Great experience and purchase. The staff is amazing from the friendly greeting to the whole trying on merchandise and online purchase was made super easy. When we went to visit we were greeted with two welcoming faces and offered to try a free beer that was specially made by them, which was also on par. The quality of the boots are specially designed in style and durability. We will most definitely be making future purchases with these guys again. Thank you for such a great experience and purchase.

This store is AWESOME!! Their selection of western and work boots is HUGE and they have lots of western accessories that I always end up getting something every time I go shopping there. They are the only store that Ive ever heard of that has complimentary water and beer for their customers. And the staff there are so friendly and knowledgable about boots its refreshing to have someone help you that actually knows what they are talking about. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I absolutely love this store!! They make you feel like family and dint mind helping you try on every boot in the place.... i know i spent 2 hours in there trying to find the perfect pair of boots and Ben was amazing and I was able to find boots that fit like they were special made for me. I have one foot thats been broken twice so its a little bigger than the other and i have a hard time finding a good fit but not at this store... plus the beers good and their radio is always playin my song!!

Went into the store to find a pair if boots and found a pair Ive been looking for finally after years of looking. Was going to buy them buy the girl working was more worried about talking to her boyfriend then to say hi to us when we wore inside the store. So just took pics of the boot I liked and will order it somewhere else cause they dont have customer service. Will never go back again to the tanger outlet location

Boots and beer and great customer services. Dont expect to get treated here like you do at the big western chain stores. Its a no pressure situation. Tons of great boots, tons of styles. Even better, there are plenty of boots you wont find at the Barn or Cavenders. You dont see racks filled with just ariat varieties, or Justin. In fact, they have plenty of Nocona boots, but also Lucchese and Twisted X amongst others. And surprisingly enough, the womens boot selection may be larger than the mens selection. You get a feeling that its quality over quantity.When you come in, if you are of age, you are offered a beer. Browse around, unlike the western stores where you are pressured or just forgotten about, at the Old Nocona Boot Factory the team is there to help, but not force your hand. Even if you decide to not buy, they thank you for coming in. You get a feeling that its good people working the store.On a side note, the store helps with a community food bank in the city of Nocona. Between the boots, the beer and the food bank, you get the community connection. This store is fantastic. Its a must stop when at Tanger.

I went to this location to try to exchange a pair of boots to a bigger size the day after purchase. The communicated because it had a small scuff on the heel the it cant be resold and they wont allow an exchange.
