, wasn’t even planning to purchase a vehicle just wanted to look but the customer service and my great salesman Ruben made it all worth itNow just time to enjoy my new bby !!10 starsssss!!!
Adam Keele is a great salesman. Adam got me the 2019 1500 Limited I wanted for a great price and provided me with excellent service. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Would definitely recommend you see Adam if you are shopping for trucks at AutoNation. Thanks Adam!
Dont believe them when they tell you you have 5 days or 250 miles to bring the vehicle back. it had only been 3 days and I had only drove a little under 200 miles. I called them to ask him if I could bring it back because theres problems with the vehicle and they told me that the loan had already been sold ask for a manager all he said was the loan had already been sold cant take it back. there is a paper listening problems and on problems with the vehicle that I was not shown during time of purchase. Its my fault because I didnt ask for it but there was a ball joint that failed and it was is listed on a paper of items that says must pass. There was another paper that said items that must be disclosed. Everything on there was good. either way I was not shown that paper at purchase and there are signatures on it and mine was nowhere to be found. I wouldnt recommend them not trustworthy.
Great service!
Used car sales. We found the truck that we wanted online. Called to make sure it was still available. Worked with Adam to make the deal. He was great. We liked the entire process. Adam was our interface to the managers so the only other person we dealt with was the paperwork guy and he was very nice. We dont buy a vehicle very often, but if it always went this smoothly we might do it more often. Thanks Adam!
Brought my Jeep in for a scheduled oil change and sat for 50 minutes before it was touched. What’s the use of scheduling it?!
Im giving it two stars because as far as the work done on my truck is always great yet the customer service is terrible. I walked into the main office and no one acknowledged my presence. A few seconds later another customer walks in and right away he gets taken care of.The two times i have been here is for an oil change and even though they have a big sign that says EXPRESS LANE. DONE FAST! DONE RIGHT!, they didnt take less than two hours to service my vehicle.
I was very pleased at first because I thought I got a great car for a great price and everyone was really nice. However Much of what I was told about the car was untrue. The truck had been repainted and not very well the clear coat was very thin on the hood and roof and there are several runs and fish eyes that clearly indicates it was not done at the factory. If this was the only problem I could have lived with it especially if they where up front about it and warned me to be very careful of the clear coat so I could have taken more preemptive action then only finding out about it after the clear coat already came off. However this was not the worst problem I faced a few months after buying the truck I discovered that all 4 ball joints where bad and someone had cut open the rubber boots on the ball joints and crammed it full of grease to hide the fact that the ball joints had gone bad. I was unable to prove that it was Allen Samuels that did this although I am shore it was. At the very least Allen Samuels either did not actually inspect the truck and just stuck an inspection sticker on it or they knew about the ball joints and still passed it. I asked 4 different local mechanics that I have known for years and trust if they would have passed this truck and they all said absolutely not. I also asked if it was possible that they went bad since I bought it and they all said no that the ball joints showed signs of long term ware from running with almost no grease and that that kind of ware would take a couple of years instead of a couple of months. Because the ball joints had been bad for quit a while several other parts needed to be replaced such as the tie rod ends and the like. All together it cost me 700 dollars to replace the bad ball joints on a truck I had only had a few months. You may not know this but if a ball joint breaks you loose the ability to control that wheel. Now since I had the possibility of any where from one to all four going out I was almost certain to wreck and seeing how I drive mostly interstate I had a very really possibility of dying. In my opinion this demonstrates that Allen Samuels cares more about making money then they do the lives of there customers. I will never buy from Allen Samuels again and erg everyone I know to never buy from them.
Horrible customer service from the service department. Never followed up with me like they said they would to get resolution on my problem and a path forward to get it fixed. I drive 15 extra mins now to go to a much better dealership by the airport. I now get harassed by autonation a few months later to buy back my truck when I told them I would only be interested if they found a newer model of my exact same truck.
