Love 5.11! We really enjoy the Alliance/Fort Worth location. Super helpful staff and the manager, Cameron goes above and beyond. He was extremely helpful and my husband left with some great jeans and pants (plus some :)). Cameron really took his time to help us navigate the giant wall of pants. The store is always really clean and well organized too. Quality clothes as well.

I can not say enough about the customer service my husband and I received at the Fort Worth location. Greeted at front door by Cameron. And Cameron stayed with us until we left. Cameron helped us find what husband was looking for ..including his size. My husband ended up getting a pair of every color convertible pants they had in his size. When that store didnt have the blue pair he called the Arlington store and found them for us. Now that is customer service. I can not say that the customer service at the Arlington store was the same. Cameron was told they would pull those pants and have waiting for us. When we got there they were not waiting on us and the gentleman that greeted us just pointed in the direction of the pants so we could find them. We will absolutely be going back to the FTW store.

Cameron and Matthew have always been helpful when I walk in. It speaks volumes when you can walk into a store and being welcomed. Both of them have helped me with purchasing different products. Matthew helped me find the right pants I needed for working and hiking. Cameron guided me through my first benchmade purchase (definitely buying another one!). Triple A rated service

Cameron was amazing! I walked in looking for some pants and he literally answered every question I had. On my way out I noticed some shoes that I really liked. Cameron without hesitation looked for the last pair which ended up being on a mannequin. The fact that he went out of his way to actually look through the entire store for me really speaks volumes for me. I’m going to be coming back soon to pick up some more pants. But overall Cameron is amazing!

I went in today to get new shorts. I was greeted at the front door and helped to find three pairs of shorts. The manager was very knowledgeable about the different styles. He even opened several new delivery boxes to find me the style I liked. Will definitely shop here again!

Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He took the time to set up a battle belt system so I could try it on in store. I got the apex pants and they are now the favorite pair I own. Very nice store with high quality products.

I’m noticing the reviews now that I’m pulling up Yelp and Google to review and I have to say my experience was no where close to the bad ones I see down the thread. I’v switched jobs recently and need some new simi professional clothing to cover my tattoos that isn’t super dressy. Iv purchased stuff online from 5.11 before and I thought it stop in to see what I can get in store. I was immediately greeted by the two associates working the desk and asked what I was in for. I told them I was looking for a couple things to start a new job with and they seemed genuinely interested in helping out by asking what work I was going into and their tattoo policy to best help assist. I was able to find a good handful of things to pick up and ended spending more than I expected but not disappointed at all I was able to find comfortable clothes. the staff was incredible to me while I was there I didn’t feel rushed, crowded or pressured to buy a ton of things I was just lead to where they thought I’d find something I’d like and tried things out as I saw them.I know I’m kinda swooning over the service here but I’m honestly just blown away with how nice this place was. It’s not often you go to store front retail and interact with employees that seem to genuinely be enjoying their day and happy to see you when you walk in. I believe the two I interacted were a very kind Brittany super helpful I steering me in the right direction and an awesome Jason who helped me pick out what I wanted to check out with based on what I was trying to spend. If this place has put new effort into training a turn around of their location based off the negative reviews below it’s defiantly working at least from my perspective anyway! Thanks guys I’ll definitely be back.

I had a really great experience in the Fort Worth store! Cameron helped me find the pack that suited my needs the best and that I really wanted, even explaining other options if they didn’t have something In stock. The store had a awesome variety of gear and clothing and is very well kept. I will definitely be back!

Good selection of gear and clothing. Bought a few shorts and pants from there.

They did not have any pants in my size. I feel as a tactical store you should have more than enough to accommodate everybody, but in stead I had to get them to help me order them online and shipped to my house. I am not a fan of paying for a product that I have to wait for especially when you should have plenty in stock. The staff however was polite and very helpful.

This location did not accept cash money from me because of COVID... ridiculous.. They don’t want to handle my money because what? It might be contaminated? Guess what, I just touched all the merchandise I was about to buy with the same hands I touch my money with, and then the person at the register touched merchandise as well to ring it up and put it in the bag before realizing that I wanted to pay with cash. Was about to spend some good money too. I could have used my card instead but was so hacked off I said never mind and walked out. Would rather just buy online if I have to feel like I’m walking into a quarantine ward. Went to the Arlington location instead. WORTH THE DRIVE. MUCH friendlier and welcoming staff and MUCH better selection!

Great employees, i didnt catch the name of the guy who helped me but he was very knowledgeable and a great Salesman. LolThe prices are not cheap so if you are looking for cheap stuff just go back to walmart!I absolutely love the Tactical pants i got and the Blue jeans.They have a decent selection of molly bags and carriers.I will definitely be back and love shopping in person much more than the 511 online store.

Employees where helpful. What didn’t really sit right with me was an employee assumed when a female customer asked for tactical pants, she was an EMS worker, when in fact she was LE. The stereotyping/assumption was unnecessary.

