Just left the store 1:33pm Oct 6 Wednesday. 4 sales ladies and not one asked me if I needed assistance. When one sales lady did ask a customer across from me. I did look her way thinking she was going to ask me. She did not. I am visiting from out of town and came shopping with my son and daughter. They speak highly of this store. I am retired of retail after 35 yrs with the Disney co. Very disappointed. Not likely to visit again

Went to this boot barn this past weekend, first time customers visiting from Georgia and the cashier lady was very rude. We had a friend that also worked at a different boot barn store with us showing us around and was completely rude to her in front of our faces. Aggressive actions and not to mention dress code. She had a very sheer top with almost everything showing. It was very unpleasant to see and very provocative. Did not enjoy my time as I was showing my boyfriend boot barn for the first time.

This is a store for smaller people. They dont have bigger clothing for men and women. Very frustrating and discouraging. The two younger ladies at the register were super nice and helpful but the other lady and man that were cleaning up and supposed to be helping in the store were not very friendly and not helpful at all. The A/C is broken so makes it very uncomfortable to shop and impossible to try clothes on without sweating. This is Texas people! Its hot!! The ladies up front acted like the A/C has been broken for awhile and talked as if higher management showed not urgency to get it fixed! That is unacceptable! I feel so sorry for the employees! Especially the ones that work the register because the sun shines right in the windows at the hottest part of the day! If the ladies up front werent so friendly I wouldve given 1 star but they were super friendly and helpful!

They have the cutest womens clothing. Love that the stock changes and new items are added often

GREAT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Took my husband shopping for his birthday and he needed a little assistance the lady didnt do so well so the guy with the nice boots and belt buckle real slim helped us right along the entire way. The style my husband chose was not available in his size so they went and made phone calls and got the boots to him just in time for his birthday and he is happy and excited. Thank you to that young man and the cashier that assisted us on Friday March 26 2021. Will definitely be back for future endeavors!

It is a nice place the staff is very very friendly and helpful and professional, the only issue I had is that they need to keep more variety of sizes of shoes I went looking for work shoes the only sizes they had is the one that was on the Shelf they didnt have any in the back room like most places do so if they could carry a different variety of sizes that would help a lot

Unfortunately the customer service is incapable of being helpful. We do not live nearby and we were charged for items we did not receive. The tone and blame the manager placed on us for not being aware of their mistake is beyond irritating. Empathy is a thing. Try it once in a while. Ashley was not willing to come up with any solution for us. Not even to mail/email a store credit for the additional cost. I feel like even that was a reasonable solution to not forcing us to drive all the way back. They could have taken the cost of the stamp out of our credit. Geez.

Such GREAT service! Nathan helped me find the perfect boot for my type of work! I have worn boots since I was “knee high to a grasshopper”and from now on Nathan is who I’m gonna go see!

I love a lot of their clothes. I am actually glad they are bringing back bell bottoms because they truly were my favorite jeans to wear. The only thing that made me not really buy from here but one pair of jeans, is the cost is so high. I would have loved to have purchased Miranda Lamberts clothing line but my goodness its so expensive. I get its not their fault which is why I didnt leave a low score, its just not my cup of tea right now.

Always clean, stocked and has available sizes necessary. The staff are helpful, but a tad bit unprofessional when having conversations with the other staff members while customers (me) are right by them.

First time in and they seemed to have a decent selection of boots.My advice to the sales team: Know your customer. If I say I am just browsing and already know my fit due to owning several pairs...there is no need to hover, stare me down, and make numerous suggestions I didnt ask for.I was with my boyfriend who doesnt look like the typical shopper in this store, and he couldnt help but feel the associate was keeping an eye on us.

Unorganized.work boots not set out by size.very limited boots in larger sizes (12 and up). I did find work boots I liked at a reasonable price but took a lot of searching to achieve. I would shop here again and hopefully they get more organized.

The lady associate made me feel pressured, was no knowledgable about products they had and made me feel rushed to make decision to purchase and practically escorted me through the store. Very little oppurtunity to look around. Checkout person was very friendly but will be long time before i go back due to the sales ladys attitude.