After my purchase, I had a small issue with my vehicle but after getting assistance from Mackenzie Smith she was able to resolve my issues. She provided me her best customer and I am extremely satisfied with my outcome. Thanks Mackenzie for all your help!
Called service to schedule an appointment for a safety recall. I told him what the recalled part was, he told me that the part, hasnt been released yet and suggested that I call back once I received another notice about the recall. I thought that was strange since the letter said, Call a dealer today to schedule an appointment and that I had received this initial notice over a month ago. Just out of curiosity, I decided to Call Clay Cooley Dodge serin Irving, the service man there was happy to schedule my recall appointment. Basically the service guy at AutoNation flat out lied.
Always great. Anthony was such a breath of fresh air! thanks guys!
Awesome people AND service here!!! I spoke with Anthony and Eddie about my car and they were very knowledgeable and helpful!!! Aside from pricing (anywhere in the automotive industry)...my overall opinion of a dealership has changed because of AutoNation!!! That says a lot, to me anyways!!! Thanks guys!!!
This place is trash. take our service vehicles here because its the nearest to our shop. between these guys and our awful fleet management co. enterprise we have to wait weeks for our vehicles to come out of shop causing us to rent temporary vehicles.
Jesse Aguilar gave us great advice and service. Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended
I hit the brakes when someone pulled out in front of me while driving my wifes Sonata and all 4 wheels skid to a stop. Luckily the disaster was averted. I brought it into the dealer on 7740 NE Loop 820 to have them check the ABS system because the ABS is not suppose to allow the wheels to lock and skid to a stop. The service rep comes to me an hour later and says good news! we checked your ABS and found nothing wrong with it. I said BS, I hit the brakes and all 4 wheels locked up and I skidded sideways. I know this is wrong and contrary to the design of the system and they tell me they know what they are doing and I can call the regional office if I want to discuss it. Since no one is an engineer no one can help me. Having good brakes that skid is not a necessarily a good thing. This is not the 70s. ABS is designed not to allow skidding. If I get stuck on ice I have had it. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Service management approached me about a negative review that has a negative effect on them. They said are we not doing the best we can for you. This means nothing because the car is still not fixed and we are still 8 months into ownership on a brand new 2018 car. No matter how nice these guys are, what matters is results. My experience has been absolutely horrible. This review page is an avenue to express how you feel and how your experience has been. Again my experience has been absolutely horrible and I encourage those considering to bring their vehicle in for service or considering buying another Dodge or Chrysler vehicle to reconsider.
It was a good experience although I didnt leave with what I wanted, I do appreciate the time and effort and tried to do what they could do for me. All thanks goes to Lindsay best customer service and very professional!
I went in to get my Challenger serviced I was actually met by the service manager on Saturday. I left my car he said they would wash and detail my car. When I picked up my car it was not cleaned. When I spoke to mgr. He said they had been having problems with the company that they contract too. Offered me a free car wash next time I came in. Lol to next time. Lets get it together!
MY EXPERIENCE AT ALLEN SAMUELS WAS GREAT. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF, THEY ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY. I TRUST THEM WITH MY VEHICLES AND SO SHOULD YOU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Bought new vehicle in August 2015. Picked up plates in Sept 2015. Nick mounted the rear plate and then couldnt locate the front plate holder. Said they would have to order a new one. Its now March 2016 and we still dont have the front plate on the vehicle. Nick is absolutely none responsive. Management will return your phone call, but things are not followed up on. 7 months! Really? Absolutely the worst. Avoid at all costs!
I purchased a new 300 in May. I was very grateful for the care and courtesy that Adam Keele provided me. Adam was patient and very informative. His diligence and insight helped me make my decision to go ahead and enjoy a new vehicle. Thank you very much Adam !!Leonardo Horton
I really enjoyed the sales experience. Chris was very knowlegeable about the Jeep. After having the Jeep for a few weeks, I noticed a sound coming from the transmission when I put it in reverse. I took it to the dealership and waited for over an hour and they didnt find anything. Also, the windshield wiper will on occasion come on when I turn on the turn signal. I first encountered this during my test drive, but Chris said that the rain sensor was probably wet.
