Customer service is very bad !! I called andI left numerous messages. No one returned my call. Finally got a hold of them and needed parts for my adjustable bed after only having the bed 2 years. He said they dont have parts for that bed anymore and I can just come in and buy a new bed.

Bought complete system and mattresses from them 18 years ago and never had any problems. Finally convinced husband it was time to get new. Great customer service and knowledgeable sales reps. Previous bed helped with husbands back issues.
From the sales floor to the bedroom this is a top notch company. Theyll answer every question, theyre not pushy, and their products are high quality. Very impressed with everything!
Horrible Customer Service. Numerous calls and in person visits to the store to get a service person out to take a look at a lift chair that was still under warranty. After almost 6 months of calling and going in person (and each time I was treated like they had no recollection of ever talking to me before) we ordered a new chair from another company.Dont expect that these people will take care of you after the purchase.
Non existent Customer Service . Good product but if you have a problem...FORGET IT. They always blame Steve who may or may not exist. Stay away from this company!
I own the Niagara Sleep System bed and love them. I had restless leg and havent had any issues with it since about a month after getting my beds. Thank you!
Did not bother looking into purchasing this bed after reading the reviews. I have RA and fibromyalgia. I guess I will look at the Sleep Number.
This is a review of our experience, not the product. The sales experience was fine. We purchased two twin XL mattresses on December 2, 2016. Kent said that they would probably be delivered about the 13th, definitely in time for Christmas, he said. I called him on the 22nd, to see if he could tell us when we might expect delivery. He said he would have Debbie call me. Hearing nothing from Debbie or anyone else, I called again on the 29th. Kent said he would have Debbie call me. Again, no call came. On January 3, we stopped at the store to make the same inquiry in person. Kent checked with the elusive Debbie and informed us that the mattresses were in and could be delivered the next day. Delivery occurred on schedule today; but, when looking at the tags that were to be removed only by the consumer, I saw a delivery date of 12/16/2016, most likely the day that it was delivered to Niagara Therapy. I would have rated this experience much better if there had been some customer follow-up. The customer shouldnt have to make repeated efforts to gain information about delivery delays and then have even those efforts to go unanswered.
Poor customer service. Product does not feel like zero gravity nor did it help with fibromyalgia (as was beine advertised about 6 years ago ). Jeff doesnt return calls. If you ever end up buying please make sure you get everything in writing. When I bought I was told that if I move to Columbus they have a store there which will take care of me. However now I am ready to move I was told that the columns store is closed and I will have to pay a huge trip charge. Also they never provided all the details of warranty. I have been told that I have 15 years warranty but they cannot trovide any details because they dont have them. Please look at your paperwork very carefully. Also, make sure that you have minimum weight required for the bed to function properly.
