Got there between 10-10:30 on a Friday morning. There was a fair amount of customers already there. Went to check to out & the only register open was the online p/u one & there was a gentleman picking up an order. The young lady working it had to go PULL his order all while other customers needed to check out. I saw 1 customer leave her items on the counter saying she wasnt going to wait. It was not the checkout persons fault. She was very nice. She had no help. Pretty bad customer service. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed that BB&B chose to no longer carry My Pillow brand. I guess they are afraid of being canceled, so they canceled My Pillow. What a shame. This place used to be a great place to shop until they joined the cancel culture. So, in turn, I canceled bb&b. Ill order things online or continue shopping elsewhere. Amazing what politics does to businesses.

The variety was nice. Ive never been in one of these stores as Ive never lived close enough to one but I see how people could love it. I dont believe this is a full sized store but still a great variety for its size. The staff was great.

I like to walk in and see exactly what I came for and more. My bed room needed a few things to give it a upgrade lol so that’s what brought me in today. Thanks for being a store that’s dedicated to serving the public with some amazing house essentials.

Inventory is less than half of what it used to be. Prices are good if you can find what you want. Long wait at checkout. Nobody asked if they could help me. Not a great experience.

I always enjoy browsing through the many displays. So much to see and shop. I always see something new. New ideas. I went, looking for organization items and ideas. And was not disappointed. And checking out the reduced items is a must. Never know what you may find. I appreciate that the restrooms are always neat and clean.

I will never buy another comforter set after sleeping with this silky smooth duvet!

There’s currently a 20% off coupon for signing up to receive emails and its VERY misleading. The website makes it seem like you can purchase ANY item at regular price and use the discount. Well surprise! Once you’ve entered things into your cart that’s when it tells you bluntly there are exceptions to the coupon and you CANT actually use it on ANY item. Silly me wanting to support another company other than Amazon. I guess I’ll stick to Amazon! :)

What a disappointment. I guess they have been affected by COVID too. Gave extra star for historical shopping. Not the same store I remember. Its as if they are going Lees high end type of store. ???

Went in to look for a back massager and they took that section out and instead now they have isles of over priced toothpaste and shaving cream....... Who in their right mind would go to Bed Bath And Beyond for some toothpaste that is most likely 2 dollars more than what you can get at any other store. Not a smart move B.B.&B exects...

This store was not organized at all. Half of the shelves were empty and everything that was on the shelves was way too expensive for my taste.

Large selection and helpful employees!

I was very unhappy with the selections available. The sales associate told me there was more available online. When you want to purchase expensive knives you want to handle them not buy them without feeling the weight.

Jan in the Fort Wayne, IN store provided OUTSTANDING customer service. She helped me to order an out of stock item to arrive to my home. I was at the store with my two young children who were drawing my attention away. Jan very politely engaged with my children, asking them if they would draw a picture. She gave each a piece of paper and pen and markers, and they went right to work giving her enough time to complete the transaction. Jan went out of her way to answer questions my inquisitive child asked, and even hung the pictures up when they were done. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer! Jan is a keeper!

A little pricey but nice employees

Although there is plenty of items they are stacked to the ceiling,, the circular aisle makes it handy for people to not get in each others way. The seasonal items are handy being up front for easy access. The clearance items on a portable shelf is off putting but I dont know where else they would put it.

Spent over $250 for my sisters wedding because it said I would get a gift card for $50 if I did so.Got a email with a link to a coupon instead that expired a month after purchase. Reviews online said their coupons dont expire. So, figuring if it was a gift card (which I have never heard of a gift card expiring a month after purchase) it would work in store and I could use it once I got time off work. On the other hand, if it was a coupon it wouldnt expire and I could still use it.Then I get in the store and am told it is expired and not redeemable. You would think that if a customer spends that much money you would want to keep them and let them redeem their rewards.But I guess not, because even after speaking with customer service they purposefully created a whole new category of discount just so they could deny the discount promised.Never again. What a joke.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Not one person was helpful or would even acknowledge me or my husbands existence in the store. Wont go back to that store!

Never think go in here. Was given a gift card a year ago, Finally used it. Stuffed seemed over priced as usual in a nice area. Had some deals. Staff was nice and helpful. Im surprised this store hasnt went out of business like most have.

I would give them 5 stars because they did really great on my purchase with a coupon, and using a combination of cash and a gift card as payment. But someone ahead of me had an especially large order (several items totaling $1,000 before discount) and they needed extra help at the service desk. They didnt get any for at least 20 minutes. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly.

Great selection of home goods and gadgets but it can be pricey. But you get what you pay for. Staff is courteous and helpful.

All I have to say is the customer service there is not what it used to be at all. They are very short fused and lack patience with the customers. Those stupid coupons as much as they say they ring up properly when you check out and then you go to return something they have taken a dollar amount off something else.I was trying to explain the gal at the return desk when I checked out we laid them all out and I didn’t have a coupon for this item. Well much to my surprise part of the $5.00 went to that item so I couldn’t get the full amount back for it.I ended up getting all my money back because I in turn bought 2 items so the new 5.00 could get used and the previously lost amount. But not happy customer!!!!!The customer service rep should learn to have some patience as customers like to have things explained to them and not for them to get crappy. Go figure I actually apologized to her for taking her time….. and she never once said nothing….. That tells you something.

The store did not have the item on hand that we wanted. An associate at the store was very helpful and ordered it for us and arranged to have it shipped to my house.

Meh. And thats the best I can say. Selection, which isnt the stores fault was less than decent yet I can order online with multiple choices. I was not greeted by any sales associate, coming or going. The clearance area was an utter shambles and unappealing to to shop.

It has been over a month since I’ve ordered a dresser from their nursery collection and I still have not received it. I do not recommend purchasing any furniture from Bed Bath and Beyond, especially if you’re an expecting mother ordering nursery furniture. Hopefully I get my order before the baby gets here!

I love this store. Seems pretty clean. Staff is pretty friendly most of the time. Wish they had more atomic Alarms Clock selections available.

The bedding department has less and less options.

The staff were immediately helpful. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted but werent 100% sure on all of our options. I was assisted in picking out our new pots and pans set. She was knowledgeable about the product and we scored some freebies because of our purchase. When we checked out the gal behind the counter was also helpful. She bagged the kids purchase into 2 seperate bags so there wouldnt be any fighting. Always so thankful to have a store to go into where I can touch or handle the product before we buy it.

Was able to find what I was looking for, but the layout of the store was kinda difficult to maneuver. Hard to see signage because the tall shelving obscured seeing one side of the shop to the other.

Kinda feel funny to admit it but this store has a great selection of bath and other items. They even have a lot of things for guys,and if you catch 1 of their sales it can make it pretty reasonable to stock up.

I love browsing this store. I feel like they have every kitchen gadget you would ever need.

This visit was the absolute worst shopping experience I have endured. Had it not been for the fact I was needing to purchase gifts off a registry, I wouldnt have spent a single cent at this place. If I would have had time to order online, I would have walked out with nothing. The gal at the registry desk was very rude and condinscending, I was amazed she was even in charge of that department. The young man who checked me out was just as bad. When I asked to speak to the manager, the clerk pointed to the man I waited 20 minutes to ask for help in finding items. He was too busy carrying on a personal conversation with a group of people to assist me or the others waiting for help. I have no intentions of ever shopping this location again!!!!

I only shop here occasionally. Most items are overpriced unless you combine a sale with a coupon. I cant remember ever having trouble finding a coupon, which is nice. One consistent frustration is many items without visible pricing. The shelf tag is missing, theres no sticker on the product. Its ok, but no reason to pay their higher prices when Target and Walmart are right there.