Unable to talk to anyone regarding Gap and Warranty services. I have left massages with no returned calls and been hung up on by transfer to invalid extensions. It is like they have my money and the service ended there.
Rainy day. Rode in to buy a new 19 Jeep JL Sport. Had the advertised (on the web site) listing. Sales rep hem-hawed around, disappearing for about 10 minutes before telling me that particular jeep was in-transit and would be about 2-weeks before it was ready. Would I still be interested? Yess...but dont you have anything else like it on this big, huge, lot? Apparently not... He took my contact info on, literally, a piece of torn scratch paper. Said hed call in a couple weeks.Headed to Meador the next day and bought the advertised (web site) jeep immediately with no hassles and no second-class treatment. Two months later, still havent received a call from the sales rep. Guess he lost that piece of scratch paper along with the sale.
Some many issues
HORRIBLE customer service. Salesman Adam was great everyone after they got my money is HORRIBLE. I have been trying SINCE JANUARY to get a callback for my registration. NEVER ANSWER NEVER RETURN MY CALL
Had some warranty and recall work needed on my Rubicon, read the reviews here and was expecting the worst. All I can say is everybody has a bad day and most people only write to complain - unlike most people leaving reviews here I had a great experience from Diane taking my reservation, being honest to me about their workload and keeping me from having the Jeep out of commission for longer than needed. Foster Welch took great care of me and had all the work done within a day. According to my paperwork Chris Goodwin did the wrenching work and everything was put back together perfect with no dents, scratches, or (extra) dirt. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing work done.
Good service.. fair pricing on sales too
Bad service and overpriced rates I took it there because check engine light was on and they said they would check it but I dont think they did since it came back on after a week. Also they said everything else was fine but I took it to a different shop and they found issues that they missed. It could be because the warranty was about to expire after 2000 miles and they didnt wanna fix it so they just turned it off for a while. Im taking my car elsewhere from now. Very questionable business practices.
Recently moving to a new location close to this dealership I brought my car in because I started smelling burning rubber. I asked them to check air on my tires as i knew it was a bit low. They determined the last oil change was done wrong (Allen Samuels on 35W in Keller) and it was leaking so they told me they were going to seal the leak and said my air filter and windshield wipers need replacing. I told them to go ahead and replace them (ended up being $90). I went to pick up my car the next day since this evidently took all day when i called at 4pm (dropped off my car at 8 that morning). They never called me to tell me when it was done and the service guy never handed in the paper work till i got there. I got the car back and the tires were not aired up and they broke the rubber seal on the inside of my hood and was sticking out on top...very noticeable. I brought it back the next Friday for them to fix the seal and air up my tires again. They returned my car 2 hours later without the tires aired up and fixed the seal they broke but didnt offer anything for my troubles for being there that day due to there error. Im not going back to this dealership. At this point i question the work that was done on it in its entirety.
Billy D was my salesman he did an outstanding job on getting me in a 2016 dodge ram 3500 in and out the dealership within the hour I was very pleased and impressed how fast they work to satisfy the customer and their needs. I will definitely be coming back to get another truck without a doubt.
Dont buy OR get your vehicle serviced here! Called to see about getting my battery replaced (still under warranty), was told it would be 2 days before service could get to it--to replace a dead battery. Just hand me the battery, I can take the 6 minutes it requires to install it. You have an express lane right? Requested to speak with Service manager (who conveniently wasnt there) and left message to have him call back--havent heard a word. Frequently got shuffled around. Wont buy another car from this dealership--nothing but issues from the day I bought it.
