The issue with my truck was found very quickly. They were very open about their pricing and explanation as to what was wrong. Diagnostic fee was $75 but honestly worth it.

BEWARE*... I took my truck there for a freon charge. Long story short, there was a hole in one of the hoses. I asked if they can just repair that hose, and they said no, that hoses cant be repaired and I must replace the whole manifold line. (This didnt sound right, but I trusted them). They said They had to order the part and I needed to pay for it in advance. So I did. I took truck back 2 days later when part came in. Again, to make a long story short, after picking up truck I realized they did NOT replace the AC manifold line that I paid $240 for them to replace, instead they just repaired the one rubber AC hose. I know for a fact that cost of that one hose is under $40 if they hire someone else to do it. (I called a business that does the repairs, and they quoted me $35 for the same repair job.). So, I confronted the owner about this and he proceeded to try and convince me that they were only trying to help me and that the hose repair was the same cost as replacing the whole manifold line. Which is a lie. I already checked pricing before I confronted him.Im sure they make money off of people who dont know any better, and dont question them. I paid for brand new parts, and paid the labor to install those brand new parts, and they didnt do either one, the part or the labor....The owner continued to justify what they had done, until finally throwing his hands up and shrugged saying “what do you want me to do, give you $50 or something?” Scammers!Sadly, I had used them many times before. Probably scammed me those

I have used the Precision Auto shop in Arlington, as well as the one on Alta Mesa. They are fast, thorough, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

My Air Conditioning was cutting on and off on the hottest day of the season. I took it to Precision Tune Auto Care and was very pleased. They immediately started using electronics tools to identify the problem. They narrowed it down on an issue between the A/C compressor and something under the dash. They pulled an electrical schematic from their computer system. Figuring this might take some time, I walked next door for some lunch. By the time I finished they had identified that it was a relay and a little low on Freon. I was gone in a few more minutes with ice cold air conditioning. The service was far beyond what I have experienced at other shops. I will definitely be back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the manager. I believe his name was Kevin. And one of the associates came in to take my keys and get started on my oil changed ASAP. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. They were very courteous people. I usually hate getting car maintenanced and being a woman at the same time, because most places try to take advantage of women upsell you on services you do not even need. Here at precision auto I felt no obligation or pressure to buy any other services that i didn’t need. I will definitely be bringing my business back here in the future and I plan on recommending precision anytime someone asks.

Honest, knowledgable, and great value for labor and parts! John had been recommended by a friend I work with who has a BMW that John repaired lots of times. I went there because I had received conflicting information from Caliber collision off White Settlement Rd., they told me that the noise I was hearing when I stopped was due to guiding bolts that should be changed with every brake pad replacement. That was a lie. BMW looked at my brakes and said the brake pads were making the noise and needed changing—the cost was double that of Precision. BMW’s parts are marked up 80-100% more than other online vendor for the exact OEM BMW parts. And their labor is double that of other auto shops.I took my friends advice and went to Precision Auto and trusted John to do what he does. I am so glad I did! John showed me the problem with the brake, he fixed it and it costed less than just the parts from the BMW dealership. I now have a very knowledgable mechanic for life.May the Lord continue to bless all that John does, he has truly blessed my soul and my car is running better than I would have imagined.

Orry to say my experience is different. My daughter brought her car here for brake repair. He charged me 200.00 I put it on my credit card. Then when she got home the next day she stated having problems with her power steering. Come to find out he put oil where here power steering fluid is to go.The oil clotted and we had to replace the entire pump. Maybe he thought we would bring it back to him. Well so sorry he lost a good customer trying to get over. I agree with Jessica if he feels he can get over he will.

I took my car in running wonderfully and I got it back leaking oil. It cost me $500 to repair the leak in the intake manifold they caused cleaning the fuel injectors. They were not timely and when I spoke with John about the issue he did not offer to repair the issue. If you are considering using this shop, I would suggest reconsidering!! The guys will rob you blind.
