I dropped my 2009 Kia off to them on a Friday. It was leaking coolant, they never called me, I called them on Tuesday, they said it needed a radiator. I asked them to take it out and take it to ace radiator to see if it could be fixed. They knew I was going on on vacation for a week. They decided they didnt want to work on my car by Thursday knowing I was out of town, I missed several days of work because of that when I got back into town.. 6 days they had my car and then decided they didnt want to work on it, ok if you remove the weekend when they arent open that is still 4 days having my car and decided not to work on it I will never go back there or recommend this place

Little town shop. Knew one of my tires was going flat. He was lazy didnt want check it. If youre getting your one tire fixed. I think you would check all thel tires pressure. I will not go back. Nor recommend

Service quick and friendly. Had a tire repaired and the tech offered to put it back on the car. Cost was economical. I really enjoyed the pictures and comical plaques. Policy stated no extra repairs would be performed until the customer had agreed.👍

We needed new tires. I called and they said bring it in at 2:00. By 2:30 I had new tires at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Patriot tire and Auto Care

Typically, the mechanics and Steve would be wonderful. I’d always have great service, mainly due to Steve. Now that Steve isn’t in the shop much anymore, the service has gone down horribly. I brought my boyfriends car in to get a tire replaced, we would usually get it done at Walmart since they’re the only place that carries his brand of tires, but they were closed due to COVID. I bought the tire from Walmart, and was not given a warranty, again due to COVID, went directly from the store into my car and straight to Patriot. The tire was BRAND NEW and never touched the ground until the shop began working on it. When I picked up the vehicle and got home, note I live right around the corner, I realized there was a nail in the SIDE wall of the tire. How in the hell did we end up with a nail there? The only explanation is that the nail was somehow put in at the shop, I’m assuming from the mechanics putting it on the ground. My father is a mechanic, and has actually happened to work at the Illinois Patriot Tire, I know how tires are thrown around, so it’s not unbelievable for something like this to happen. When I spoke with James, he told me there’s absolutely no way that they did it and it’s impossible for something like that to happen. He told me I could buy another tire and he’d mount it for free, since I already paid for this one, but couldn’t do anything about the tire and referred me to speak with Walmart’s Customer Service. Of course, this location is the only one that isn’t owned by the others. I left very upset since the shop is clearly at fault for this tire, I will not be returning and am very disappointed in this company.

The guy behind the counter knew the exact problem as I described it. It wasnt even store related it was my UJoints failing. I bought the part and they did labor. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I had a call that my truck was done. Great low prices! He answered all my questions about buying a new set of tires for the truck. 33-12.50x15. Good people. I will definitely return!

Patriot tires is a great place to take your vehicles for repair. Ive only had the oil changed many times and tire replacement done once and always a wonderful experience. No bs just honest working and pleasant people .

Horrible didnt drain oil only got one quart told them theres a loud noise they said they couldnt here it. Didnt check the wiper fluid either, started the engine the tire and wiper lights come on went back in told the guy and he come out with full bottle of wiper fluid filled it to the top. Powersteering fluid was out hence the loud noise they say they couldnt here .

Had some used tires these guys took them off my hands for $3 a piece not a bad deal.

Brought my vehicle in to get some suspension work done only to leave with a vehicle that no longer runs. The guy who did the repairs has no explanation as to what happened and is now ignoring my calls. When i first spoke with him i stated my vehicle had no engine problems before having it towed in due to missing lug nuts so maybe something was accidentally knocked loose or something his response was mam i wouldnt do anything to your vehicle just to have u come in to spend more money what business owner says that?? The tow truck driver even stated he waited with me and my van(with it running) for about 20 minutes and it never shut off or stalled. I now have a 1400.00 estimate to get my vehicle repaired

I brought my car in because it idols rough,and had a check engine light on. The mechanic worked on my car and recommended a coil change and throttle sensor. I said fix it. Long story short it took over 2 days to get my car back and when I did the car couldnt accelerate past 40mph and idled even worse. I had to take it to a different mechanic to fix the problem they caused. Bad work. I will not go back ever again.

Honest, courteous, helpful, and willing to work you in if they have the ability and staff. No matter what issue my cars have, they will be honest and not take advantage of the situation. Their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are in the area for every service issue your car needs.

My wife came in with my step sons car to get a few tires and brake pads. She went to look at the car so she could see what was wrong before they started the work. A tech named rob was putting on the new tires and she told me he was really fast. Unfortunately we had to leave the car over night and rob said he would be there first thing in the morning to help the guy doing the brakes. When I called the next morning they said they had some issues with the car and it would be done in an hour. When we showed up to pick it up rob came out to the parking lot to speak with us. He told us the issue was he accidentally cross threaded two of the lug nuts and the studs and nuts had to be replaced. He said it wasnt the shops fault or ours he was responsible and he personally paid for the new ones. We checked the bill and we were not charged for it. I couldnt believe he came to tell us that he was responsible for the extra time. His accountability was awesome. Turns out from a later conversation with him he is a veteran. Kudos to patriot for thoer firing of our service men and thank you for your honesty! It was nice to know that no matter the issue our sons car was in great care at patriot. Thank you rob for your service and we will return!

Patriot Tire on Bluffton Road has wonderful service theyre fast and efficient but the one out by Glenbrook Mall they are rude walk around cursing disrespectful and I will never return to that one nor would I recommend them to anyone I will not mention Patriot Tire even though the one on Bluffton Road is great because I dont want anyone to accidentally go through what I went through at the one by Glenbrook Mall theres something wrong there their workers come to work like they have been sleeping in their clothes for over a week let alone havent even showered in over a week their appearance its not professional I had my truck looked at for a front end alignment it needed work done on the front end that was bad which I was not aware of at all but they still gave me a front end alignment when they were not supposed to long story short I did get my refund back but what I went through you would not want to go through yourself they did not apologize for it they just said it should not have been done after I had another place look at it the people they have working there need to be fired and replaced I dont know how many people they have done this to but a front end alignment is very important it can cause a serious accident a head-on collision with another vehicle very disappointed in their work will never return or recommend them thumbs down to you guys get it together

I came in with 2 wheels and two tires that I wanted to get mounted on Friday early afternoon, September 13,2019. All I payed for was the service and it came out to $40+ a little expensive, but okay you pay high prices for quality work, right? NOPE! The wheels were in almost immaculate condition and I payed $1,998.00 for the full set (almost $500 per wheel); Work Emotion CR Kiwanis 18x 9 1/2 + 22 GT SILVER. Came to realize, two days later I go to mount the wheels and notice fresh deep, long scratches on the side of both wheels. I will be coming in Monday and hope that they can either pay to get them fixed if it’s even an option since they’re a custom finish or replace the wheels. Good thing I took a video of the wheels and the shop before leaving them in the bay. Not a happy customer !

Did amazing job on fixing my flat tire and putting it back on for me.

Slid off the road and got a bunch of junk stuck in the bead of my tire, causing a slow leak. Got me in, checked to verify the problem, dismounted the tire, cleaned up my rim, rebalanced and mounted the tire in about twenty minutes. Great service. Definitely going back when the Jeep needs tires.

I got a tire put on my rim. And instead of telling me i had a crack in the rim they proceeded to cover the crack with bead sealer which then rubbed off two days later so needless to say im still having issues