If you’re a big guy don’t waste your time. Went in looking for some jeans and this biggest waist size I could find was a 38. Really? Store is cluttered and honestly doesn’t have much selection. Staff isnt helpful. Do yourself a favor and Go to NRS in Decatur if you want to see a real western store.

Had a good selection of boots but lack in customer service. Only one person working in the boot department and several in the front. Four other people trying to buy boots so it took a while.

Sales associate in ladies boots was absolutely no help whatsoever. My husband ordered me a pair of boots online that were too narrow, I wanted to exchange them but they didn’t carry the same style in store so I proceeded to the ladies boots section to shop around. The girl working that section never asked if I needed assistance. She saw me searching and trying on several different boots yet rice edged to assist everyone but me. I had to interrupt her conversation about another shoppers baby or the latest celebrity gossip to ask if they had other sizes in stock. She told me that they only have what’s out and don’t carry anything extra in the back. A particular pair I was interested in were heavily scratched up and indented from being on display but she didn’t even bother to look in the back for a fresh pair, even after I asked. When I had a question about the width sizing she literally hollered for the manager to come over and assist. He seemed equally annoyed by her, but answered the question then walked away. The only real help I received was from an associate with the name tag Cowboy who saw that I was indecisive and offered his opinion, said the boots looked great and asked if I wanted a box to carry home. Once at the register, the cashier let me know that she would have to return my original boots online because the in store price was $60 cheaper and they would only give me credit for their price, even though we had the receipt and had only received them a week earlier. I just read previous reviews from other Hispanic shoppers who experienced the same lack of assistance and can only think that may be the reason. Needless to say, we will no longer be shopping at Boot Barn.

I had a great experience because of Camden. It seemed that the boots I was looking for were sold out, but he looked and found where they had been misplaced and made sure I got the style and size I was looking for.

Walked in, was never greeted to find out who the employees were. Stood at a display trying to catch the attention of an employee to ask a question. Employees dress too casual to distinguish them selling from the customers. Never was asked if I needed help or anything.Looked for help for 20 minutesI’ll never be back

This place has great boots. However the customer service is garbage. Not once they ask they greet or ask me. The boots were very disorganized. Well I seen then helping other people. But then I realized the people they were helping were white then I knew that’s the store not for me. Boot barn lost a potential customer over illiteracy

I love Boot Barn! I went to this location last night and both associates were so helpful and nice. They made me feel as if we’ve known each other already. I went in last minute hoping to find a dress for a wedding and walked out with more due to great clearance prices!

Amazing customer service by a younger blonde with glasses. She was so sweet and helped me find everything I was looking for with a bright smile. She was very patient with me when I didn’t know quite what I wanted and helped me figure it all out!

Great store but after a taking 2 weeks to give me my refund and costing me a lot of gas and time on the phone with my bank and corporate playing phone tag, and being hung up on because i was mad that i hadnt had access to a single penny in my account and couldnt get gas for my car or food for my home because they processes my refund incorrectly and no form of reimbursement for my trouble or time i probably wont buy anymore $200 work boots from there again.

Staff were very helpful, attentive to detail, offered plenty of variations in size options to guarantee comfort. Products are great but staff made the purchase a greater value. My thanks for making my shopping experience a breeze.

Good selection, usually have what you need in stock. Good sales as well, picked up two nice hats both a BOGO 1/2 of deal, very pleased with the purchase. When its busy, the registers can be a little slow, I tend to shop here right when they open or during the week when I can to avoid this.

For my husband this store is a 5 star but for me I have to give less. If they offered more plus size clothing I would love this store. I love the styles and variety of price range in brands but they just need more 2x and up.

