First off I want to say, there is a reason why they have a high reviews. This place is absolutely great to get some of the best prices on great appliances. When I say great prices, I mean in the entire DFW area, great prices. I drove all the way from Dallas for this place and I was not disappointed with their inventory and price! Also the owners are super nice, friendly, professional and really try to make sure you get something you like. I walked away from here with the latest LG Wash Tower. LATEST!!! CRAZY! I was shocked that they had several in stock and was also shocked at the awesome price. I will come again for other things and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to save and pick up something nice! :D

Great, less expensive place to buy new, slightly used, dented appliances. The owners and employees were all very service oriented. They have a large selection of ranges, refrigerators, washer/dryers and more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesnt want to overspend.

Super duper are the 2 words that come to mind when I think of this place. Ive bought a couple appliances from them and referred dozens of folks... Not 1 complaint. I went this past weekend and found an oven that they priced at $1000. I later went to home depot and saw the same one on sale for $1450. Not only that, but one time I bought an oven, paid for delivery, and when they showed up to install it, they figured out that my old oven wasnt actually broken. They went out of their way to help. These people are like money angels... they save you money and do it with compassion. 3x duper...

I 1st came to this place in 2017. It is now 2021 and I am back. 1st time I was here got a washer and dryer set who to this day work perfectly. Today I came for a fridge. Love the service and how fast it is to get in and out.

Great customer service from Ana, Jose & their staff. My husband and I originally went in looking for a new fridge for the garage. While we were there I saw they also had nice looking front loading washers and dryers. I wanted the bigger size washer as a standard 4.5 doesn’t fit my need. We got an awesome deal on a Samsung set that came with the pedestals.The gentleman loading the W/D set took good care of not damaging my husbands truck and even wrapped and loaded the appliances. We ended up getting a fridge also but had to come back for it. If we are to need any other appliances I will be returning to MG appliances.

Awesome experience when we purchased our new stove from MG Appliance. They had exactly what we were looking for, priced MUCH lower than the big chains, and they delivered/installed in within a couple of days (even swapping out the cord to fit the plug). Very pleased and we plan to shop there again for our next appliance purchases.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. We purchased a used washer and dryer in 2019 and came back this week for a new refrigerator.They had several to choose from and I’m so excited for it to be delivered.Instead of delivery onThursday they had an opening and delivered on Tuesday two days early!!!! That never happens.Jose and crew quickly moved my old refrigerator to the garage and then installed my new one.

I have been buying appliances from MG for a few years now. I have bought my daughter all her appliances here too. Today I needed a dryer, sent my husband over and they got us fixed up! Their prices are excellent and their customer service is 5 Star. I highly recommend MG Appliance.

This is the worst customer service. I set up a service call over a week ago. They said the soonest they could come service my washer was January 14th between 10am and 12noon. Stayed home and waited for them. Called them at 10:30 am to see if they had a ETA on when the service guy would be there, they said they forgot to put me on the schedule but the manager will be in at 2pm. Called back they reschedule me for Saturday. Received a call from the so called manager who also makes the scheduled that they forgot to put me on and now she claims they dont service my area. I explained to her the whole scenario she said sorry but we will no be able to service your washer. She didnt seem to care nor did she try to work out a solution. The service guy was going to come since he was dropping off an appliance in Irving but they refused to even allow that. I live in Arlington they literally pass by my area. The manager said they are only going out of the area if the sold you the appliance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. GO SOMEWHERE ELES😟😟😟

Called in the morning to have my dryer fixed and they were able to come and fix the problem in under two hours. They threw in free cleaning and maintenance of the machine for good measure. Quick response, great service and affordable pricing.

Naturally when you buy used appliances, theres a concern regarding the integrity of the appliance. MG Appliance covers their appliances with a 90 day warranty and works with their customers to make sure to correct any problems with their appliances. I live outside the service area for them to come out and service the appliance at my home. However, they worked with me, and for $40 (which is reasonable considering how far outside of the service area I live) came out and fixed my appliance. The appliance continued to have issues and the second time they came out and fixed it at no charge. Their appliances are reasonably priced and I had even seen some that were manufactured earlier this year for much less than you would pay for brand new out of the box. Its worth dropping by if youre in the market for a near-new/used appliance.