What happened to this place? It used to have prompt, reliable service but now its totally disappointing. Went in for a software update, speaker check (rattling) and oil change. Apparently the oil change folks are different than the service folks which is understandable. Go talk to the service side and theyre running 2 days behind? No wonder the other dealerships laugh when I say I come here. They may want to hire some mechanics.
Tried getting in contact with NRH location multiple times and they said they would contact me, but never did so I guess they don’t really want to sell a car.
Service manager Will made sure that my truck was done and safe. Willing to answer all my questions. Really felt like he cared about his customers.
Is good and professional attendance people work there, I like my self and will go back.
The sales people man lied every chance he had, caught him in some many stories it was laughable. Sad part was he didnt even know anything about the car! Now for the good stuff I attempted to do a trade in and they were 15k under what CarMax purchased it for same day! luckily for this salesman the finance mgr earned my business by finding the right interest rate from a lender. BAD EXPERIENCE! but in the end I got the deal I wanted but figure I could have gotten the same deal down the street!
The service is horrible. They never fix the issue at first time. Last time i need to go to their service centre 5-6 times to fix my dash board clip. New Issue - Last time when I took my car for service I complained about the noise coming out of the front wheels when I make turns. Also I complained about the driver seat, when ever I sit on the seat i hear a spring makes sound. I am just 165 lbs and not a huge body type but still it makes noise. But after keeping my vehicle for 1 day they said everything works great and they found nothing. Unfortunately I could not saw the same issues when they gave my car back. But after I reach home after 45mins again same old issue. someone called me for followup and i told about the issue and she said she will call back and never happened.
Not even worth the one star. I been back and forth with the service advisor Jesse on what is wrong with my truck and how to duplicate the problem a week ago. I get a phone call with him telling me they can’t duplicate the problem. My response exactly was it will duplicate on the highway. Don’t waste your time here go somewhere else. This place is worse than 5 star ford.
They lied about a truck that was for sale on their website, they said they would hold it for me until our appointment. The truck was sold the day before.Bate and switch!
Salesman was nice and seemed sincere, his supervisor was NOT. Not nice, not sincere, not trustworthy. The finance people gathered all our information and put the paperwork together. After everything was signed and we were sent on our way with our new vehicle they called and texted us for days after asking for more and more info. Wont recommend them or return.
It is very frustrating when you make an appointment with a dealership to look at your car and they won’t do it because your check engine light isn’t on at the moment. I asked for them to look at the transmission control module (suspected issues) and the response was “I don’t know how to help you.” I call my husband and he talks to the employee, and all of the sudden they can help and even instantly learned manners such as saying “yes sir”. Ultimately they were able to fix our car, but I don’t appreciate how I was treated because I am not the most knowledgeable about vehicles.
I absolutely loved the service. Our salesman Bryan Pennington was patient, honest and personable. We purchased a Chrysler 300. I will look for him when we buy our next car.
They will rip you off. Went in for recall and asked them to rotate the tires and change the oil. Bill was almost $200 before discovering fake and over priced charges and still only got it down to $137. For example, when I dropped it off I told them the tire sensors were out and they called with a ridiculously overpriced quote so I told them dont worry about it...so they tried to charge me a diagnosis fee of $89....really? I told you what the problem was!!!! Also $57 for a non synthetic oil change is too much....if you choose to go there be sure and ask how much everything is before they do it.
The offers they make here are to help them make more money, not to save you some
Went in to check out the 2019 Ram 1500. Not a single salesperson spoke to me and even the lady at the reception desk just watched me wander around. Had to ask someone hidden in his cube and it took him 15 minutes just to pull a truck around to look at.