I love how clean everything is and I love it even MORE that everyone was wearing a mask. Grand reopening of this store. Pretty much your basic 5.11 store. No real specials noted in store except for one clearance rack at this time. Store was clean and well lit. Staff was attentive.

The staff are very personable and Genea has been great with every store visit. Please understand that as a veteran and a believer in the Constitution as well as my constitutional rights, with this virus that is going on we still have to respect businesses and other peoples health and wear your mask. As an essential worker myself I understand that I have to wear my mask and I can’t come to work. I’m also a veteran I love the store and wanted to stay open. All businesses at this time have restrictions. I know it’s not fun to wear the mask trust me, but until the stuff goes away we just have to kind of get used to it. As for the staff and if your experience has been different than mine, maybe you went in with the wrong attitude and didn’t give it a chance. Great quality clothes and tactical gear. Backpacks, pants, shirts, jackets, belts, boots, and accessories. A must go for men and women!! If you shoot, hike, or just like comfy clothes check them out.

I have been waiting for this store to open for months now. I finally had the opportunity to visit the store and didn’t get 2 steps into the front door to be greeted with “do you have a mask?” I said no and the clerk told me that I “had to have a mask on in order to shop in the store.” So I turned around and left. It is not a law and they CANNOT make me wear a mask. I won’t step foot nor shop at this store EVER! It is my right to wear a mask or not! They just lost money! You have a choice of being a sheep or a sheepdog! I choose the latter!

Such rude costumer service. I LOVE 5-11 tactical gear. I’ve bought almost all of their packs, have clothing by them. But I will never come into this store again. The women I spoke to on the phone was condescending. And once I arrive to the store the same women was just as condescending in person. So rude.

While I was in the empty story, the wonderful employee felt the need to walk over to me from across the store to tell me to pull my mask above my nose while I had a baby in my arms grabbing my mask. I left my $200 plus in merchandise on the table and walked out.

I would just like to say Janay was very nice and helpful . With all the craziness going on with coved it was good to see someone holding people accountable for doing their part in public and at a 511 store. Keep up the good work.

I suffer from severe Asama and have a doctors note stating I cant have a mask on. Under the Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations, communications and access to state and local government’ programs and services. Even after I told the employee that I cant physically have a mask on and I have a medical condition I was still told to leave. I hope someone has enough money to file charges on them. Top that off the employee was amazingly rude and hateful. You would think they would at least be polite about it. Nope, Ill just drive down to Cabelas and get my product. I was so stoked to go to that store too, what a disappointment.

Very pricey. Good quality materials and products. Like Eddie Bauer for law enforcement and first responders. Bugout and callout bags galore.

Theyve been there in that location for only 2 months but Id return if I needed anything out of there. One of the associates seemed nice. (My bf was talking to him) it was very clean in there but 2 of their mannequins werent wearing masks which they joked about. I thought it was funny. The associate answered his questions and joked around so that was cool to see. They had masks on, have a sign on the door before you enter to wear one and to use hand sanitizer when you enter. (Its very runny though)

I had a plastic face shield covering my nose and mouth, but the mask police employees at 5.11 told me I needed a mask made of cloth. I asked them why - they said it was store policy to require face masks.No thanks, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Been here a few times now for clothes for work. Every time I’ve been in, the staff is extremely helpful and helps to get me in and out as quick as possible. I like being able to buy from the company itself and not from a third party. I’ll be going in regularly for now on

Staff has a terrible attitude and acts as if they’re overly inconvenienced that you’re even in their store. This was a single employee in there so not sure what the rest of the staff is like but by the other reviews doesn’t sound promising. On top of that the lack of knowledge on gear and 5.11 clothing is comical. The frisco store and Arlington store make this one look like an absolute joke. Get it together Fort Worth we’re better than this.

511 Tactical has lost me as a customer forever:Save your time and money.I was Harassed, Intimidated, and Humiliated by John the Store Manager at your new location in Fort Worth Texas off 35. (6:00 P.M. 08-01-2020) & (08-05-2020, 11:00 A.M.)I was refused service and he called the police on me for not wearing a mask. I explain to him that I was medically and religiously exempt from wearing a mask. This is not law and under Title 18, U.S.C. Section 242 Privation of Rights Under Color of Law it is a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of right or privilege protected by the Constitution of Law of the United States.This also violates Federal and State Civil Rights Laws. There is not, and there is NO FEDERAL OR CIVIL STATUTORY LAW on the books forcing you to wear a mask. I would like to have a copy of your commitment to Ethics and Compliance for Non-Discrimination Policies. (Statement of Ethics)I am protected by the U.S. Federal Law, Title II of the Civil Rights Act, U.S. Code 42 2000(a).

The staff was very rude. I work in the field and know which pants I normally wear, I just haven’t been in a store to try any other options on before and while just browsing the staff kept repeating if I had any questions despite saying I was ok and told me to just lay the ones I looked out on top despite folding them the exact same as they were and refolded them in front of me and asked if I would rather just try them on.
