Typical u haul experience. Nothing bad.

Fantastic customer service. We had a delayed order delivery (due to COVID-19, no fault of their own) and they went out of their way to make sure we had a piece of loaner furniture to get us by until ours was delivered. Will buy furniture from here again!

The best furniture store we have ever used. Wonderful furniture made to our specifications. I’m a bigger guy and the furniture is sturdy, stylish and comfortable. The owner and other employees are great to work with from beginning to end. Almost all the furniture in our home is from Rainbow and we are quite pleased.

From Rainbow, we have purchased the following for one house: a king headboard and foot board, a queen headboard and foot board, a king mattress and box springs, a recliner, an end table, a queen sofa and a large chest to match the king bed set. For another house, we purchased a sofa, a matching upholstered chair and a wing back chair with wooden legs and arms. All pieces are of excellent, heirloom, quality. They go nicely with the other furniture in the houses, antiques that have been in the family for 80-100+ years. The pieces from Rainbow were purchased over a period of 5 years. We are thinking about purchasing another end table and wing back chair and if we do, we will go to Rainbow.I have impressed with the knowledge of Tim about the furniture in his store, his ability to assess what would go well together and his willingness to spend time, helping us to decide. I was especially impressed when, in January, he helped to select the fabric for the recliner. Tim suggested a certain color and type of fabric for the recliner - basing his suggestion upon a cell phone photo of the floral rug already in the house and his recollection of what the sofa (purchased 4 years before) looked like. The recliner was delivered in February - and it looks really nice with the rug and sofa.We are most pleased.

Great customer service. Bought there before

Let me start out by saying there is a lot of nice furniture at this store. However, me and my wife found a couch and chair that we loved and when we asked about fabric the sales man told us that one of the ones we liked was a very durable and good fabric. That was not the case at all! There could not have been a worse fabric to cover furniture in. And the icing on the cake is he told us there would be cleaning supplies for the life of the furniture. When we showed up a week later to get it he made it sound like that has never been offered before and had no idea what we were talking about. If my wife wasnt with me I would have thought I was crazy.

Saw a commercial. The merchandise looked interesting, but have to say was turned off when the cute child actress was pictured at dining room table eating with food smeared all over her face. She was old enough that she should be able to eat without food on her face. It killed all interest to go see the merchandise.