Just oil change and engine filter change $464 that not even a semi truck oil change and filter cost this much they will charge you way more more not recommended
I came in in February just looking at trucks to potentially buy. But Adam sat down with me and worked with me on the price, budget, down payment and such on the truck I was looking at and I left that day with a new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500! Sadly I noticed when I got it, that the drivers side power lock switch didnt work, and when I went to bring it in the week after I bought it, the service department told me that it would be several days before they could get to my truck if I left it there. Well seeing as how I need my truck everyday for work, that wasnt an option. So I came back two months later, when I had some vacation time, in order to just leave my truck. Turns out since I had to wait, and what needed to be fixed wasnt under warranty, it would have cost me a small fortune to fix. So I went and talked to Jason, the used car manager, and working with Adam and Jason, they not not only took care of me, but went above and beyond what they had to in order to make me a satisfied customer. If there were more people that worked in sales and retail like Jason and Adam, theyre would be no need for one thru four star reviews.
They always take good care of us here. Weve been buying news cars here for nearly 30 years.
Very good experience! Gino helped us find our TrueCar certificate vehicle and was not pushy with any unwanted options. He filled the tank full of gas at no extra charge. Finance was a bit long and tedious, its the nature of the beast. Just make sure you do your research before stepping into ANY dealership so you know what to expect.
Terrible service department. Tried to drop off car for safety recall on defective brakes and they said they were too busy to take car. Typical Autonation dealership experience. Took car same day to another Dodge dealership and they promised repair would be done within 24 hours. Thank goodness for family owned businesses!
They need better customer service is all I have to say iv been to a way better places like Toyota they take great care of you but this place is last on my list, Dallas dodge is good and also wach dodge is great
Loved the service and the work performed. Employee Braden Duncan greeted me with a smile and helped me with all of my issues.
Had a really bad experience with the body shop. Took my 07 Ram in with damage to the bumper, tailgate, hitch, and right bedside from a rearend accident. Insurance paid to have the bumper, hitch, and brackets replaced and to fix the bedside and repaint it. Estimated time was 10 days when i dropped it off. The called me about 14 days later to say they were done. I came and inspected the truck and everything was fixed except it looked like they left a gouge in the bed and painted over it. They refused to fix it blaming it on insurance for not paying for a new bed. I finally had to leave and refuse to pick it up unless it was fixed. Took them another week and a half and calls from the insurance company(who was paying for my rental car) to get them to fix it. At the time i dropped the truck off i also told them that the alignment was off a little and to see if they could get a supplement from the insurance to fix it. They did not, and tried to charge me for doing an alignment!! I refused and they said they were tired of the arguing and complaining and grudgingly took it off the bill. Lastly, i was so focused on the fender when i picked up the truck that i didnt notice until i got home the trailer hitch light plug in the bumper was broken. Thanks guys for screwing me over, giving me a horrible experience, and assuring i will NEVER be a repeat customer.
Really bad experience the salesman (David Welch ) didnt even know what he was selling to me i wanted to get a rebel lifted up to 7 or 8 tall and he knew that because i asked him several times he said u can lift as high as you want to but turned out that was a lie. Then they decided to trade it because you could only lift a 4 x 4 mine was a 4 x 2 but apparently they didnt know. They said since it was their mistake they would just do a swap now they are trying to charge me more and I would HATE TO MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
Customer service is lacking. Cashiers are always talking on their personal phones or gossiping loudly. They dnt know how to make the customer feel welcome. The only thing good about this place is their lounge chairs in in the customer lounge.
I don’t know what to choose on the phone the recording ladies voice is so low!!!
Service manager Nick is amazing to work with very knowledgeable no BS get you in and out real quick
Bought a truck. Our sales guy was amazing, everyone was very friendly, helpful and it was an easy process.
The dealers at the used car building are straight liars. I made an appointment a week in advance and called the day of to see if the vehicle was still available. I was told it was and headed over. When I got there an hour after calling and they tell me it sold the day before. Absolutely bullshit. Never go there.
