We went in to look at mattresses. Cary met us and walked us through several mattresses of varying brands. With her superb help we were able to pickup a new mattress at a great cost. I would say we got more mattress for the dollar than we had been seeing at other places. She was fun to work with and definitely didnt give off a high pressure sales vibe.Will buy from there again!

In the purchasing of a pillow protector for my husbands King Size Contour Pillow, both Cary (Store Manager) and Isaac (Store Sales Associate) provided us with professional and expert product knowledge. I spoke with Cary, via the telephone; she was familiar with the type of pillow my husband has, as well as the type of zippered pillow protector. Cary offered suggestions of the various types of fabrics/styles currently available for a pillow protector. Isaac was the in-store associate who later met with us to handle the finalization of the ordering and payment process. We appreciate the quality of service provided to us by both Cary and Isaac!

So I rarely review places AND I see this location of Mattress Firm already has so many glowing reviews - I just wanted to express the excellent customer service we received! Patrick was friendly, attentive, and informative. I actually had only intended to test the beds out since I know I can order a lot of these options myself online. However, I really appreciated the help and I loved the adjustable base options! I would say great but they use FedEx as a shipper. I wouldnt use them to deliver anything. So we have to go back to the store to pick it up. Thats more of a commentary on FedEx though. Nice people work there.

After getting educated on mattress types and body contouring by the Mattress Firm employee, I purchased the best fit mattress for me. I didnt feel any sales pressure while purchasing either. With this large of an investment, Im glad I shop around and ended up at Mattress Firm. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday I looked around in the store. I was met as soon as I arrived. Told Patrick what I wanted and the amount of money I wanted to spend. I tried several mattresses. Found one at my price and firmness. Left the store and went to JC Penney to look at their better prices, but could not get a store employee to help me even after I hunted someone down. So I returned to the store and put in an order for the bed, box spring and mattress protector.

After having anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery, I have been in so much discomfort at night because pillows that I had at home. I didnt know what to do. The one pillow I got before all my issues began even caused a pretty good level of pain to my discomfort. At my post-op apt I asked if they had any recommendations and they suggested going to a mattress store. I also asked my therapist at my first session and she agreed. So after looking online it seemed that the Mattress Firm had the best selection. So I got a ride (since I still cant drive) and away we went.We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a very friendly face and asked how he could help us. I explained my situation and Patrick jumped right into action and had several pillows to try out. He even had me lay on a bed closest to what we have at home so I could get the best experience trying them out. Based on what I told him from where the pain/discomfort is at night, how I have to sleep now and how I normally sleep, he showed us his top suggestions I quickly found one that was perfect for me! To say I was happy was an understatement. But not only that we didnt take nearly as long as I thought we would and the price was VERY reasonable compared to what I thought I was going to have to spend.The experience was great and I will definitely go back for all my future pillow needs. Went looking for a mattress for my guest bedroom. It won’t get used a ton so I wasn’t looking to spend a ton of money. Went to Ashley first and the best they could offer was double what I intended to spend. Came over to mattress firm and found exactly what I was after. Isaac was awesome to deal with, not your run of the mill constantly push an up sale type salesman (which probably would have resulted in me leaving without a purchase). I would highly recommend this store and if he’s there, talk to Isaac. Definitely a good experience.

Great place! I drove from Anderson to this store to pick up the mattress I wanted, but the manager @ Anderson store didnt mention the free adjustable bed frame. So when I got to this store I mentioned that it might qualify. So they looked up the order & sure enough it qualified. They happened to have one in the back & I was able to leave with my new Mattress & the new frame. Very thankful to the people that work here.

Honestly amazing service. Patrick worked HARD to save me money on a mattress. I was there at the end of the day on a Saturday and he stayed after hours to help me. We purchased a mattress here from David in January 2020. We werent even planning on purchasing a mattress that day. We had visited Value City Furniture across the street before coming to Mattress Firm. We werent even greeted at Value City. When we came over to Mattress Firm, we were immediately greeted by David. He provided exceptional service and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs and budget. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative aspect about purchasing a mattress here was the delivery. The delivery men tracked mud all over my home and attempted to not take our old mattress because there was a difficult turn on the stairs. They ended up taking it after I explained that I paid for that service and expected it to be done. However, everything in store was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and David!

My wife and I went into the store with the plan of buying 2 box springs for our bed and youngest daughters bed. The manager, Patrick was very helpful and offered us a great deal to begin with. Then we saw the adjustable beds and after testing one with Patricks help, we fell in love. He didnt hesitate to give us a deal on that frame as well as the one box spring (wouldnt need two after purchasing an adjustable frame).
