I prefer to buy quality furniture that lasts so Ethan Allen has always been my own personal choice. I sold my home in the early stages of the pandemic when stores were still closed so when I began to shop online and called Ethan Allen, Lydia Runge Quinn picked up the phone. After talking over what I needed to replace in the new house and what I already owned, Lydia guided me to choices that I absolutely love and would not have been able to put together on my own. We timed the delivery to coincide with moving in so It was perfect. In addition, she was there for me when I had questions regarding curtain rod height and placement which is a bigger deal than you might think. My final purchase were leather counter stools that we ordered to match the dinette. There was a mixup in the stain finish at the factory and Lydia made absolutely sure they were a perfect match in the end.I choose Ethan Allen because they employ people who care about what your living space looks and feels like and Lydia is the perfect example of professionalism. In a world where nothing much seems to matter, as a customer of Lydias I felt I did. Thank you!

Always responsive, always professional, Lydia is the best designer I know. Not only does she have great taste, she works with your style and wants to very successfully pair that with her suggestions. She creates a look better than you were hoping for! You will always walk away from dealing with Lydia feeling very satisfied!!!!!

Lydia is an amazing designer! She is very skilled at putting together beautiful colors, including fabulous colors that matched the floral fabric I fell in love with. She had excellent ideas in how to arrange the furniture given my very small space in a Chicago high rise. Most importantly, however, Lydia was extremely patient with me. She was very responsive to my myriad of questions all while giving me undivided attention. She truly cares about her customers and their happiness. I would highly recommend Lydia and I plan on using her again for my dining room!

Working with Jonelle Brehob is great. She listens very carefully to my needs/wants, including being respectful of my timelines as far as it is under her control. I like working with Jonelle, a talented and caring designer.

Purchased a sectional sofa from the sale room and had it delivered two weeks later. It was in perfect condition. Aleesha was a tremendous help and so nice. Great service and great product.

I WAS OUT SHOPPING FOR FURNITURE AND I WENT TO DIFFERENT STORES I DECIDED TO STOP BY ETHAN ALLEN THE STORE IS NICE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY COLD THE ONE LADY SITTING AT THE DESK LOOKED AT ME LIKE WHAT DO YOU WANTTHE OTHER LADY THAT WAS IN ALL BLACK LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO A PARTY BUT ANY WAY I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT SHE DIDNT SEEM INTERESTED NOT REALIZING I COULD AFFORD ANYTHING I WANTED IN THAT STORE MAYBE IT WAS THE WAY I LOOKED OR MAYBE IT WAS THE COLOR OF MY SKIN BEFORE I LEFT THE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT I SHOULD TRY ANOTHER STORE WHICH REALLY WAS A SECOND HAND STORE 😆 MAYBE THE EMPLOYEES WERE HAVEING A BAD DAY BUT MAYBE IF YOU TREATED EVERYONE THE SAME YOUR DAY WOULD GO BETTER SO I TOOK MY $$$$$ ELSE WHERE this happen on 6/2/2021

Excellent experience working with our Designer Deborah at the Ft. Wayne, Indiana store. We appreciated being shown items to compliment our choices that we would not have chosen, but we love. Loved working with Deborah, one of the design consultants. She was easy to work with and allowed just enough space for me to look around and enjoy the experience, yet just around the corner should I need any help! Just received our piece and love it. Found a discounted floor special which was just what I was looking for. Their service and delivery team only made this experience rate higher.

After a year of comparison shopping, my wife and I bought a sectional from Ethan Allen. Deborah Sullivan was our Design Consultant at EA, and she helped us pick a configuration and family-friendly fabric that worked for our space and taste. I recently purchased new family room furniture and could not be happier with it! Lydia Runge-Quinn, design consultant, spent a lot of time with me so that I was completely comfortable in our choices. Lydia was absolutely amazing! She also helped me pick out a paint color for an adjoining room and I love that too!

The design service is wonderful! A designer will make a house call to help with any design questions or problems, sometimes even that day. Even after your furniture has been delivered, they will come back out to help arrange artwork, furniture or rugs. Its like having your own personal designer at your fingertips.

I am so pleased with the help we received from designer Trina Matmati at the Ethan Allen showroom in Fort Wayne. She helped us find two great upholstery fabrics to recover our chair & fashion a pillow and even came to our home that afternoon to be sure they would coordinate with our other furniture. While she was at our place, I watched with delight as she moved pieces of furniture around & switched things from one room to the other to make each area more cozy & beautiful. Because I asked her what other furniture & accessories would complete the look of our new areas, she gave me many good ideas. She is extremely efficient & confident - not afraid to tell us what matches our colors & style & what does not - which I truly appreciate! Whether you are doing a large project or just looking for one special piece for your home, I highly recommend you speak with Trina!

I recently worked with Trina to update my living room and had a wonderful experience. Trinas close attention to detail allowed me to feel completely confident in our choices for the room. Trina was willing to spend a great deal of time in my home, both before and after the arrival of the furniture, to make sure I would be pleased with the outcome, and I am!

Picked out and ordered a table on 9/27. Was told we would receive a call in a week or so about an estimated delivery date, never happened. Called back in October and was told to expect it mid-November. Now it’s Nov. 30th, called and left my number for the sales associate to call back, which they did 5 hours later. Now we are being told it will be mid-December before it arrives.Will not be spending money with Ethan Allen again and will refer others elsewhere.

Overpriced and really not alot of cool finds

Ethan Allen Ft. Wayne is a terrific store for quality and service. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful staff and they try very hard to make the customer happy. Thank you for all your help with living room, bedroom and other rooms!!!
