I have never purchased boots for myself. And i was wanting composite toe so that i didnt have to remove my shoes when going through the metal detector. I figured i would start here. Upon entering I could see that the store was clean, neat and tidy. Every thing was in order. Within two seconds Juan welcomed me and asked what he could help with. I told him my dilemma and he showed me the womens section. There was a huge selection of boots and sneakers with steel or composite toe. Whatever my heart desired. I expected him to walk away and leave me to look but he stuck around and shared his knowledge on both sneakers and boots to help me make a wise decision on my end. Juan had and upbeat attitude and was so positive on a situation i was not looking forward to. He was patient and found the options I wanted to try on until I found my match💜 Now my toes are protected and Im looking sharp. Heyyy.

Experience was poor, which is a shame to say cause I’ve had exceptional experiences at other locations, that being said there were 6 customers in the store including myself for one associate, I came to do a simple return. The associate informed me that the system was acting up. The associate had people waiting in line and I said it was fine that she take care of those waiting in line. She then informed me that she would have to wait for the manager that was approximately 10-15 min away to complete the return. It took the manager 10min to arrive which was fine. Turns out the associate had successfully made the return but just wasn’t sure. I’m glad she made sure with the manger and for that I thank her. But the wait time for a simple return for unworn shoes within the 30 day limit was a bit much. It really boils down to a lack of personnel to appropriate handle a store. The shortage is real y’all. 09/23/2031

Like a religious experience. But for my feet. Might have been better if Al Bundy worked here but that would have been too much. I wouldn’t have been able to handle it. This is a great place to buy boots. The manager Juan is very knowledgeable on all the boots they sale. I have been buying boots from here for over 15 years I have never had a problem with the boots I buy here. I always try yo get the Hytest brand boots they are more comfortable for what I do at work. I would and have sent my friends here to buy boots. You wont be disappointed.

Went in today and its another company with their dictating mandatory mask BS. Making employees confront customers about not having a mask. Was going to spend around 1k on some things. Not only will I buy somewhere else this time. You lose potential lifetime customers with this kind of company culture. If you want to wear a mask great. But as a business you shouldnt force your revenue stream to do so. But thats their right to do so. As it is my right to spend my money where Freedom Rings.
