My husband called for a part the day before. He talked to a guy that said he would pull it and take his name down and he could pick it up in the morning. So the next morning, he drives a whole hour to get this part and the lady at the counter has no idea what hes talking about. He confirms that the number he called is that number. So my husband says just forget it can you get the part that I need? She says she has it but he needs to wait about 30 minutes to pull it. He ends up waiting an hour for the part and goes to check on it. She finally comes out with the wrong part on the wrong model year and says that they dont have the part he was looking for. If that was the case, she should have said that at the beginning instead of wasting his time. Were very disappointed seeing that they had great reviews. We will not be back and we will not be recommending.

Honestly, you wouldn’t believe it’s a junk yard! It’s like an upscale auto parts shop. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they actually smile. You get a since of, they enjoy the job, or they act like it at least. Beyond the awesome service they also have very good low pricing and they keep track of the inventory.

They had the part, but 2 of the clips were broken, which is exactly whats wrong with the part were attempting to replace. It took them 40 minutes to get the part when we got there, even though we called ahead to give them notice to pull it from inventory. We left empty handed because they werent knowledgeable about their own stock and presented a damaged part online as very good condition. Honesty would have prevented us from wasting a trip and kept us as future customers.

Procured a wheel here for my girlfriends 12-year old Subaru Forester at a price that permitted us to put a full-sized spare together for about what any online merchant is asking just for the wheel (and easily far less than if wed gone to the OEM). Larry was the initial point of contact, but another gentleman facilitated the actual purchase and pick up. Solid, coordinated service that saved me from having to allocate more time and money to getting this errand done.

I came to pick up a used part. The clip was broken on the back and part of the lense was cracked/missing . Curtis was less then helpful with pulling another one. It takes all of 1 min to pull another one of a different truck.

I called to ask about some parts and prices for my car, and after I had gotten through the robot, I was put on hold for a few minutes, and then someone answers the phone and just hangs up. Not one word was said to me or anything, just someone hanging up. I think that was very rude and disrespectful. If yall close for lunch then you need to have an automated message stating the times and to call back before or after said times..

Called about a parts. Was told its already removed and ready to go. I got here i was told its gonna be 15 to 10min to get my part. Ive been waiting for 2hrs + and salesperson claiming that they removing from core engine. At the end tgey came up with a damaged part. Wont recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased parts that were shipped to me in California. Jason, the manager did an excellent job in replying to emails and facilitating the sale of the parts at a reasonable price including shipping. The parts dismantling guys also did a great job at removing the parts and avoiding damage. My items were then packaged well protected and arrived in good shape. Thanks!

I was looking for some trim parts and a wiring harness - things they dont normally pull from cars. They gave me a list of the locations in the yard of all the New Beetles and I went shopping. Hit or miss - but I got most of what I needed for a really good price. I sent a friend who got all new leather seats for his New Beetle at a fantastic price ... wish I had bought them!!Go try it out - cheaper than new if they have it. But theyre not open on the weekends.

Larry is very helpful and kind! They have a nice and clean facility and lots of inventory. Dont second guess buying from them, just do it!!!

Purchased a CVT nIssan transmission, i specifically asked if this unit was tested, the salesman said yes. Put in it, not even a week later the oil pump went out on it. Now having a hard time to get my money back or a replacement unit, salesman keeps saying i installed wrong. Beware of these jokesters!!! If you see theyve had allot of issues with people recently, AND ARE MAKING FAKE ACCOUNTS, to counter act their bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

All import is always amazing, they take care of us every time we come in and that is very often. I would highly recommend all import for anyone that is a European car lover

Terrible customer service. Made me wait 2 days to pull off a part, and at the end of it, they never even had it in stock. Complete waste of time. They refuse to work with you and guys working desk are complete idiots that even talked bad about their customers (including me) while I was there thinking no one was listening, plus theyre severely over-priced. They wanted $50 for a 14 steel wheel for a civic with no tire (with a long wait). Went to B&B foreign in Mansfield and got it for $15, completed transaction in 5min and great customer service.