The worst experience Ive ever have in retail. I worked in retail as a sales specialist so I definitely have an idea of what great customer service is all about. Unfortunately, my experience with boot barn was really the WORST! I went in there with my 4 year old and my sister, all looking for boots. It wasnt till 30 minutes later an older female (in her 40s w/glasses slim) asked me if I need help with the worst attitude I politely said no thank you went about my buisness & tried on boots. As I was trying on boots she hovered over me for what seemed like an eternity asking questions with the worst attitude ever. I left so upset, I love the merchandise the other employees were great but that one lady was horrible she shouldnt be working in retail if thats how shes treating customers. I loved boot barn for its merchandise but next time will go somewhere else were. It almost felt like she treated me different because Im Hispanic? I hate to even think that way but I wouldnt be surprised if that were the reason. I honestly hate to even admit that....

LAIR LAIR PANTS ON FIRE! I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD JACKET IN MY SIZE. THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE YES AND TO COME IN. I DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE JACKET I WANTED IN MY SIZE! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME THAT I DONT HAVE TO BE WASTING!!

Purchased 1 pair of GREAT QUALITY Leather boots. I wore them only 1 time. I noticed the sides were tearing and the tips were scuffing. Mind you, I paid $176.00 for these boots. I called over the phone and a manager told me. I could return them. Went in to be told I could not and it was common for the boots to wear that way. AFTER 1 use and for OVER $150? I have bought cheaper shoes that I have lasted me years.

I called three times from my phone then once from my wife’s phone to verify the phone number wasn’t working for the store. Upon arrival I talked to the manager and he showed me where the Luccheses in my size were located. Only identify three boots in total, none of which were to my liking, so I looked at the other options in the same style. After my wife came out of the bathroom she explained the utter dismay of it in shock. I asked another young lady to speak to the manager to make him aware of the phones and the disaster in the bathroom (blood on the floor, soaked toilet paper out of the holder, locked trashcan, etc.) and he explained that the phones had been down for two weeks, not a good way to conduct business 101, and that the bathrooms were cleaned this morning, virtually walking away from me as I started to list the details.. not sympathetic nor accountable for the issues. I don’t think the staff cared about the customers. We won’t be back.

Never really any good deals. Since I am 64 I have to shop here for lengthy of jeans. Never can find anyone willing to help but the cashier always asks did anyone assist you? It was way better when it was Baskins.

I like boot barn, but I hate this location.Employees lack asking if anyone needs help, boots are a mess and no one came over to ask if we needed help the entire time. This is not the first time this has happened at this store.

Always thought Boot Barn was a family oriented business. I over heard some employees talking about Thanksgiving. Seem they are open almost all day Thankgiveing. Not very happy about this and I think since they are not worried about family my business will be taken elsewhere. These kids and managers have family also! Not just the people whom make the schedules. Cause I can almost guarantee they didnt schedule themselves. Very disappointed.

My husband and I came here for the first time today and the lady in the boot department did not offer to help me or my husband. We were in here looking for over an hour and not once offered to help us. My husband went up to her to ask if they could order a certain size and he sent her to the cashier for him to find out. I heard another customer ask her the same question and she radioed someone to find out. He was Caucasian and we were Hispanic. I am not sure if it was a coincidence but it sure felt as if she was racist. I don’t experience this often so it’s hard to tell. I will definitely not be shopping here again. I’ll be sticking to Cavenders where they know their stuff and have no problem helping me spend my money.

I walked into 3 employees standing at the front joking about something. They asked if I was looking for something. Instead of one assisting me, one said straight back on the left and kept talking. The boots were unorganized and the selection of Thorogoods was terrible and they didnt have any Danners even though they sell them online. 2 employees walked past me without asking if I needed anything. Finally one came out of the back and confirmed that they only had that limited selection. When I left the guy at the front in the black shirt just stared at me.... no have a good day or anything. I was one of 2 customers in the store with 3-4 employees. Absolutely no excuse for the lack of service.

Very very limited on Womens 9 1/2 or 10 selection of square toe boots. The girl helping kept apologizing for the lack of selection.

Their selection is lacking and the customer service is atrocious. Its almost like they were trying to not help me find what I needed, like they had something better to do.

Shop in this store and had a great customer service. Very clean and nice. Nick helped me with boots for my wife and really knows his stuff. Will be back.

Used to be a great place to shop.I recently found it difficult to get help on the phone and in the store. The poor customer service on my last 2 visits made it my last visit.