Went looking for a compact suv. Nice white Jeep Patriot got my attention. I asked for a total price (tax and title included) so I could forward it to my bank, salesman did not like that I was using an outside bank, kept insisting he could beat my banks interest rate (lies). After backing off with insisting of using a bank from the dealership he was getting ready to take the vehicle off the market I told him not to do that because I had to just go look at another similar vehicle before I settled for theirs. He went to get me a payoff quote and instead his arrogant manager came back. I understand that their in the business to sell cars but after he brought in his manager everything went down drain. The manager wanted to beat the price of the other dealership (never gave me a lower price quote) but kept pitching in to settle for their vehicle giving horrible analogies like me settling for the shirt I was wearing instead of going to another clothing store looking for a similar shirt, etc. After I repeatedly told his manager I did not want to be hasty and I needed to go see the other vehicle. The manager did not let me complete my sentence got up and walked out chuckling and saying good night and just aggressively throwing the payoff quote at me. I had never seen such blanant disrespect and arrogance from somebody. We (my mom and I) walked ourselves out of the office still impress from what we had just happened. The salesman came out to the lot to tell us that he could not find the suv I had mentioned to him in the competitors website. That is when I informed him that due to his arrogant rude manager that he sent in to persuade me to settle for their vehicle and the way he treated me I was not interested in making business with them. So if anybody reads this review I just want to inform you take your business somewhere else where they will treat you with respect and courtesy. Because in the end it is you (the buyer) who is doing them (the dealership) a favor by picking them over the many other dealerships that exist in the metroplex.
Went in for a scheduled appointment to test drive a GMC Acadia - the one they brought me was pretty subpar, so I was disappointed. However, Tommy Scott (my sales guy) listened, REALLY listened to what I was looking for (a bigger SUV with a third row bench, captains chairs, more room, leather, and some nice updates), and asked what I was currently driving (a Hyundai Tucson). He asked if I liked my current car, and I told him I loved it, but it was just a bit too small for our growing family. We checked some of the other inventory, but then he asked if Id be interested to see their Hyundai Veracruz, instead of the GMC Acadias and Buick Enclaves I had been eye balling. I had never even heard of one before, so I said sure, if it fits the bill, Id be open to it. The 2011 Veracruz he showed me was fabulous - it was in immaculate condition, clean as could be, and drove wonderfully. He even said they had replaced the brakes, tires, and electronic pieces for wear and tear beforehand. The car was Certified Pre-Owned, guaranteed to never have been recalled, and had to pass some significant criteria before theyd even consider selling it. It was FABULOUS. It has so much more than I could have asked for, that the missing captains chairs were no big deal! We managed to work out a great deal, and I said goodbye to my old Tuscon, and am now cruising around in my new (used) Veracruz! My daughter and husband could not be happier, and Tommy was so wonderful to work with. Kyle was my finance guy, and he was amazing as well - extremely laid back, very low pressure, and no nonsense. This being my first time purchasing a car without a husband or Dad with me (ladies, you know what Im talking about here), I really appreciated the fact that everyone was so easy going, and respectful. I never felt like they were trying to make the sale - they were simply trying to find me a car that was perfect for me and my needs, and the price I needed. I highly recommend them, and will be sending them lots of referrals! Thanks guys! You made this experience a great one! :-)
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Drove down from Oklahoma to purchase a 2013 Maxima. My 2009 Camry had a KBB value of 9,400 trade-in value. They came back with an offer of $5000 for my car, They LIED and said they test drove it around the block but their dealership is all glass and I sat there and saw my car sit in the parking spot for 20 minutes when they came back and told me I needed a $3000 axel repair. Argued with them because I saw my car not leave the parking lot, and they eventually brought it up to $8000 which would not make sense IF my axel did need the $3000 repair. LIARS there. Next one of the tires was low on air during the test drive, and they had to air it up for me to make the drive back to Oklahoma. Come to find out the rim was CRACKED and not repairable, and then I get the RUN AROUND about how there was no service record of a tire leak and I could have cracked the rim, BUT the salesman and sales manager were the ones who aired the tire up before i left!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DIRTY USED CAR DEALERS that will LIE TO SELL THEIR CRAP!!!! WILL NEVER CONSIDER OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!
