We bought a dryer there like 6 months ago & it was not new, but looked as if it was. It was so clean, even the lint trap, I couldnt believe it had ever been used. The people were so nice, very respectful, we will definitely be going back there very soon.

Dont go here my wife got a washer and dryer the dryer was full of lint in the lint shot. The heating coil was in bad shape also the timer went out. We live over 90 miles away from their store and they wanted me to load this dryer up and bring it back to them on my own dime. I asked if they could send me a new timer so I could install it and they said they couldnt. They needed to look at it. So if you go here have them take the back cover off so you can see the condition of the machine before you buy it.

Good price for what i got used. MAKE SURE. You ask for the hoses, and make sure you know your power outlet from a 3 prongs or 4 prongs.

Needed an appliance looked at and set up an appointment for noon the following day for a technician to come to the house and look at. Waited all afternoon and no one showed up. Called and talked to them 3 different times and given different times the tech would come. Last call I made was 5:45 pm and they said the technician would call us. A day later still no call. This is just not my idea of good customer service. We did contact Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair (Jack Burton) and it was a pleasure working with him. Would highlyrecommend him.

Our tenants dryer went out and she was in desperate need. I found JV Appliance Store after contacting a few others who would never return my calls. JVs IMMEDIATELY contacted me, sent pix of what they had with the price ranges, we made a deal and the dryer was in the tenants house within two hours of talking to them. They were fast, polite, and they did all of this AFTER the store had closed. I called them 5 minutes (unknowingly) before they closed and they still did this. I told them they didnt have to but they are customer oriented. I never had to leave the house (yay!!!) and the dryer works perfectly. I cant thank them enough and will be a returning customer.
