I have purchased three different times in the past year —All three times they have written my order by phone and had it to me to pay easily on-line within minutes and ready for pickup. Great service!

Nicole was amazing! She did an excellent job of educating us on the different product lines, learning our price range, allowing us time to talk on our own, and helping us decide what would work best for what we needed. She also has a great sense of humor which made the entire interaction very enjoyable :-) 10 out 10…would highly recommend!

This was the first time I shopped for a mattress that I did not feel like I was at a car lot. Nicole is knowledgeable about the mattresses and sleep science. She played devil’s advocate when we were discussing options. And when I asked her to let me and my husband have some time to discuss our thoughts alone, she smiled and happily left us…alone…without hovering “nearby”. Overall, we spent almost 2 1/2 hours in the store, 2 of those we were laying in the beds. It was a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Nicole at the Mattress Firm on Dupont Rd in Ft Wayne, Indiana.(It was not busy when we went, which I highly recommend if you are truly going to shop for a new mattress.)

The manager Todd, at the DuPont store of Mattress Firm did a great job for me. The men that delivered the products were very efficient and kind. Will do future business with this company.

Salesman was very professional and knew his products well! He also listened to what we had to say. With most salespeople, when you let them know you have a budget that you want to stay in, they act differently, since their commission would be less, if any at all. Not the gentleman that helped my husband and I! His enthusiasm and professionalism never wavered. I’m thrilled with the service and mattress we received!

It was quick and easy in and out in like 20mins by time we walked through the door. We knew what we wanted and they had it and honored the online price. We took it home that same day. Unlike Ashley Furniture, kept bugging us on this and that on something we DIDNT WANT so we walked out on them..

A few weeks ago my husband and I went mattress shopping and started here. Nicole was who greeted us and took the time to listen to what we were each dealing with (aches and pains and lack of a good nights sleep). She made her recommendations and from there we went to another store. The experience was completely opposite. Needless to say, we ended back where we started and purchased our new split king mattresss. Highly recommend. When our mattresss were delivered, Ryan and Brian were very professional, quick and considerate of our home.

We have been needing a new bed for quite some time now. We made the decision to finally start looking and stopped in to Mattress Firm in Fort Wayne. We were warmly greeted by the salesman who then walked us through his store asking what exactly we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us as we went back and forth between beds. I am happy to say we left there as new owners of a temperpedic bed. Came in on a Saturday with a tight time frame to get a bed. Was greeted by Adam. Very professional and knowledgeable - stayed within my budget and helped me make my selection. Explained all of the options - but was never pushy. I would highly recommend spending the additional $99 for the Gold Service delivery. Our bed was delivered two days later on Monday afternoon by two more awesome young men, Taiwan and Terry, who set up the new bed, took the old bed to our guest room and set it up and were on their way in less than a half hour. Neat and tidy - they took away all the packaging. I could not be happier with the whole experience. You can buy a bed anywhere these days - but great Customer Service is rare and is what will keep me coming back. Great job everyone!

Well to start off with it was one of the better buying experiences I’ve had in a while. This particular sales person understood using the power of story instead of leading out with product for store solution and that really stuck out to me. Being able to capture that intrigue and rapport made a buying decision a lot easier after we got to the point to figuring out how we were going to do this. I think she was excellent and I received my bed yesterday and just had my first night of new restful and better sleep for many days weeks months and hopefully years to come.

I had recently moved to Fort Wayne last year from Ohio, and needed a mattress set. I stopped in to Mattress Firm and dealt with Nicole. She was very pleasant and was not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns. I’ve since sent 2 people to her this past month. She’s amazing.

Much better service than Ashley that took our money but couldnt deliver the mattress for several weeks and Ashley had a no refund policy.

In a time crunch to buy a new mattress/box spring. Nicole was our sales associate and she had a bad attitude from the get go. Didn’t introduce herself. Certainly didn’t smile. Wasn’t really listening to what we were asking for (a mid range mattress. Not a “Mercedes”. Asked US to help carry everything out to our truck and when we carried the mattress ourselves she didn’t even bother to help by opening the front door. Nice, huh? They were getting a delivery at the front door and their delivery guy was parked in a way that made it very tight for us to back up our truck. Nicole made no move to ask their delivery guy to move SO A PAYING CUSTOMER COULD leave, We only made a purchase because of time constraints. I would never patronize this business again. Bad experience that we are still regretting

I called Mattress Firm early this afternoon in desperate need of a loaner remote control for a Tempurpedic ergo bed frame that my handicapped mom uses and she cannot lay flat on her back.