Did not honor their price because i did not go with one of their lending banks !! I had my own bank and was willing to pay their asking price instead they said they couldnt go with my bank ---they let 40K walk out the door BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS
For the record, I wasnt completely happy with my first experience but they gave me a free oil change in exchange for a good review so hey... But this time, they went above and beyond and I dont care what they give me at this point...I initially came in for AN APPRAISAL ONLY... I knew I didnt have the best credit... Didnt have money for a down payment.. I wanted a Challenger...And I was upside down on my car... I knew that wasnt going to happen and I expressed that to the reps.My keys and I were held hostage just to get me to run my credit and act like they could make it work. After I spent the whole day up there and told then that I had to pick my son up and come back, I was told they were going to get the challenger detailed and gassed up and pulled to the front like it was a done deal and I just needed to sign paperwork.I go get my son, clean out my car and drive back up there just for them to tell me a deal had not been worked out (something that could have been done over the phone) and it would be ready the next day. I provided the info they asked for and no one contacted me back for days after I made several attempts to contact them... I was over it...They called me back and told me they could work something out. I specifically stated if I could not get the Challenger I did not want to do business with them, yet they assured me I could get the CHALLENGER. I went back up there to be told I indeed could NOT get the challenger but to pick from a specific set of cars and we would be good.I was told that the car I picked was in the category I should have been looking in and I still did not have to make a down payment. Then I was told I had to come up with $1500. I paid $600 on the spot and had a friend bring the remaining balance the same night and I was told they couldnt accept the check. So I had to come back with the cash and spend even more time in there just to be told they couldnt take that either because it was after 5. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDNT GET OFF UNTIL 5. I ALSO ASKED IF THE DEAL WAS WORKED OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT ANY SURPRISES and I was told me everything was good and I just needed to do more paperwork.Then... I had to TAKE OFF OF WORK to come in and make the payment before 5 just to have a car (that I didnt EVEN WANT) taken away from me after a week with it. I was told not to pay my car note and I DIDNT PAY MY CAR NOTE AND I cant get the refund as fast as they took it! Other than the fact that this is downright EMBARRASSING and MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY damaging.. THE SALES MANAGER HAD NO REGARD FOR MY FEELINGS OR THE SITUATION THAT THEY put me in. He told me he was tired of pulling out his hair and beating himself up trying to make a deal work but there was no way he could and there wasnt anything else he could offer me unless I had a co signer. After I politely expressed my displeasure with the service I had been given, he made a smart comment about letting the bank know that I was unhappy. It was very rude and belittling. I told them my story up front and they begged ME to let them mess over me. No one took ownership of the problems I had with the dealership and kept trying to blame the bank. I am okay with not being approved. I didnt want a new car anyway; they forced me into that. But to lie to me, take my money, not accept the difference in payment, allow me to drive a car for a week, make me take off of work to make the payment just to trick me to come in so that yall could confiscate the car... THAT IS NOT OKAY!After all of that, as a company, they should have just took the loss on my trade in and made it work just to compensate me for all of the stress they put me through DAY after DAY.But no.. They thought it was smart to try and contact me as soon as I left to offer me ANOTHER CAR THAT I DONT WANT... FOR EVEN MORE MONEY!!!
I went to the internet searched and Allen Samuels pulled up as the lowest price. Called and and spoke to the internet manager.. Was very helpful and let me know about how all the pricing worked and made so much sense that we had to go. But before we did we still wanted to search. Allen Samuels hyundai was the ONLY dealership that have everything listed for thier discounts! Thank you for the transparency! Sending brother next week!
You will get the same costumer service as any any crapy car dealer on Harry Hines blvd. The showroom is nasty, salesmen don’t care about nothing. And the worst MILES ARE NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED! Huge difference from 234,000 to 85,000
